Ok I guess. We expected more BANG for our Buck. I must say Food presentation is everything and for sure that was covered. The Quality of the food could have been better. The eat in area was ok good music but overall 2 out of 10.

The website looks amazing the food grabs your attention but unfortunately it didnt meet my expectations especially for the price would I return I would say no only because I have has better!! Salmon seafood pasta also parking is limited and space to dine is small and not inviting

Came here because my best friend recommended it. I dont think its worth it. I tried the lemon pepper wings and mac and cheese. I LOVE mac and cheese and this did not come close to the ones I have had. I like the size of the wings and they were pretty tasty. The red velvet cake didnt have anything special either. Over all I say save your coins.

I decided to come here basic on Facebook, they had all black owned business. I would never come back or recommend this place to anyone, I dont know about their food but the dessert is horrible. Customer services was great but the dessert I had wasnt good and overpriced. I tried the peach cobbler and three triple cake. The peach cobbler wasnt bad more peaches than crust but the triple cake had tons of icing, in which it take like it was box cake. No wonder they had a sign saying no returns or exchanges, because they know their food isnt that good.

The food was terrible honestly. I ordered jerk chicken with cabbage sweet potatoes and Mac and cheese. The cabbage was extra salty, Mac and cheese was dry and crumbly, the sweet potatoes were cooked unevenly. Now the chicken wasn’t great but they were sold out of all the good stuff so I tried it. I’m not a jerk chicken fan so I won’t even judge it at all. They didn’t give me napkins in my to go order. We had two meals, 2 desserts and 2 drinks for $80. SO NOT WORTH IT. Oh and the bathrooms were dirty also. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I followed their page for a year, and I finally made it to the location. It wasn’t worth the hype at all. I ordered smothered chicken (mad oil in my gravy), Mac and cheese, with the cabbage…. For $10 I still wouldn’t go back. The drinks they sell is kool aid for $8 just a joke. The drinks aren’t cold even though the guy got them from the fridge, and they don’t offer a cup of ice for the room temperature drinks. When you taste the drink all you taste is sugar. Ordered a red velvet cupcake and the icing is the only good part, the cupcake is D R Y. It’s a hell to the no for me, and I LOVE food.

A little overpriced, especially for those $8 cool cups! I almost swallowed my tongue because it was so sweet. The customer service werent bad, the salmon and shrimp was great, the mac & cheese was a greasey, and the cabbage wasnt satisfying. Though the food was really rich, it was heavy enough to save for later.

Food was great I had the seafood platter and a strawberry shortcake, employees were very nice and welcoming. My only complaint was the price 20+ for the plate that was full of pasta, 4 small shrimp (I had to peel) two thin crab cakes, 2 small pieces of sausage, corn and potatoes. Food was good once again just not worth the price for me.

I drove 45 mins to give Cupcake Kitchen a try. I saw the pictures and the reviews and thought it was worth the drive. But when my enchiladas look like this I get upset! I really paid for dry enchiladas, in flour tortillas by the way? 90 mins, plus money and time = frustration! Wont happen again!

I came and got these cupcakes around 7pm. The red velvet was the only one that I would get again. You could tell the cupcakes had sat out for a while. The staff was very nice. I will come back but not close to closing, parking is HORRIBLE when the club next door is open.

Food is ok… I DoorDash Ed and they sent me the wrong order! But definitely more spicy than flavorful. I was definitely disappointed when I went to eat my salmon and the slimey skin was still on the back 🤢

I placed an online order at 5 with a pick up time of 5:40. I still waited an additional 25 minutes for my order. I shrugged it off, until I tasted the food. For the prices listed and the service experienced, it was not worth it. Food was heavily salted and subpar at best. Definitely not an establishment I recommend. Two stars because I did not eventually get my order and it was correct (unlike the gentleman in front of me who had waited a while and his order was incorrect and now he had to wait for them to fix it).

I ordered the smothered chicken meal. The chicken and gravy was tasty but the Mac n cheese and cabbage was AWFUL. I mean literally terrible. Also there were two other tables sitting by me and they all threw their food away because it was nasty.. won’t be back and won’t recommend

I ordered the salmon and shrimp pasta because my friend recommended it but I received my food barely warm and it had no taste for how expensive it is. 10/10 would not recommend to anyone.

I came for dessert and it was well worth the drive! My family and kids enjoyed the cake and saved some for Thanksgiving! I also delivered some to my family members. They had the same reaction, we all loved it! Great Job and keep up the great customer service!

I’m only giving the stars because of the customer service. He was very patient and kept us, on top of several other hungry customers, together.. My best friend and I had been stalking their social media for a while. We live an hour away, so we wanted to make sure what was what, was just that…. After placing an order for pickup, we still waited almost 2 hours. Mind you we had to wait in our car because of social distancing, at the time… But nonetheless we were that excited, to try the food.. After a 2 hour wait, $100+ tab the food was soo spicy, it was inedible. We’re all from the south soo spicy is our go to. But it was not seasoned just pepper spice, and disgusting. Every plate, was this way… We had 5 plates (for us and family) that were wasted. I’ll never go back! Very disappointed…

More on the expensive side. Specifically drinks and desserts are over prices. But other than that quite good.

The Seafood Bowl consists of the following: Boiled Shrimp, a boiled egg, two crab cakes, sausage, corn in the cob, and pasta. The stuff is somewhat spicy and decently seasoned. It also comes with crab cake garlic sauce. The price is well worth it too, tastes great. Its spicy so keep that in mind. Ordered via GrubHub.

Very disappointing experience. My girlfriend and I have been talking about this place for months. We finally had the opportunity to check out cupcake kitchen and much to our surprise it was less than good. We ordered 4 cupcakes, banana pudding and one order of lemon pepper wings with mac n cheese. The banana pudding had no bananas and tasted like it came from a box. The cupcakes we ordered were banana pudding, cookies n cream, carrot and strawberry shortcake. The banana pudding had very little filling and was dry. The cookies n cream was just chocolate cake with some grocery store tasting buttercream on top, dry. The strawberry shortcake was dry as hell with the same nasty buttercream and a thin slice of strawberry on top. It tasted nothing like strawberries at all. The carrot was moist but had the buttercream frosting. Why not cream cheese frosting? The dinner was not worth what we spent. The chicken wings were beyond salty and only came with six. The mac n cheese was greasy and had a seafood aftertaste which was off putting. The meal was definitely not worth the $20.00 we spent. All in all we spent $40 and none of it was even close to being worth it. I am very disappointed in the experience. Sad to say, but this will be the first and last time we go to cupcake kitchen. We definitely felt we had been taken advantage of.

The stars are for the service only. The gentleman that helped us were very polite and patient. However as for the food and venue definitely not good. This is not a family friendly restaurant. The dishes are very limited. I ordered the salmon and shrimp dinner which was served in a Styrofoam Togo plate. It has two pieces of shrimp and it was smothered in sauces that taste like thick unsalted butter. We traveled an hour to this restaurant only to wait another hour for our food. Our order, was not serve to our table at the same time even though we placed order together. It was recommended we place online order even tho we wanted to dine in. The children at our sides of macaroni and cupcakes After the wait not much other options. Anyway desert only I suggest for this place.

We go here all the time and the food is always so delicious!!! Your plate is always loaded with a bunch of goodness!!! The cost is so worth it and you can eat off your plate twice cause its loaded!!! If you have not been please get there!!! Trust me you will love it!!!

Second time food was cold banana pudding cupcake was dry AF the only thing that was good that day was the slice of strawberry cake strawberry cake was very moist so I will only go back for slice of strawberry cake if I’m in the area but no food no cupcakes.

This food was so delicious and flavorful. It was a lot of food. I made two meals out of it. You get your moneys worth. The German chocolate cake was very moist, but not flavorful.

The food was not worth the wait or price. I placed a call in order and when I got to the restaurant I still ended up waiting an hour for my food. I only ordered two meals which wasnt bad, they just weren’t worth the long wait. In total I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for my food. Some of my food wasn’t fresh . Customer service is really nice and the dessert is good. However, timing and consistency needs improvement.

My boyfriend ordered our food as a surprise because I kept saying I wanted to try them out.I was surprised alright! He ordered the oxtail dinner and a salmon dinner for $49.80. The oxtails were mostly fat but the macaroni and cheese was good and so was the cabbage. The salmon dinner was not good at all. The pasta was half cooked and the sauce was bland with too much cayenne pepper. So much as to where it was uneatable. I wont return and do not recommend.

Update: Munchies After Dark... is amazing! I had the Stuffed Salmon & it was delicious. Reasonable portion for the price.Ive followed Cupcake Kitchen to this third address. Spacious location. Limited options. Cashier was not very friendly, but was efficient. Parking on weekend is minimal.

Stopped by here on my way home from yoga class. The buttercream cake and banana pudding cupcake were delicious! The chocolate chip pecan cookies were soft and moist. It is definitely worth the trip wherever you live. Fortunately we stay with in walking distance. Winning!!!

I ordered two full pans of pasta one with sausage and shrimp and one with just shrimp. My order was scheduled to be picked up at 1:00pm but when I arrived it wasn’t ready and I had to wait about 20 mins. When I got home I realized they gave me one pan with shrimp and sausage and one with just sausage 🤦🏽‍♀️. I had several ppl who don’t eat meat so I called them to let them know what happened. The owner apologized and had them remake the pasta with shrimp only and personally drove it to my party. I understand mistakes happen but it was the willingness to correct the situation and drive it to me personally that really stood out to me. I want to thank her again and I will definitely continue to give them my business. The young man at the front was also very polite and helpful. It was a stressful day and I am glad they did everything they could to help right the wrong that happened and not just offer a refund, but take the time to care about the ppl at my party who needed food.

Came here for a friends birthday and was very eager to try this Black Owned business. When I first arrived the parking situation was atrocious and I couldn’t find parking to save my life so I parked down the street and had a friend order my food. By the time I walked there my food was ready so despite being crowded and relatively busy, the food wait wasn’t long, which was great! I had the enchilada plate that came with cabbage and corn on the cob and it was GOOD. Way too filling to eat in one setting but even when warming it up the next day it was great. Yes the food was expensive but in my opinion it was very much worth it. Now my only TINY complaint is the lemonade drink they serve and the dessert prices. That lemonade drink has enough sugar to give you diabetes with one sip, I promise you. I had to dilute the drink when I got home. Come on y’all, I promise some water in the drink won’t hurt. Along with my meal I also got a slice of cheesecake and a cookie. Idk where the price discrepancy occurred but I was charged $11 for the cheesecake and a (regular size not big) cookie. I didn’t complain in the name of being supportive but since the cheesecake on the menu said $5 I sure hope that regular size cookie wasn’t $6.if it was then yikes.All in all I had a pretty satisfactory trip to Cupcake Kitchen. Good vibes, good music and good food is enough to bring me back anytime. I just hope In the near future a new parking arrangement is figured out. I know for a fact that would bring even more business for y’all.

Wait is too long. Cookies, cakes, cupcakes are not in a closed case and absorb the smell/taste of strong seasonings used on the food in the adjacent kitchen. Got crawfish bread that was disappointing. One open faced slice of bread drenched in an overly cheesy spicy Caribbean sauced with barely 4 tiny crawfish tails. It was an order of sauce with a piece of bread in it. Thats it. This and one $25 oxtail plate with a 45 minute wait was very overpriced at $35. Too expensive. Itmight have been worth it if the food was good, but it wasnt. Oxtsils were rubbery and dry and had no flavor. Mac n chees was dry and cabbage was lackluster as well.We wont be back but wish them success, upon improvement. Nice folks, but I cannot recommend trying this establishment at all. I threw the food out rather than eat it, because it was that bad.

I tried the jerk chicken dinner. It came with the chicken, Mac and cheese, cabbage and beans and rice. The chicken was alright, the beans and rice was a bit spicy but good, the cabbage was the best thing on the plate and the Mac and cheese was horrible.

The crab cakes are hella good

I have been eating at Cupcake Kitchen Houston for years now and never have I been disappointed. I ordered a strawberry cheesecake for me and my 7-year-old, and she LOVED it. They also had many kid-friendly cupcakes (and ice-cream) which my daughter enjoyed very much! The employees were kind and very set on making your experience the best. I am very impressed and would definitely recommend.

I came to visit my sis in Houston all the way from Indiana & saw Cupcake Kitchen on Facebook & told her we had to try it. We got the Salmon & Shrimp dinner & it was delicious. The wait time was pretty long but i didn’t mind it too much. Oh & the German chocolate cake ! Yummy. When i come back, I’ll definitely be back for more.

It’s crazy to read the comments because my friend and I went yesterday and had an amazing experience! We both had the smothered chicken meal with cabbage and macaroni... and it was so good!! We only had to wait 20 minutes and The plate was so huge I couldn’t even finish it. I also ordered the red cool cup juice and red velvet cake and lord it was the perfect combo!! I don’t go places on the weekend because it’s chaotic ANYWHERE lol we went on a Thursday and it was chilled and had no issues. Everybody was so nice and made us feel welcomed...I loved it!!! I am a scatch-baker myself... so trust me when I say this spot is the Real Deal!Their Strawberry Cake and Chocolate Chip Pecan Cookies remind me of my Mom & Grandmas desserts. I love the food here! I came here for my birthday. It was everything and I had just moved here so it really made it special. My crab cake dinner and banana pudding cheesecake is the best thing I’ve had in Houston.Today was my last visit though. The parking here is absolutely terrible and they know good and well three spots is not enough ! I called my food a half hour ahead and we STILL waited twenty mins. The food was so damn good though!! . Service was C+. Look, I love it but I won’t be back. Time to try other things ..

I drive from the woodlands only to find they were not open Monday and Tuesday, made a return trip, ordered my food, and had to wait more than 25 minutes then get my food, and leave, only to find out my Mac and cheese was spoiled, which was touching my wings, so the whole meal that I paid $85 was no good, I didnt call nor ask for a refund, because its too far away from home, and I doubt that I would be able to get a refund.

1st time customer figured since I was in the area I would visit. The wait time given was 20 to 30 minutes...even though it wasnt busy but rather a steady flow the order took an hour. I ordered salmon shrimp bowl and crab cake platter which had crab, shrimp corn potatoes and a boiled egg. I also ordered a strawberry cupcake and a pineapple coconut cake. My mom felt the crab cake was over mixed. She enjoyed the corn the best, the shrimp were not deceived and the crab leg was not juicy. The cupcake was good, and the cake was delicious. Overall the food was just alright and the desserts were the best part. Excellent 🌽.

We heard about this Black Owned eatery and after viewing the website decided to give it a shot. Ordered and paid online and drive 20 minutes to their location. When I got there, I checked in with the person at the counter. I was immediately given the dessert that we ordered thinking that the entrees would be right out minutes later. Then I read a sign taped to the counter that said if an order was placed online, it would take 30-45 min for food would be ready. For real...Up to 45 minutes; when ordered and paid for online? I bet you know where this is going!! I got to the place at 5:42 p.m. and didnt get my food until 6:33 p.m. So please make sure you order your food online Thursday morning for pick up sometime on Saturday!Also...while the cheescake and banana pudding cake were good, the rest of food wasnt. We ordered the salmon with shrimp pasta plate. It comes with salmon sitting on shrimp penne pasta and mac and cheese and cabbage. Why have a dish with two pasta sides? And yes, the mac and cheese and cabbage is the side on every entree.After all that waiting just to get home and find that the food was bland and the gumbo packed on a pound of salt per spoonful.All in all...after spending over $120 and waiting over an hour for the bland food to get ready; We wont waste anymore time or money on this place.

I had been following Cupcake Kitchen on social media for quite some time, and more recently have been seeing more food posts along with their delicious looking desserts! After weeks, maybe even months of drooling on their food pics, I finally trek my way across Houston! It was rather a far drive for me, with the typical Houstons rush hour, however Im happy to say it was almost well worth the trip.I definitely had my mind set on what to order, and tried the crab cake dinner. This meal cost $25 and came with quite a bit of food. Served with pasta, 2 crab legs, a corn, 2 crab cakes, a hard boiled egg, and 3 well seasoned jumbo shrimp, and heavily topped with their delicious sauce. The pasta could have used a bit more sauce as everything was drenched on top that pasta didnt get much sauce attention. Crab and shrimp were well seasoned and delicious! The only thing I had a hard time justifying was that this whole box of togo food costed me $25. A bit pricey... but maybe a bit more pasta would have made up for the cost.The gumbo was another item Ive been drooling for awhile. This. Was. Delicious! Smoked turkey, grilled chicken, blue crab, sausage, and shrimp. Honestly, Im no gumbo expert, but this gumbo was life! Had a great kick to it and everything was amazing. However... $20 for a 32 OZ? Come on man... maybe $10-15. About a third of the container was filled with rice already. I rather omit the rice and have the container filled. And eat it with the rice I have at home. Sounds like a better deal if you ask me.All in all, the food was great, the service of the gentleman behind the counter was very nice, and my food came out at a reasonable time. I really enjoyed my food, however driving across town and putting a dent in my wallet was not quite enjoyable. Ill definitely be back, but it wont be until for awhile...

Cupcakes, cookies and cakes are delicious. Staff is always nice and friendly. Theres usually a young man there that waits on me whom is always very courteous. I havent had the opportunity to try the food yet but Ive heard all good things about it.

Had the jerk chicken dinner, chicken had been reheat, Mac & cheese greasy and leftover waited was long (30 minutes) considering that my meal was just lukewarm, red beans & rice not more like pigeon peas and rice. First and last time traveling from Katy.

Respectfully, they should stick to baking.First, I waited over an hour and the restaurant was empty.When I got home and tried the food the Macaroni was dry with a lot of blackpepper, the cabbage was reheated and overcooked and spicy, the sock it to me cake taste like it was frozen and thawed out, the enchiladas was made with what I assume was a flour tortillas- it was extremely doughy like actual dough not cooked at all. The spaghetti was basic but the cornbread was good(see the baking is what they should still to) the Oxtails was rubbery.My husband has been wanting to eat here for months and now that we finally did we wont return..we will stick with Turkey Leg 🛖

Highly disappointed with this place. They pay a lot of sponsorship on fb and I had been wanting to try it for a while. When I finally got there the first thing I didn’t like was the parking situation, there’s a whole club Nextdoor and not enough parking spots. Another thing I disliked was the fact that they kept announcing their dining room is now open, but still everyone gets served to go, no waitress or nothing. Anyways we ordered (over $70 for 3 plates) and realized 7 minutes later at the back of the store there’s a paper saying there is a 45-1 hour wait. We decided to cancel our order. The cashier says just wait 10 minutes it will be right out. We ended up waiting an extra 25 minutes still no food. We decided to walk out.

The service was great, didnt have to wait long at all. Respectfully the pasta is dry, the crab cakes give this doughy taste, not a lot of crab meat in the crab cakes either. Its over priced honestly. $27.00 for pasta, shrimp, one corn, potatos & 2 crab cakes. Babbbby..... Not work the 💵 its not no Pappadeaux!! Not even close.

The food is probably the best in Houston. Home cooked and full of flavor. Expect to wait 30min to an hour whether you order online or in store. I’m confident that they’ll figure out the kinks as the grow. The young guy that works the counter is nice. I placed an order online at 1:23pm with the pick up time of 1:50pm hoping it would be faster. I arrived at 2:10pm for pick up. Around 3:15pm, he noticed the frustration on my face as customers that ordered after me received their items and left. He kept assuring my that my order was being worked on. I think he also noticed that I was there the previous day and experienced the same thing. I ordered the German chocolate to be included in my order in which they were out of and it took him no time to offer another dessert. I appreciated how attentive he was with him doing a 2 person job and monitoring something that was out of his control. Normally I’d pass on returning. This restaurant could potentially become a staple in Houston. Be patient with them.

It was hot but I was expecting a better taste to the food

The food was cold.There was one person attempting to handle Togo and place orders. I called in an a order thinking I would attempting to prevent waiting 30 min to pick it up. Instead I placed the order waited for the pick up time, arrived thinking I could quickly pick up. Wrong, I waited about 35 min in line trying to pay all while my food was getting cold. I do not mean warm or cool, the food was cold there was one item that was hot. It wasnt in a warmer it was bagged on a table waiting.The staff had to have been tried because their behavior demonstrated that. I wased the one man on the phone in the back of I could pay him or call in the payment he said I couldnt. There was only one register so everyone waited pre order or not.The food was over priced for the type of service and taste. If it would of tested better I can understand the wait but not the temperature. I was disappointed. The cakes attached me but I didnt even get one they didnt look fresh. They were exposed and that made me not wait to try them.

My family and I have been following this business online for the past year on Instagram and finally made the drive form Beaumont to try it out. I ordered the oxtail dinner with Mac cabbage and cornbread and i loved it. My wife and daughter shared the salmon and shrimp bowl. They enjoyed it as well and we both had leftovers. Overall, worth the wait! We will be back

I am a cupcake connoisseur visiting from out of town and the sheer disrespect of placing cupcakes in the same place as seafood boils is disrespectful.I am insulted

I’m sorry but maybe I should have ordered a cupcake since that’s their specialty. I ordered the seafood bowl and it was horrible. No season. The eggs were over boiled and the corn was dry. I don’t think my crab cakes were done. I personally will never order food from them again. I’ll just stick to Bayou seafood.

I tried to give this the place the benefit of the doubt despite the not so great reviews. Im usually one who keeps an open mind as I love to support my people but I have to also keep it real that being said.... So we drive across town so that i can try em out for myself and when we got there we found parking right away. There was a bit of a wait to place the order nothing crazy though so I get to the counter to order and notice the cupcakes were just out like not in cake plates or anything literally just left out. I noticed flies in the area where the cupcake were. I asked the young man if I could have my cupcake from the back as I could see some off in the back he said no because they werent frosted. I explained that there were flies in the casing and he just shrugged. I then asked about the dessert in the cooler and I ordered the banana pudding cake and the strawberry cheesecake got home and it was less than not good. Mind you I paid over $16 for only two desserts that I promise I couldnt even eat. It was a real waste of my gas and my money. Im very disappointed I think you guys (owners) should invest in some cake plates for the cupcakes at the very least. You should not be serving food that flies and no telling what else is swarming. You guys are too expensive of an establishment for the service/food to be that bad. Please please invest better in your food business so that wont have to be my last visit.

I dont want to sound rude, but just keeping it real. Ive been following this establishment on IG for some time & the food looks awesome. I live in Port Arthur so I was so excited to finally get to visit. I ordered the shrimp bowl that some with crab cakes, pasta, corn, potato & egg. I ordered by food & was told I would get a phone call. After 30 minutes of waiting and the line depleting to none, I went inside to check & was told it was coming right up. I was like after waiting this long it is going to be soooo good. NOT! It tasted like everything had been boiled in water & just sat on top of the pasta that was under cooked (just a notch above raw). The crab cakes had no flavor & was mushy. I love my food, so when I throw over half my food away that speaks volumes. My feelings is so hurt because I had been waiting on this for so long. But I guess that comes along with it when you are trying businesses.

Finally got a chance to visit this place and arrived just after 7, their closing time :(. However the gentlemen at the front counter still asked what I would like and still served me with no problem. The food was just a bonus at that point. I had the salmon bowl and loved it. Great customer service and great food. I will be back, on time next time though.

This place felt like home. The guy that took our order was the bomb really made us feel at home

Highly Recommended!!! I came here last Friday with my wife and kids tried the smothered chicken and jerk wings both amazing . Also the lady passing out the orders was very nice and understanding when I informed her that I forgot to tell the guy at the counter that my child couldn’t eat Mac&cheese after they already completed my order and she had no problem with taking it back and changing it. Overall food was amazing definitely will be back.

I ordered this from DoorDash, always working to support black businesses first so I tried the seafood dinner. Assuming it was similar to TLH. I also ordered the cookies.I really hated to make a review because we all start somewhere, but this just isn’t it yet. My pasta had some mush on top, guessing it was Parmesan? The salmon was okay but covered in the tomatoey sauce from the pasta beneath. There’s was about four mini shrimp, overload of noodles and pasta sauce. Flavor wise, it was “okay” and it’s a strong 2-3 star “okay”.The cookies taste like brown sugar and oil, cinnamon? They are chocolate chip pecan. All I can think is this is someone who cooks very well for their family and opened a restaurant. I can’t imagine a chef crafting these recipes and not quality checking the consistency as they are produced... no consistency, texture and presentation is lack luster.I’m only adding this because regardless of the money spent, I waited on this as my dinner for Christmas Eve and am disappointed. Hope they take the feedback and better their offerings, wishing them luck!

I try to support black owned businesses and will continue to do so. Placed the order online given an estimated time of 30 minutes. Arrived to pick up the order and had to wait an additional 30 minutes. That was fine. The food was the issue.I ordered the meatball plate, carrot cake and German chocolate cake. The meatballs were store bought, definitely not homemade. The best mac n cheese was far from the best. The grilled cabbage certainly wasnt grilled, not even close. It was bland. This meal was tasteless. The German chocolate cake was very dry and didnt appear to be freshly made. The carrot cake was dry and not fresh as well. Today was certainly a miss for this establishment... I was extremely disappointed with the taste and quality of food.

Let me tell you something, the oxtails w/ the mac & cheese and cabbage..... Hands down the best meal Ive had this year! Mind blowing!

Wow!!! Definitely impressed with this establishment the food was great and the guy at the counter was on point. He suggested I try there Cool Cup Juice and it is some of the best juice I’ve tasted. I wish I could post my enchilada plate but I ate it all before i got a chance. But yes it’s ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stars for me..

I had the grilled salmon and shrimp plate. Everything tasted homemade food was piping hot when I revived it. I also tried the velvet cheese cake that was great as well! I will Definitely be back soon

Me and my family decided to spend our hard earned coins on a decent meal and went to Cupcake kitchen and it was wasted . My cabbage was sour, maccaroni was tastless, and my oxtails were over cooked. My aunts order lacked taste, over seasoned, and was tasteless as well . Overall we were not satisfied with anything on our plate and will not be returning. Not even for the sweets, which was also disgraceful.

This was my second time coming here and it’s my last .. so I ordered the seafood bowl and everything was cold for me to sit and wait 20 minutes for my food there was know reason it should have been cold..!!!!!

We came from college station I ordered the jerk chicken wings, cabbage, and mac n cheese. Was very disappointed because I really thought it was about to be delicious. WRONG Mac n cheese was dry look like they just put shredded cheese on top and the rest was plain and dry. Cabbage had NO SEASONING. The best thing I got from there was the cool cup juice wasted $84 never again smh we gave our food to the homeless
