Well cant thank them enough for pin and welding my 11.5 barrel with a GAU flash hider. Was looking for a reputable company since it was hard to find people who did it locally. 😎 Much appreciated fellas.(there was a scratch on the brass deflector but I dont think it was them, something I probably didnt notice before then, so not gonna fault them for it. lol) they did a great job so excited to take it to the range soon once I get my charging handle and BCG in 😁

Before coming here, read the bad reviews. I live 45 minutes away and was very disappointed. I walk in at 10:00am, and walked out at 10:04. I guess they are more focused on having guns to post on Instagram than having guns to sell. I went there for a sig P320 that was customized. The first gun I see is a customized P320. I asked to see it, and was told that there guns are display only. What’s the point of having a gun store if your guns are display only? First and last time coming here. Don’t waste your time like I did.

The only thing stopping me from giving them 5 stars is that their prices are a little high on basic stuff. But if you don’t like it you can always shop somewhere else. Outside of that everything is great especially if you’re looking for custom made or hard to find firearms. The guys in the shop are pretty cool too.

If I could give it zero I would. The customer service was terrible. The salesman have no idea what they’re doing and can barely work the register. One worker has no clue what is going on at all times and when asked questions he is unresponsive and doesn’t answer questions. There’s a Asian worker who has the attitude of a elderly woman. Good items terrible customer service.

My girl and I went around 6pm and honestly the vibes are so good, as well as the service. Got a glock 17 and Garcia the owner took such good care of us. Best gun spot hands down.

Y’all go see my boy Javier. He’s got the best of custom firearms, if he doesn’t have it he can make it happen, just paint him a picture and he can get it done. Best store around for guns. I wish y’all would turn this place into like a gun club-hang out type of spot.

I walked in and immediately my PTSD was triggered from back when I was a hardcore Call of Duty gamer. They have all the guns from the movies.Great quality work but if you’re in a hurry, I would not bring it here. I dropped off my rifle for a simple fix, and the gentleman told me it would be ready sometime next week. I didn’t get a call till about 4 weeks later. Great work though and super affordable, definitely gonna be back to buy a bazooka or something like that.

I have done a few transactions with HTX Tactical, and the customer service was excellent. I live in a different city, but they were able to answer all my questions through email and complete the transaction in a timely matter. I visited the shop not to long ago and the in person customer service was excellent as well.

Really nice knowledgeable guys. Also when I purchased the parts they put them on my gun for free. They were fast and efficient. Ive been here twice and theyve always had the parts that I need. I definitely recommend them for any expert or novice gun enthusiast.

First time ever walking into a Gun Shop. Felt welcomed and was asked if I needed help relatively quick.

Needed a AR no one had. The team got it done in one day! Drawn up put together truly the real gods of gun builds in Texas 🙏🙏

The staff is cool, knowledgeable. When they tend to you as a customer. You get the full attention of your sales rep, to assist with making sure you are happy and getting exactly what it is that you went there for.

They call this place the MSRP+ store for a reason. Also kind of funny how they have ammo with academy security tags still on for sale. These types of people are the reason why academy has no ammo right now, they buy it in the morning when they open and sell to you for $1 a round.

Finally found a gun shop that has it all, Great service, awesome products at amazing prices. Definitely will be going back soon.

Walked in today not knowing anything about guns only that I wanted to purchase one. I looked and sounded like a complete newbie because I am. I felt really uncomfortable and felt like they were all gonna laugh because this was my first time setting foot in a gun shop. Completely the opposite. The guy, Jay, was super helpful and really professional. I was sure he was gonna start to get aggravated with me because I didnt know a single thing about firearms and I just kept asking question after question. He answered every single question and every question I repeated after that. He recommended a gun that fit me and didnt go any further until I was comfortable holding it. From there he went down the list of what I should know about gun safety. After all was said and done he recommended that I go to a class about firearms safety to get better knowledge about firearms. Needless to say I purchased my first firearm and I will definitely be going back. The other guy was nice too, Neff, I think was his name. Sorry, if I didnt get that right, but everyone there was was really great.

Great experience!! First time visiting I was overwhelmed by all the things they had for sale. Everytime I take a new friend in they fall in love with the store. I find myself trying to stop in at least twice a week now!! From Firearms to accessories like Holsters, mags, range bags, MRE’s etc. Everytime I get a new weapon I stop by and make a purchase from them... Next up will be Custom work!! Can’t get enough of this store..

Great service. George and his colleague are knowledgeable and friendly. Didn’t have what I was looking for (shotgun hardware), but they described how to shop for it online.

Decided to stop by late Saturday just to check out the shop and to my surprise it had everything that I was looking for my Glock. Awesome place with good selection, pricing and excellent customer service especially from Paul. Would definitely recommend.

Every time I come in here for something I always have a great experience. Whenever I buy parts they always install for me on the spot free of charge! Did testing before and after installation of parts on my firearm on their range (free ammo charge) i can’t say enough good things about this hidden gem of a gun store. I hope they expand soon!!

I walked in and was immediately greeted by a nice young man by the name of John. I told him I didnt want a gun with too much kick back and he explained calibers and recoil. I learned a new word. He was professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Only drawback is no gun range for practice shooting but otherwise I plan to return if they have the best prices. I may even get me a cute engraved gun.

Mason was very helpful and did a great job helping me to find what I needed. I even changed my mind about something like an idiot after I had already left, and went back and they were still willing to work with me and refunded me part of my order.

Took my new AR pistol in there for some repairs, they cleaned, oiled and fixed my weapon in a matter of minutes and charged me penny’s. Awesome selection of guns and staff were cool as hell and showed all guns I wanted to see. Hidden gem with some diamonds working there. Also a lot of bling around.

Ordered a holster from them 5 weeks ago. They said 3 to 4 weeks. On the 4th week called and asked about my purchase had no idea about it then they had me send an email of my receipt to them. First and last time will be buying from them

My husband and I had several pistols worked on here. Fantastic team and incredible quality.

I recently had a rifle shipped to me from HTX Tactical by an employee named Mason Wright. The rifle was shipped with the bolt in place, wrapped with two sheets of bubble wrap, and placed in a box several sizes larger than it should have been. It arrived with the bolt broken and the bolt handle missing. Unfortunately they also did not insure the rifle. Upon contacting Mason, he told me the owner, George, doesnt feel responsible for the damages, and that I should take it up with FedEx. However being uninsured, I would only receive $100, and a new bolt (that wouldnt even match, cosmetically) is $370+. Business ethics seem nonexistent here.

Im extremely knowledgeable and skilled at firearms, and every question I shot at the owner was answered correctly and explained in detail. The owner is self funded and doesnt sell out to big name companies, and will go to great lengths to make sure you have the best experience possible, and the best equipment for your job. Its a small shop, but big ideas are flowing through here and hes planning on expanding. The internal shop is decorated with homegrown materiel, he has great music playing, and he can also build you the platform you need. Ive gone through plenty of gun shops/body armor shops, but this is the flashiest and best place Ive seen to date. Stop by, check it out yourself, and see about getting you a piece of hardware to lay the hate down, or to protect yourself and your family.

I had a Glock frame cerakoted and stippled here. Nothing fancy at all just plain od green and stipple. I was told that they do everything in house, both stipple and cerakote work. Then I was told there would be a 4 week wait. 12 weeks and a few excuses later I finally got my frame back. I specifically asked for no accelerator cuts and for whatever reason they included them. So not only was the wait time far longer than I was initially told but they also didn’t do it to my specifications. Even tho they took an unacceptably long time getting the job done and then removed more material than they were supposed to the cerakote is holding up well.

They have a great selection of AR-15 parts and Glock Parts. But the guns they build are crazy expensive, they design their own AR Receivers. They will put together your AR the way you want it. In my opinion they are a tad bit overpriced, but they have 15% off sales quite often, thats when i take advantage of their inventory. Great sales staff though. Very knowledgable. They have toy drives around christmas time every year, its good to know they give back to the community. Very polite, very inviting. Its just a small shop, and it can get full, and it can take a while before it your turn.

Ran across these guys on the net and decided to stop in and check them out. Both George and Javier were super knowledgeable and inviting! George took the time to walk me through lots of accessory options as well as discuss the numerous services they perform in house. I have been following these guys on Instagram for a while and the shop looks awsome. I was excited when i saw they finally had some rock island armory 1911s in stock so i called to get the details on them. I have been looking for one of these 1911s for months. I dont live close to the shop so i wanted to make sure they had the model i was looking for before i make the drive over. After asking 2 questions the kid on the phone told me his manager said i couldnt ask anymore questions. Probably not the best thing to say to a potential customer. Based off that exchange i will take my business elsewhere. Not a good idea to run off customers with there being so many gun shops around town. Ill go to warthog firearms where they know how to treat customers with respect.

HTX Tactical had most of the parts I was looking for, brought in several handguns for custom work and got them back the same day. Will be back again.
