We went to the location on fondren. The line was pretty short for the weather to be so warm. The cashier was helpful and friendly enough. We got our drinks in a reasonable amount of time and they were pretty good.. some of the flavors just kind of tasted sweet and not like strawberry or whatever but it was good. We will be back!

No dreams is my favorite place the snow cones or slushy whatever you want to call it is always good they have such a wide selection and I truly love going there from time to time when I want something sweet I highly recommend that you try it out if you can find one go for it plus the prices are not expensive

Omg absolutely yummy sno cones! We picked this place based on reviews and they were correct, SO good and there was even a line by the time we left. We have never had a Texas style sno cone and they are much better than any other Ive had before!! The flavor is all the way through and the ice is perfectly ground and not just a puddle on the bottom with some hard shaved ice. I chose the cherry with pickles, my hubby chose the strawberry with whip and layers of strawberries. My daughter and friend chose blue raspberry and regular strawberry. Everyone enjoyed their treat and we will be back!

I stood outside for about 20 minutes to only find out that the lady said they were not taking orders and this was at about 1:30 p.m. One of the associates came from outside the door and did a delivery to a car in the driveway which then she stood there for about 10 minutes having a personal conversation with them as customers set on the deck waiting for service. The single associate that was in the back working on making the snowballs was obviously left alone struggling trying to complete all orders. What I asked what time they close they advised 8:00 p.m. However at 1:30 they decided to stop taking orders.

As a first time customer that might be my LAST. I don’t know how many ppl was working in there but the wait time is horrible!!! I waited an HOUR for one snow cone, just one. It is summertime, this heat is atrocious, and they don’t even have umbrellas for shade or anything. All of us pregnant women were hot, big, and tired. Then the girl with the faux locs and black jacket called my order she had an attitude! Overall the snow cone was good but the service and wait time just didn’t make any sense to me.

This place never disappoints. Ive never had a bad Snoball from this place, and it is one of my favorites in the Houston area. Lines can be long during the summer time, but the wait time still isnt bad. They do their best in expediting orders. This is a black owned business, so please show these great people your support.

I love their snow cones. Period. However, my experience today was not good.There was an extremely long wait just to place my order and a wait for my snow cone. Im assuming someone was in training because the lady who took my order was communicating to another lady behind her and explaining to her that she has to multi task when working in the back. So, this may be the reason for the slow moving line.I was also concerned that neither lady wore gloves or a mask. This is something that needs to be corrected IMMEDIATELY.I hope that the owner reads this review and will take heed. Its important to support our businesses but more important that they practice the proper safety measures when preparing and serving beverage and food.

Snow cones are ok when there’s someone there that actually wants to make them because the girls there usually have a attitude. I have given them so many opportunities to keep my business and they fail every time. They never have anything that’s on they menu yet they keep adding things to only tell you oh we not doing food today like seriously how are y’all still open. Only go here if this is your last option.

The customer service here is trash and so off putting and the ice solidifies almost immediately 😶 wait times are bad and employees were not wearing masks

Worst experience ever! We waited 30 minutes to get to the front to order. We finally get to the front a few minutes before 5. We proceed to start our order I ordered a cream soda w/ ice cream. My husband says he wants nachos with just cheese. She tells us to hold on to check if they can sell food still?? Whoever she asks says it’s fine. I ask can we also get a hot cheetos with cheese she states that’s fine. My husband goes to order his snow cone, she asks us to hold a moment while she hands another customer their order. Ok no problem. Once she is done we proceed back to the window and she says oh my manager just told me the cheese is not ready so we can’t sell you the food. What??!! At this point I was over it and we left without getting anything. Not to mention she is not wearing gloves when she is putting the spoon and straws in the snow cones. Probably will not be coming back to this location EVER!

NOLA-quality shaved ice (snowballs) and authentic flavors. Definitely worth the wait!

Very unprofessional, unsanitary establishment. Definitely during this Pandemic on yesterday no one was wearing gloves and only one employee had on a mask improperly. So we ordered Strawberry cheesecake with condensed milk after waiting 20 minutes no snowcone, after checking on my order I found out someone had to go to the store and buy condensed milk. Wow never again

Was looking for s black owned snow cone for me and my granddaughters and we found Sno Dreamz. We enjoyed it and we will be back again.

I really enjoyed patronizing this business, you could see the pride in in the families eyes and the way they treated me was above and beyond customer service. The snow cones were awesome,as well as the boudan.

Ive been coming here for atleast 5 years. My favorite flavor is BlueCoconut with cream throughout! If theres a line, its worth the wait!

Love how saturated with flavor they are. Definitely recommend! If you want to use a card though, you have to spend $5 or more so come prepared.

We go here very often. Over the last 5 years. Because its the only one near us. My daughter is the reason. But today was by far the worst. First theyre to expensive for snow cones in the first place. But Id do anything for my princess. But along with myself amd many other customers. We were disappointed when most of the flavors were unavailable. Only for my child pick something she thought would be cool. Since they didnt have wedding cake. Who doesnt have wedding cake at a snow cone stand. But for the rainbow to be so nasty. With added pickles eww 🤢. But after paying a $1.50 more for gummy bears. To see that they may have forgotten. Turn around go back and be told oh yeah theyre in the middle but it was chopped pickles. Took me out! Oh well be back! Next week when the season start as the worker said see if they are willing to restore my daughter perception of them. She will be given a free snow cone. Because I dont work to give my money away!

No sense of urgency. Cell phones seemed more important to scroll and look at versus assisting paying customer. Order a small flat snowcone for my 3 year old, and a large snowcone with cream for myself. When order was ready 10 years later, small snowcone wasn’t flat, and mine didn’t include the cream i ordered. This place lacks:ATTENTIVENESS & SENSE OF URGENCYFirst timer. Won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend even if it was free.*****G O T O R E D W A G O N*****

After waiting 5 years to place an order, I waited another 3 years for it to be ready. On top of that I didnt receive my condensed milk I paid for on 1 my snowball. I ordered 3 snowballs. Why would she make me 3 snowballs and then she choose which 2 to put milk on? No customer service, no care in the world they have towards customers. Wont be returning and I do not recommend.

Super friendly service. Ive been going here for a couple years now and it is hands down the best snow cones Ive had in my life. Owners are super friendly and although there can be a wait at times for your order it is 100 percent worth it.

The service here was not good at all. I stood in line and waited 7 minutes and finally decided to look inside the window only to see 2 young ladies chatting and working very slowly. There were 5 customers waiting for their snow cones, who had already ordered. I would have expected to someone to come to the window to even see if there are additional customers waiting to place an order but no one showed up as it was myself and two other people waiting. We all ended up getting in our cars and leaving.

We love yall but chill on all the syrup lol...and I love extra syrup. I could have made three son cones with what you gave me. Thats wasting money. Other than that we love the snacks and all you have to offer.

Some businesses can really try to rip you off. They tell you support certain businesses but they don’t treat you right. I was referred to come here!!! First off the lady in front of me ordered a blue bubblegum sno cone, why when she got it, it was white like the ice with a splash of syrup. She asked for it to be corrected, they charge her. I get to the window, you have a $10 card minimum. TRY AGAIN!!! Then she handed me someone else sno cone, took it back and then handed it to that person. I tried to catch them to let them know how unsanitary that place is but she drove off!!! Glad I have connections with the health department because this place needs an inspection as well

I chose to cancel my order. I watched 3 clerks giggling, joking, and cursing instead of helping customers. Only one clerk was available to assist 6 customers. They messed up my nieces order, as well.I wont come back to this location.

The staff here were friendly . I got a nectar and blueberry snow ball . I waited less than 5 minutes which is way better than the wait in New Orleans which can be well over 30 minutes at most places . I will definitely be going back .

The sno cones are soo gooood. But they are soooo freakn slooooow!!!!!! They do more talking than serving.
