These guys are terrific. I had them out originally to install a cheap Chamberlain opener from Home Depot. That went great, but unfortunately the cheap Chamberlain has failed on two different occasions .They have always managed to get to me within a day or two, and consistently fix whatever problem as quickly as possible (as far as I can tell).When this cheap Chamberlain fails again, I hope to have them replace it and the door with their recommendations to avoid future ongoing issues.

Don’t bother with this guy, he obviously don’t want to make money. I called him spoke to him, he told me he would call me back, never did, I reached out again and he said he would reach out the next day but didn’t. Don’t waste your time. As a business owner myself I’d never leave a potential client unanswered. That’s a 2 stars for me. Good luck.

The problem was a broken spring. Allen said he could send someone by 3:30 but that time did not work for me. I had a technician out by 12:30. Gabriel had to drive from downtown to fix my door then drive back downtown to finish his previous job. This is not my first time to use 911 Garage Door Service and I highly recommend them.

I called and they assessed the issue and gave an estimate the same day. The job was completed the very next day. Excellent customer service!

You should know that not every company can do what 911 Garage Door Service, Inc. did! They installed 3 commercial big garage doors for us and they did it all over one night! We got estimates of between 3-5 nights. When we arrived the next morning we found the doors up and running. Thank you guys and your team for working so hard to get it done as fast as possible. I was very impressed that it was done and done right also.

They know how to deliver great customer service to clients and have fair pricing for work done.My garage door spring broke first thing on a Monday morning, with the quick release for manual mode did not work properly either. I was expecting to have a hard time finding a place with a fair price and could respond to our issue quickly. However, 911 Garage Door Service changed that.Allen quickly responded, scheduled, and had a tech out to my house within two hours of reaching out for a quote via request a quote button. Not only was it speedy service and fair pricing, Jay, the tech that came out, was knowledgable and courteous. Jay went over the line items and price after he knew what the job entailed. He also let me know how long the job should take and was done even a bit earlier than he originally thought. Jay brought me out to the garage and explained what he did and opened/closed the garage door several times to ensure it was working properly before he left.

My spring broke on my garage and Im 6months pregnant they came out and fix it promptly. They didnt even charge me extra for coming out late, service was good quick and now my garage sound better than when it was new price was great will definitely be using them again in the future.

I contacted 911 Garage Door Service to add exterior weather stripping to two of our garage doors, replace the weatherstripping on the bottom of the garage doors and to install a threshold piece on one garage door.They were quick to respond on and came out within a day to check out the job. Communication was responsive and scheduling was quick with them sending out someone to work on the next available Saturday.However, where things went awry was when they came out to perform the work. We went through a walkthrough of the scope but one thing was excluded and there was some confusion about the threshold piece. They didn’t have the material to do it and refused to include it at the quoted price.The text I sent to them confirmed the work I wanted and they confirmed the scope.Me: “Brown trim around three sides of two garage doors. Customer to paint. Inspection and general maintenance on two doors. Bottom threshold install on one door and replacing bottom weatherstripping on two doors. Low XXXs (hidden) estimate.”They did give me the option to back out at the time but also refused to quote or do the additional service even when I inquired about additional cost. They were already there and I just wanted the job done so we went forward. The work was completed well and quickly. The contractor they sent was professional and courteous but due to the issue of getting less than I was quoted I’m reducing the rating down some.

****USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE EXTREMELY RELIABLE, EFFICIENT AND PROFESSIONAL****I just used this company this week, and I am impressed at how they handled my stressful situation. I called several companies prior to calling them, and I had to leave voicemails (for which I never got a returned call). Alan answered the phone promptly, was extremely patient and thorough when answering my many questions. I was not expecting to have my door repaired but Terrance was here within a few hours and did an AMAZING job. I believe he went above and beyond when I realized he cleaned the garage door, although he only repaired some panels, my garage door looks brand new, and its working like new as well. If I need any repairs in the future, I will be using this company again!

911 Garage Door Service installed two garage door at my house about 12 months ago. Prompt installation, great fit & color match at a good price. My wife recently lowered one of the doors down onto her rear bumper (didnt pull the car into the garage far enough) and bent & broke some of the door hardware. Called 911 Garage Door - they had a repair man out to my house 2 hours later -- he went back to the shop and got the proper replacement parts -- result, the door now works perfectly again -- highly recommend.

Had my garage door spring break on me one evening. I called Allen with 911 Garage Door and left a message as it was after hours. Allen texted back as he couldnt call as he was at a function and we agreed on appointment for next day. Next day, Allen messaged that Jay would be the tech on the job. Jay arrived early and quickly changed out the spring and even answered all my questions about the process. He checked the tension and even lubed up all the rollers.
