This is my desert spot when I’m craving the creamy slush desert made with sweetened condensed milk. But one time hubby and I wanted quick snack so we had this chicken quesadilla with curly fries and they had a special seasoning that was out of this world good.

This place is one of my favorite in Hilcroft area. Love their faluda. Specially the kashmiry one and the lahori faluda. They serve great variety of quick bites as well. I stop by there every time I go to Hillcroft.

Been going here forever. Staff is very nice and helpful. Food is great and quick. I recommend the sugar cane drink with lemon and ginger. The restaurant had Pakistani pictures up on the walls it was so nice. They should consider putting them back up. But 10/10 service and food.

I love the items at Alpha but they have got to do something about their staffing. Every time I come here for one juice it takes over 15 minutes for it to be ordered and picked up. It is extremely annoying that this location does not have proper staffing even though it is in a busy area. One employees taking orders and then going to make it as well so then rest of the people have to just wait until that person is done with that order. They also do not pick up their phone which makes sense because they’re so short staffed so there’s no way to order ahead of time either. Really the worst location out of all their locations due to staffing.The fact that things have not changed for a very long time I will stop coming here and encourage others to go to different locations/ businesses as well.

Had lunch here today. The environment was very clean and welcoming. Love the decor, has an authentic vibe to it. I ordered the sugarcane juice with lime and ginger, beef Karachi burger and curly fries. My food came out hot and fresh within 10 minutes. The sugarcane juice was a bit sweet but I like the taste of the lime and ginger. The Karachi Burger was amazing, the spicy sauce gives it a nice flavor. Curly fries were hot and crisp. The perfect combination, will definitely be back again.

I was unknown about this place. This place is really awesome and you may try fresh fruit and vegetables juice over this place. You can try may kind of ice cream in this place. They have really good customers service and they comes under budget.I highly recommend you to try some awesome juices and ice cream at this place.

Th is place has gone down there drain!!!! Saw cockroach on the counters where you pick up the order. Shame!! Or call it real authentic flavor but taking this place out of my go to spots.

To start. What was on the online was not available in the store. We sat in the car for 10 minutes looking so we would know when we got in there. Got inside and it wasnt available..Frustrating. For some reason it was kind loud, some kind of back ground noise So it was hard to hear anyone. Very muffled.. My expensive shake came and a part of my topping which was a brownie fell on the floor infront of me. She set down my shake and walked off. IT WAS NEVER REPLACED. Took a while before they came back to pick the slip hazard. As I enjoyed my shake...What am i supposed to do with a paper SMALL straw. After several minutes my straw got noodley and caved in on itself. It was difficult to suck ice cream through the tiny straw now...well you get the picture. I didnt finish.Strawberry banana smoothie wasnt very cold.

Manager Jose didn’t exchange our drink. We came and one of us mistakenly ordered a different drink. We requested to exchange one drink. He stuffed with us for 10 minutes instead of just exchanging our drink. I ll never visit this place again. Stupid management.

Just bought the Baddam Shake and found hair in inside the cup. Not here to blame anyone but they should keep up with the clean and hygienic kitchen.

Crazy good Falooda.I also like the decor because of the pictures of Karachi and other famous people from Pakistan.

I came here with my friend on 08/22/2021 at 11:00pm. The girl that has long black hair was working there was the rudest girl I have ever came across in the US and had the worst customer service on Earth. She did our order and did not even call our name she just had the food there sitting to melt, while she called all other customers for their orders. Every time we spoke to her and asked a question she wouldn’t respond clearly and barely giving us any answers, she made me feel unwelcome probably because of my race. She ruined my experience and I couldn’t enjoy my food.

Always a great experience eating one of their faludas, followed by days of guilt at consuming over a 1000 calories in a dessert. The variety of desserts at Alpha is mind blowing. Every one is amazingly delicious. There is almost always a line, but it moves quickly and service is quick and efficient.

We came to this location in hopes it would be just as good as the Sugarland location. It sadly was not. The food was alright but the service was not up to par. When we walked in the two workers behind the counter held a conversation with each other while we were trying to order. It was very rude.The food was alright.We ordered the chicken quesadilla, when my wife ordered these the guy taking the order made sure to mention that they were spicy, (she may not look like it, but she can definitely handle spice) they were not. The chicken was slightly dry, but still flavorful and tasted good. Just a bit too much cilantro.Same with the chicken tacos, dry but still flavorful. Very good with the lime juice on top.We also ordered the beef paratha burrito, this was on the better side. Flavors were good and paired nicely with the paratha.Now the best dish was the Daal kachori with potato curry. This was delicious, flavourful with a hint of spice. Definitely recommend this dish.Last we had the Nutella paratha. It was good but I feel it could have had slightly more Nutella since the parathas are so thick.

Clean location with efficient staff. Kind of small but business is brisk and customers move rapidly through. Their cold coffees are to die for. The Karachi burger is spicy and succulent. The curly fries are very tasty as well. Overall a great experience! Definitely stop by and take a break from your shopping.

Terrible and expensive $ 12.00 dollars for a coffee water and 2 scoops of ice cream and that white cream with 1 small piece of candy ...

We went there like 11:45....but still they let us in and serve 20 peopl, every thing we ordered....We all loved their food and service...I am glad this place is no more agha juice...We will definitely visit again....

It was my first time tor try falloda. I ordered their original flavor of falloda. It was good it tastes like Halo- Halo in Philippines without the ice. However, i do not know if I could change the strawberry ice cream to vanilla. I think it will taste better with it. Overall, it was good. The ambiance was cool too.

Had a delicious Rose Falooda here. Its pretty sweet, but thats what we expected!

Falooda was top notch. Gola Ganda was even better. Service was excellent despite being extremely busy on Saturday night. Felt really bad and guilty for the employees. Only one person on the front and one on the back and line was out the door. Hope owners consider hiring more help.

Alpha baby. Lets go time to be ALPHA. I Love this spot sense it is open late and the folks working here are always kinds and hardworking. The reviews are kind of mixed but I will tell you why that is the case.The place is located smack down in the middle of hillcrofts mahatma ghandi district. The place was renamed, I think it used to be called Agas juice. You can get ice cream here,kulfi and faloodas,fresh coconuts,juices,smoothies,desi snacks,burgers,rolls and many more things. They are open late on the weekdays and even later on the weekends until 1 o clock.If you never had a falooda. It is almost like boba tea. It is made with milk,vermicelli noodles, ice cream,fruit and sometimes jelly depending on what you get. Try the original rose falooda or kashmiri.Now on to the reason of why the other reviews are spotty. The place has 1 person in the front and 2 to 3 in the back . I was there when they were getting hammered with customers. They had like a big line of people. To top things of there was a group of client who were being so picky and returning everything they tasted which was funny. The uncle said the coffee tasted weird. Then it was the kulfi and then even his daughter was complaining too . They literally returned every item to swap out for something else . The folks that work here have a lot of patience lol.This is also a great place to plug and get some laptop work in or read a book.

They have pretty good faloodas here. A must try for Lahori Falooda. Im giving 4 stars because theyre over priced & need to slice down to $6 for everything like their competitors.Their token of appreciation to Pakistans political leaders, sports & other personalities are a treat to watch.

Stopped by for a quick lunch today and the food was incredible. The lady behind the counter was helpful and the Falooda was delicious.

If u like desserts and have a sweet tooth like me then this is the place to go. It has an amazing variety of desserts so unique, you would want to go again. But, if u happen to be someone who counts calories then guilt does follow you after the visit. I would definitely recommend the ultimate red velvet cake shake.

We had a papdi chaat masala in cafe only. It was so bad and pricey. I mean you ca just go to other cafe or restaurants for authentic indian chaats but not at this place.

I wanted to enjoy a juice. Carrots 🥕, red 🍎, & beets. The guy charged almost 9 dollars for 10 Oz cup of juice. As I notice that he o it added a very small piece of beet I complained and told him that’s not enough beets. I want a whole beet for the flavor. He replied that beets are expensive and he cannot add a large piece. In the end he got stingy with the beets making my juice taste gross with an over powering flavor of carrots than the beets. I didn’t taste the red apples either. They lost a good customer that day. I don’t care if I have to pay more. As I said “charge me” but to him it was important to save the beet than to keep a customer. Bye bye Alpha Cafe 👋🏻

Its good place, but their staff especially that mexicana guy, soo rude. My all time favorite shake wasn’t the same I always get it was like just milk and some almonds and i told him about it he simply said “I can’t do anything you can have it or leave it” ... Really... pathetic customer service.

Dont waste your money, the food taste bad. The drinks dont taste like anything, too bland. Either the ice-cream is bad or they dont add sugar to anything, no idea. It just doesnt taste good. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Food is fake the ice cream tastes very Artificial please get real ice cream and get a manager that does not lie to you after giving you small cup of ice cream when you order a large cup of ice cream, get a manager that wont lie to me and I feel like he even over charged me. Get a new manager that just dosent rush through work and hand you order quickly.

We were very excited with the variety of options they have here! We’re not sure how to order since we’re not familiar with any of these but decided to go with the lahori falooda and the sugar cane juice with ginger and lime. The sugar cane juice was good but the ginger was a tad too strong. The lahori falooda was heaven!! Would definitely go back to try their other drinks.

I had a mango juice about 2 weeks ago and it was super good and fresh. Then a week ago I went again tried the thing but it was not fresh. Today I went again to see if it is good this time but NO it was nasty and not fresh. They mixed some expired or decayed mango. Owner! Your business will probably fail if you continue doing this. However, I hate to give less than 5 stars to a small business but I had bad experiences more 3 times.

We ordered a dry fruit shake and there was more ice than ice cream. Basically it was all watered down. We used to get it very creamy.Update: They just pretend to help out a customer. I emailed them my contact info days ago, no one has called or replied back. Horrible customer service as well.

Have to rate this based on service. We ordered 4 diff items, 3 came out really good, but the 4th (coconut water) wasnt fresh. My kid kept drinking until she finally asked me to taste it, and immediately I knew the coconut was spoiled. I went to the counter lady to tell her the coconut was not good. All she would say is but you drank the water, I kept trying to explain that my kid didnt recognize its spoiled. All I can say is do not order fresh coconut water here. Classic example of good business but poor customer service.

Had a great time at Alpha Juice. We got the Malia Kulfi, Mocha and Sugarcane juice with ginger and lime. Ive docked them a star because several items on the menu were not available like the White chocolate mocha and mango juice (which is seasonal).Please like this review and follow me on Google for the next round of HONEST and UNBIASED reviews.

This place is decent and has a good selection of desserts and other foods. However, last few occasions have been a health safety concern for items I’ve ordered. I normally get cold coffee from here and the previous visit the cold coffee I was given the milk had soured. Quite badly. I took it back and it was replaced.Yesterday I visited again and there were roaches on the counter where the shaved ice/gola ganda are placed. Instead of killing the insect the cashier kicked at it, missed, then looked at me to take the order. Didn’t take any effort to kill the pest or clean the counter he had just kicked.Unfortunately, I will not be returning any time soon, if ever, and communicating these experiences to my family and friends.

They have good smoothies and desserts but the chat items are flop. I ordered gol gappa, Karachi burger and some other items. They were nowhere close to authenticity or atleast the ones that you could find in some restaurants or chat places. This place is just good for juices, smoothies and desserts.
