I placed an order and my credit card was charged in full on October 26, 2021. After 1 week of no response or update I messaged them to see if there was an update as to when my order would be shipped. I did not receive a response. I then called to speak to someone. I was told that they were unable to ship my order to to NY and they would refund my order. I have not been refunded, and when I call it is going to voice mail. Very disappointed with my experience.Update since posting: I have been fully refunded.

Drove an hour away to buy this wheatgrass because of the reviews. It did not disappoint, Im a cancer patient undergoing chemo and radiation and so far so good!! I take a shot every morning, its helped me tremendously with treatment and I will be calling him today for more. Also, I will be buying some for a fellow cancer patient friend of mine. This is a top notch product delivered with stellar customer service. Ive consumed wheat grass juice for 35 years, at times growing wheat grass myself and at other times needing to buy it. My wheat grass growing setup was recently swept away by Hurricane Harvey so I turned once again to old, reliable Grass on the Go. Alan, the owner, demonstrates such high levels of integrity and customer service it just makes me wish that could be exported to other businesses Ive dealt with.
