Been coming here for years have always had the best experience, helpful, knowledgeable until today!Came in and some crass woman asked me do you need help with something, after I had been walking around for 5 minutes. I asked for a specific product she pointed to the shelf then got on the phone with apparently a friend. I wanted to ask about the product but her personal call was more important. I walked off to look at other products, she did walked past me to help another customer, never acknowledged me or asked if I found what I was looking for. I asked her if Herman still owned the business she said NO but he still comes in WHY in a irritated tone, I said I just notice a difference, she again in her snappy and said with what, I just said the store. Again she never offered to assist me. I told her she was a rude B and was walking out and she screamed at me what did you say! Very low class and horrible customer service. Such a shame!

I called a few minutes ago to ask if they had wil cherry bark the herbs and I was told no I asked you would be able to recommend some where else would who carry that the response from the worker was I don’t work every where else I only work here I understand that Just out of being kind sometimes you know other places who might carry what this store won’t have that person did not have to be so RUDE

Dr Hermann is awesome! This man has helped me in so many ways. He keeps himself informed on the latest research of each vitamine and supplement and what it does in the body. He is a retired NASA scientist so he knows his stuff.

My problem is on two separate occasions with two separate sales people two separate products. Recommended non-compatible product for myself /adverse effects. and when they get it wrong refuse to admit it. They simply Double Down, very prideful and insist their word is final.

This was my first visit after moving to the area, looking for a new health food store that I would be comfortable with. I was not greeted as I walked in the door, as the two women were yucking it up with another customer. Thats fine. I understand that. Then I was approached by a lady asking what I needed. I had a long list of things that I needed, and after asking for a couple of things and just having her point to the shelf and walk away, with quite a rude manner, I realized that this was not the place for me. I will go back to my old store in Pearland where customers are valued. As I left, the other lady wished me a blessed day. Lol. Thanks.

I love this shop and Ive been a loyal customer for years. This is the only place I go to purchase vitamins. The people there are so nice and helpful. The owner Mr. Herman is way better than a doctor and you can ask him questions and his knowledge is very extensive. I dont know what Im going to do if this shop ever closes because they are the only people I trust to give me correct advice. Other stores just want to sell you stuff but Tri-Health wants to really help you. I love this store! 😀

Mr. Herman and his staff are so nice and helpful. They helped me in the past when I was ill and got better because of Mr. Hermans advice. I no longer have ovarian cysts, no gastritis, no kidney stones and take no medication whatsover.

I was suffering from real bad heart burn on a daily basis. I could not sleep well at night because thats when it was worse. The young gentlemen that seemed to look like an angel helped me and offered some great advice. He saved me a trip to the doctor and now my heartburn is all but gone!!!! The moment Dr. Herman looked at me he could tell me what I lacked and needed!! He is informative and concerned about your well-being. If you want to go a holistic route and avoid the pharmaceutical way, risking side-effects from dangerous chemicals...I recommend visiting this place and have Dr. Herman glance at you!

Great place, great service, great selection of supplements, bottled water, books and specialty items. Wish they had several locations around the Houston area. My wife and I love it there.

I have heard of this store for many years through a friend, and this past week my friend (who is now in California) called Mr. Herman to ask what could help my Lymes disease. I am suffering in a very bad way and have tried many things . Anyway, Mr. Herman told him and they shipped me super strength oregano! They are a blessing!!

This is my favorite health food store. Ive been shopping here for about 2 years now. It reminds me of the little shop that my grandmother used to have. The gentleman that owns the shop as well as the ladies all seem to be very knowledgeable and extra willing to help you. They go out of their way to help you get everything that you need, even if they have to special order it. I recently moved about 20 minutes away and went to Ermas Nutrition Center to pick up something and I was treated so horribly. I will never ever go back there. Even if it means fighting traffic to drive back to my old neighborhood, I will go back to Tri-Health and shop at the place that I love.

I liked that all my questions were answered amd the outcome of her knowledge reall gave me results!
