My experience here has never changed since day 1! Friendly and quick staff and they treat you like family! They are always welcoming as soon as you walk in, no matter if there’s 5 people or 20. I am so thankful to have the opportunity to visit a local facility to pick up things for my friends, family and clients and know that I will always receive amazing customer service. I appreciate the warehouse be opening during this time. Our clients, friends and family really like getting their products the same day. I had been coming to the warehouse 2 times a week and stocking up for my satellite club last month and I am grateful that the warehouse team members and manger were able to deliver and I understand the lines are long but the process and orders are effective and keep us all safe and healthy.

No matter how long the lines are or what time of day it is, I’m always greeted with a smile and well wishes upon leaving. The staff is always extremely helpful. I’m extremely grateful for them putting themselves on the front line during this time. They make it possible for us to get products to our clients and keep income coming in.

I just want to say “THANK YOU!” to the staff, management and especially Jose at the Houston QRC. They are extremely professional and work super hard to get everyone their orders. I am so grateful that through Quarantine they remained open, fighting on the frontlines for us as Distributors to continue to run our business and cater to our clients. In this times of need that we all need to work together and be kind to one another. Herbalife employees make everything harder than what it is. They don’t help at all. Everyone here seems to hate their job, I wouldn’t come here if I didn’t had to. Every time I come here it’s the same horrible service, we need new/welcoming faces!!!

Service is horrible, never coming to this location again. First of all I placed my order online and when I got there I still had to wait another 2 hours. One of the employee came out and sarcastically said they couldn’t find my order. I’m only giving 2 stars because I appreciate Herbalife being open in this pandemic. Please avoid coming here it’s the same issue everytime I come here.

Its more organized now with our orders online and drive thru staff moves pretty quickly, change is definately good really hoping for this curbside to stay permanently .

I just love the staff at the Houston QRC I’m always greeted by name when walking through the door. For them not to be herbalife distributors they’re always in a cheerful mode and I’m super grateful for all that they do for us #BANGBANG

Had an issue with an order online, for which I had to make a long call to have fixed. Luckily the staff there was incredibly helpful, JT, the manager without a second thought offered to go out of his way and directly contact the company for me to avoid me all the hassle. Would definitely recommend anyone to come visit here, friendly environment and fast service, Im usually in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Always love coming here to get products. Staff is always nice, even know them by name at this point. If you wanna avoid long wait times then go early. Im not a patient person so I always go in the mornings.

Come get your Herbalife product. If you take it right you will lose weight. This location is pretty good its just that so many people want product it does get crowded in here sometimes other than that I would have gave it five stars. They have Lift-Off which is very good. They have the aloe vera with the NRG tea oh my gosh it is so good. Do you need a meal replacement come place your order. If you have any questions just call the number on this page. Each time I come there is always a long wait to be called when you check in. Even if you did an order online. Products are great but the wait to be serviced is just ridiculous. The window does a good job at getting the product out quickly.

It’s a scam company with really poor products.

The pick up line they have created to pick up orders during the pandemic is outrageous!! Get ready to spend about an hour or more parked outside in a line that wraps around the entire building! They should have workers outside walking from car to car to ask for order numbers etc!!!Ridiculous line hurry up & open up like rest of the country

So I know once you signed off you youre saying that you got what you ordered. I got what I needed but I got the wrong size. I think is ridiculous that when you call they call you a liar!! Take the product back at 5pm with all the traffic and by the time you get there its closed! I am very disappointed! And very upset...

As a herbalife distributor, I like 2 come 2 this location cuz some of the products they have here & dont have 2 wait by mail which could take a wk or 2 2 arrive. Although, they should make another warehouse location by my house on the sw side.

Very disappointed at customer service. Arrived at 2:59 p.m. and a Spanish speaking lady said there was nothing she could do for me to pick up my order since all the computers were already shutting down. Yet there was still a line in the lobby for pick up.
