Lionel is wonderful! He was completely honest, efficient Informative and professional! He wasn’t pushy and helped me get the best deals hands down! There was no bait and switching going on at all. Oh and Dr. Chee is Outstanding! He cares about his patients. He’s very efficient, honest, informative and professional. Never once did I feel like it was all about the money from anyone there. And that speaks volumes! EVERYONE there deserves 5 stars! I’ll definitely be back 😁

Today I went to this place without knowing how much of an incredible outstanding customer service I was going to receive. Dr. Chee is the fist eye doctor I feel so comfortable with, he is very detailed on explaining every single step during the exam. He is friendly, caring, and understanding. He cares for all the concerns you may have and has all the knowledge, he is just an Amazing Dr.Mr. Lionel and Ms. Jenny are right next door and they are the MOST lovable people here. They helped me all the way on picking my frames, very friendly, helpful and understanding. I felt so good with the staff and I am beyond great full with Mr. Lionel and Ms. Jenny. I will sure be returning back to Visionwork. Thank you all for such a great experience today:)

Hannah B. was AWESOME! She was super patient with me! As soon as I came in she was the first to greet me, even though she was helping others. She allowed me to go ahead and look around and try on the glasses, mind you I am very picky with my glasses. She took her time explaining to me about the sale which was buy one get one half off even with my insurance on Feb 13, the type of lens and antiglare asked me if my previous glasses had bothered me since it did not have anti glare and even helped me decide on my glasses giving her honest opinion and I LOVE THAT. I asked her I do have a pair of guess bought from here and they still have it in stock can I get it adjusted and she said yes explained to me the process and everything! She was so easy to talk to, awesome in detailed info, and quick with her work.

On 01/25/2020, I purchased new glasses, with assistance from Ms. Hannah Brown. She explained the entire process from picking frames to recommending the types of lenses. Hannah is the consummate professional. Ill be going back to see her for a second pair, in the near future. Thanks Hannah.

My ladt visit to this location was very pleasant. Aaron was very helpful with fitting my glasses. He restored then to a near perfect fit. I will say my first 2 visits were not pleasant, but Aaron made the difference.

Worst Experience ever! They were very discourteous and rude. Was not at all helpful during the selection process and their prices were exorbitant even with insurance! Called in to retrieve my glasses and was again marginalized and not treated like a valued customer . When I asked to come in and pick up my prescription. I need another par but will take my business elsewhere.

I visited your store, and received amazing service. From the time I came in the store Mr. Simpson greeted me with a big smile and warm welcome. He assisted me with choosing the correct frame for my price range, and was very professional and courteous. He truly displayed good customer service. Today I put in my prescription for my contacts at this specific location.! I love the customer service. I was politely greeted by one of the customer service reps Lionel when I walked in and he took care of me during the whole entire process.! He also answered all the questions that I asked without hesitation.! If you are in the process of putting your contact subscription in at this location highly recommend you ask for him!

I had a great experience at the Vision works store at The Almeda Mall location. Mr. Simpson knew the answers to my questions and was very helpful in directing me to lens and frames that would be best for me. I went to Visionworks today and I had no clue what kind of frames would fit my style. One of the associates greeted me very kindly and happy to say she helped me find a frame that I loved! Everyone was so nice and professional and listen to our needs. My husband and I will definitely come back to get our glasses here. I recommend 100%! 😀😀😀

Edit: I contacted the corporate office who was very helpful in getting with this location to rectify my problem. The store did everything possible to make me feel better. I appreciate the help.I feel taken advantage of at this location. I should have stuck with my usual mall location. I called to change my order or cancel it today and was told my glasses were already being made and that they are sorry. I was pushed into the polarized lenses without being given any other, less expensive option. Today on the phone I find out this was $90! Had they told me that I would have gone with something else and would have been well within my budget. Now I’m way over budget with no option of changing my order. I’m very disappointed. I did not think that a day later this would be an issue as I know the lab is not on site. Also, was forced to get online on the spot and give a 5 star review in order to receive a free higher grade eye glass case. They were all hideous and I did not take one. This was yesterday, today I am reviewing what I really feel.

Hannah was very helpful and patient with us. She helped us select some great pair of frames and explained the various lenses options. Great experience will come again.
