Staff was very friendly and helpful. I chose to get the small platter with a combo of chicken and gyro. The meat was very tender and flavorful. They warned us that the red sauce was very spicy but I told them I was up to the challenge and it did not disappoint. Its spicy but in a flavorful way, not just burn your mouth off. Ended our meal with their baklava cheesecake which was delicious!

Just left this establishment and lets start with the owner, very nice and friendly. Customer service was great, food was nice and hot and tasty very close to the Halal guys in New York. Being from New York this is the closest by far to What Im used to.

The gentleman in the vans hat working on Sunday morning is great. Not overbearing, but takes care of everything I need perfectly. Give him a raise if you can!

The Halal Guys restaurant was pretty good. I ordered the Beef and Chicken Gyro plate. I was very impressed with it. Make sure you get the White sauce it is very delicious. However, watch out for the hot sauce. It is sneaky hot but good. I would recommend this restaurant.

This is my third or fourth time getting food from here. The food is excellent. The quality of service and ingredients are superb and fresh. Walked in for takeout for the first time today and the two gentlemen serving me were extremely accommodating and friendly. 10/10 would recommend. Definitely one of the best, if not, the best gyros Ive ever had.

Amazing food as always. This is my go to restaurant for lunch. Always fresh and consistent taste with great service. If youre looking for Tasty Halal inexpensive food in the area thus the spot. One thing I would say is that they dont have huge menu but I dont get tired eating atleast 2-3 times a week. Plus service super fast and professional so I dont mind dining in. Thank you Halal guys for the awesome Chicken Sandwich. One thing their red hot sauce is super hot so get too much even if youre spicy food lover. 😋

I like this place. Its food is fine and affordable. It is no 5 star restaurant but no one should expect it to be. Great place to grab a quick healthy lunch. Dont overdo it on the red sauce.

Such amazing food!!! I got a beef Gyro, Fries and Hummus. All were amazing! My favorite Gyro I have had in Texas so far! So delicious! The white sauce is the best! Definitely 10 out of 10 definitely recommend!!! The customer service at this location is top notch! So friendly and helpful! They were busy and cleaning the entire time we eat. The staff was patient and answered all our questions went above and beyond! Such an amazing place! If you haven’t tried this place yet, GO!

This restaurant at this location is one of the best ones ever and has the greatest service I’ve ever gotten! The manager and the workers there have such an incredible customer service and I am truly pleased with the entire experience. My fiancé does UberEats and I do as well, I’m the one with the SnapBack always going in to pick up orders and I am always getting the best service. I love the food and overall everything about this place. I definitely suggest coming here!!

The bowls are very good! Dont go crazy with the hot sauce unless you like it really spicy.

I placed an order here yesterday via Uber Eats. I couldn’t even eat the food as it had an extremely horrible taste. I won’t be ordering again. I tried getting my money back from Uber Eats with no luck!! Wont be ordering from there again.

The restaurant staff is friendly, store is clean, and food is good. They have several options and fresh salad and falafel. It takes about 3 minutes for falafel because they fry it when you order so but it is amazing and worth the wait!!! They also have gyros and chicken either on a platter see my photos or in a wrap. Both are great. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant.

This has to be one of the best places to deliver undeniably great tasting food with amazing customer service. They are always helpful and extremely nice! I just left this place, lets just say the owner was very nice, customer service was great and food was really close to the halal guys in New York, food was nice and hot. Portion size was pretty good as well they werent cheap making our combo dishes.

I work nearby and came after I got off of work approximately 7:00 p.m. last week. There were three employees there one who made my bowl who was very rushy and sloppily put my items together. Maria, on the other hand, greeted me at the register and asked if there was anything else that that she could do to add to my meal. Shes very accommodating and overheard that this was my first time at this location and greeted me the correct way. There was also vulgar music playing that, in my opinion, did not suit the style of the restaurant or the family atmosphere it portrayed. I will be back but I hope that I get to be a partaker of Marias great customer service.

Out of all The Halal Guys locations Ive been to between Houston, Dallas, Atlanta. This is the best one.

Always a guaranteed good and inexpensive meal. Meat is flavorful and rice, lettuce and tomatoes compliment everything. Three should bottle and sell that white sauce.

Oh my goodness! I wish I had stopped here sooner! Had the combo with white and red. They are not kidding that the red is HOT! Absolutely delicious food and enough from the regular plate for two meals. Get extra white for meal two!

Just moved to Tomball and was hoping to find a good Gyro sandwich. BINGO!!! Excellent gyro with super soft pita and being able to add additional tops was a big plus!!My wife got a bowl and she said it was on point and a big thumbs up!Ill be back to The Hala sooner rather than later.

This review is long overdue. Unfortunately I have a long to do list and really procrastinated! My mother & I ate there January 13, 2020. Both of us were recovering from recent surgeries and having mobility issues. We received the greatest customer service. I was curious about how falafel tasted and the manager actually gave me a sample to try. It was tasty and Ive been ordering it every since! ALL of the food that we ordered was great. When it was time to leave, they insisted on helping us to the car. That really meant a lot. My mother will be 80 in a few months, and at the time of this visit, she was using a walker due to her major surgery. Because I had surgery on both of my feet, it was a bit of a challenge assisting her. We try not to eat out a lot, but when we are in the area and know that we wont be cooking, this is our favorite spot. Actually it is our only spot in the area that we know that our food will be great and we will also have great customer service!

Halal Guys is really good but they should cook the meat freshly. As a hot sauce lover, I do not recommend trying their red sauce which is flaming HOT 🥵 I want to try their original place in New York as well.

First time dining here. LOVED IT! Super simple menu. I got the small combo platter. I did half chicken and half beef. Comes with lettuce, tomato, yellow rice, pitas slices, and white sauce. I got a scoop of hummus added for a dollar more. Worth it, if you like hummus. Should offer a kids meal. I would take my kids too, if they had a smaller version of the platter.

Second time is the same as the first! The food is on par or better than most fast food. The hot sauce is so hot that a hot sauce guy is trying to not beach out about it. Great job guys!

Not sure what was going on here tonight. It wasnt busy. I ordered a beef and chicken platter, the lady couldnt remember the order after she got the bowl. My wife ordered a beef and chicken gyro. The lady couldnt remember the order after she got gyro bread out. (You only have 3 options beef, chicken, or beef and chicken!) She spilled half the chicken trying to wrap it, didnt ask if we wanted sauce or toppings. There wasnt enough beef to fulfill my platters, so they asked us to wait for the beef to finish cooking. After realizing they messed up the sandwich they took it out of the bag and fixed it. While doing this, they forgot to put the beef in my platter. After I got home I realized they didnt give me the beef I ordered nor did they give me a receipt.The flavor of the food was good and Id go back to HG, just not this location...I think theyve been smoking too much of the hookah or something. Their management needs work.

This place has amazing food and they are really nice about listening if you want more or less of something. The cheese sauce is amazing and on fries, it is to die for. Its open until 9:30 on weekdays which is a plus in my books.

You pretty much cant go wrong with Halal Guys. Pared back menu with choices of meat or veggie falafel in rice or gyro style. I love their babaganush side. I always get the combo rice platter. The servings are generous, usually fresh because they cook the meat right behind the counter, and service is fast. Ive never had a bad experience here.

You walk in and up to the counters corner and are greeted vocally and visually with simplicity and elegance of design. Proteins and veggies are fresh. Love the pita, hummus and sides. While the prep area is well maintained, It is completely lacking in the drink section and bathroom. Gnats are flying around hovering the tea stations drainage. The door to the restroom needs fresh paint as it looks to be dragged outside and ran over. It really concerns me to what the cooler might be like and if the nozzles to the tea and fountain are properly maintained daily???

Horrible service. The guy went to serve the girl behind my girlfriend and my girlfriend said sorry I need help actually because were on the same order but my food was already prepared. The person looked at my girlfriend straight in the eyes and just left to the back. Once our order was done he immediately came out to serve the person behind us. My girlfriend wanted to cry by how disrespectful he was.

I showed up at 9:54 and they still made my plate, and a sandwich. So awesome! I was out by 10 pm and they closed.Highly recommended!!!

Its pretty decent food. The sandwiches are wraps, naan and meat, its pretty good I mean I just get naan and extra beef. Beef is cooked well and is flavorful.Its nothing special tho, bit messy too since naan just tears fast coz its very thick for a wrap and toppings keep falling out. But good customer service so if Im in the area Ill stop by again

I couldnt figure out why Houston was picked, then I went home and saw they are now Franchising these! As good as the NYC carts! We will be back!

Great tasting food but the chicken isnt shredded like in NY nor is the portion the same. I feel for the price you should definitely get more food since NY is more expensive. The restaurant was also very clean..

Delicious food. Pick up lunch there pretty regularly and its yummy every time...love that white sauce! The regular bowl is actually very large, can eat and still have leftovers for later. Also, the staff is very friendly and works hard to move the ordering line quickly.

Came hungry for a gyro...left hungry for one. Not quite sure what the hype is about this place...maybe I should have gotten a platter? Pita was dry, chicken was stacked up in the corner of the grill with pitas over it....literally 8x10 of shredded chicken. Nedless to say the chicken was very dry. Just not executed well at all. Will not be coming back.

I use to live this place get more bang for your buck but now they serve crumbs compared to the portions they served back then the quality of the food has also gone down does not taste the same Im sad to say this will be the last time I go to this place

I had to redo my review. My first visit was great. But second time... noticed the guy is wearing gloves ... prep food and touching credit cards with same glove. He put pita bread with that gloved hand. Owner, please read my review and cautious with food handling.

Im a big fan of the Halal guys by Wesleyan and I was expecting the same. It was nice to see they dont have as long of a line but when I had the food I could see why... It is definitely not as good and even the portion felt a little smaller.

Ayo check this out, being a Mediterranean cuisine chain I didnt have much faith from my experience with the Canadian equivalent in Osmows and Lazeez. But when I had the chicken bowl, I was sold, the rice is not your short-grain, but turmeric-coloured ong-grain/basmati rice. The chicken shawarma was so soft and they dont chicken-out (no pun intended) on the proportions. The white sauce is what brings it all-together. I was amazed by the balanced tanginess and savoury of the white sauce. After this experience I dont think I can look at Osmows or Lazeez again (sigh).

I used to live by NYC and loved going to Halal Guys up there. So when I found out there was a location in Vintage Park, I couldnt wait to go. The five year craving was about to be satiated. The combo plate was just as delicious as I remembered. They have both the hot sauce and famous white sauce. I definitely recommend getting extra white sauce.
