Great service! The raspberry pomegranate halo was super intense! I tried their orange fruit tea soft serve, and while the flavor did remind me of my favorite fruit tea at a boba tea bar, it was really weak 🙁 That marshmallow was perfectly toasted and just totally yummy though! It was also cool that they speared the toasted marshmallow on a pocky stick 🤣 When it comes to their soft serve, the flavors are weak and quality is lacking. Also, everything is overpriced for what you get--both in terms of size and quality. I had heard great things about Aqua S, so I really wanted to recommend it, but I cant 😥
Super cute place!! And unique flavors :)Soft serve was decent and enjoyable I got the strawberry yogurt sea salt combo + the cotton candy (fav)Flavor execution not bad for the soft serves in generalBut the cups are disGUSting. The honey lavender one is good until you get it with the intense wax aftertaste. I literally gagged.
Omg... this place!!! AMAZING! Went there with my friends on a Sunday afternoon, and we all thought it was such a neat place. The inside of the store makes you forget what city you are in, truly like no other. The ice creams are so delicious! I could not get tired of them. My favorite was the Popcorn Ice Cream w/ cotton candy caramel popcorn around it. I thought would’ve been a weird combination but Aqua S nailed their flavor! :D
Great soft serve-- limited flavors because they rotate them. The hand made small batch ice creams are great too but sell out fast if you go too late in the day!
I was able to get the cutest pics here. The ice cream is very limited in selection I believe they have two flavors only- but I was not very into the salted caramel flavor sadly
My boyfriend and I came in here randomly while we waited for a nearby appointment and wow I’m super glad we did! What is up with that sea salt flavor? I’ve never tried anything like it. I’d drive all the way out here just to get that again!! Also, super cozy store and super cute wallpapers that are insta worthy.
We went here on a weekend. The place was crowded. We ordered the ice cream at the counter and took it outside. The ambiance is definitely cute and photogenic! But the ice cream itself is just delicious! I wouldnt have expected to like sea salt flavored ice cream, but I ended up loving it! The consistency is also really silky.Definitely worth visiting and trying once.
Super cute place! Went to their Ouran Host Club day and the wait was 3.5 hours but to me it was worth it. The owner and staff walked around checking in and the staff in cosplay did dances every half hour. Over all great!
Great variety of flavors and interesting milkshakes. The sea salt adds great depth to the sweetness. Perfect after meal and refreshing on a hot day.
Sea salt for me is a win. Such a good flavor and a really good place highly recommended.
Cute ice cream shop, they always have fun new flavors! Definitely try the sea salt mixed swirl!
I loved this cute little shop. Their wallpaper is an IG stop for sure. I got the lemon x sea salt soft serve with cotton candy and pop rocks. The flavours of the soft serve was perfect balanced and so refreshing. Wish I had this back home😋. Also got to try the black sesame and Black Hawaii and they were nice. The Black Hawaii was a coconut chocolate. Very light, but I still prefer the lemon x sea salt!
Good flavor but very slow service. Ice cream is easy smelted anyway.
Their themed events suck, waited 4hrs in line for a flavorless $7 drink, icecream melted fast. not much effort put into the theme just a bunch of cardboard cutouts, gifts weren’t cute either or they either ran out. maids r okayish, wish they hired better ones. giving it 2 stars because they atleast supplied lil frozen plastic clothes everyonce in awhile while waiting in line, and the maids are friendly. Overall, over priced and overrated. also slow service
Presentation is nice for the ice cream. 3 stars bc it smells pretty bad inside
Super average ice cream. I go the cereal milk ice cream and it just tasted like a normal vanilla soft serve. I also got the lychee breeze and it just tasted like normal lemonade in a fancy cup. The place itself was not as cute as the photos that were posted. There were just random small seats all over the place and a couple tall stolls but not comfortable seating. All in all it was OKAY but not worth the cost and I wouldnt go back.
Cool place has a cotton candy machine and make it when you order, great for kids if they havent seen it before.
Every month or so the flavors change so when I tried Aqua S this month the flavors were cheesecake and Concord grape. The grape was awful and tasted like medicine, but the cheesecake was fine. Added the marshmallow to my order. You can also add pop rocks, cotton candy (Fairy floss), and popcorn if you like. I wasn’t sure about the sea salt, but it turns out to be pretty good. Only a little salty and mostly tasted like vanilla. The ice cream is soft serve and really creamy. I enjoyed it. I wouldn’t mind going back again and trying a different flavor combination.
I like the ice cream and changes in flavours, but why does the inside of the store smell like diapers
Like the flavors here would come more often but $5 feels a bit steep for one regular size cone.
Great drinks and chill spot!
They had three flavors only (Sea salt, banana, mint chocolate)
Cute place. Delicious ice cream. Quite skeptical about the sea salt ice cream but i love it. Also love the matcha. Ice cream cone is $4.96 (well worth it). The marshmallow add on was 75 cent. I thought that was expensive but it was good.I heard durian flavor is very good but you cannot eat that inside the store due to the strong smell so i haven’t tried it. Will come back and try all flavors.
The variety of flavors are so good and the place is nice, good to have some ice cream from this shop its good quality and very tasty, Love it.
Loved the experience here! We got the taro milk tea and the black Hawaii flavor!! Will definitely be back when we are in Houston again.
The best soft serve ice cream in Houston. Get the sea salt flavor in a chocolate cone. It tastes like a salted caramel frappe in ice cream form. The seasonal flavors are sometimes good sometimes yuck. Ask for a sample before committing.
One of our fave ice cream places! So cute and the flavors are always changing and fun! The ice cream is never too sweet and the cones taste bomb and I love all the add ons. Only complaint is the smell when you walk in, smells like sulfur/old water? You get used to it quickly, but I never stay to eat inside because this kind of takes some enjoyment away.
Charming environment? [✔]Friendly staff? [✔✔]Tasty product? [✔✔✔✔✔✔]Fair price? [✔]I went and had the Taro/Seasalt mix!(Taro has a mild taste reminiscent of that childhood memory of milk steeped with your favorite cereal)The subtle Taro flavor is enhanced when complimented by the bold Seasalt; you cant ask for a more perfect combination.😛🍦😮Beware😮 however, this combination is seasonal and wont be around for long😔.Get it while they got it! 😁
Ice cream is Very tasty! Staffs are very friendly and helpful!
This place is super cute, with several areas that are perfect for taking selfies. However, seating can be hard to find, considering the size of this place, and how crowded it can get. I was excited to try ice cream from here, but left a little disappointed. The ice cream I got was a mixed ice cream, it had oreo and sea salt. The oreo part was pretty good, but the sea salt was WAY too salty (honestly, it was off-putting.) Overall, I feel like this place is popular due more to its cuteness, over anything else.
As seen on the Loclish tv chanel, the best place for ice cream out of the ordinary .I love the sea salt flavor one.
First time going the ice-cream is delicious! Will definitely be going back!
Elizabeth is a terribly nice employee, my ice cream experience would not be the same without that quality costermore service and it is an absolute euphoric bliss
Different flavors every 2 weeks, so there is anyways something new to try
I had high hopes for this place... had great reviews... but unfortunately not for us. I brought my family here and none of us liked it... it’s a really nice place But that’s all. It also took a while to get it because only one person was fixing the orders. Just wasn’t our thing... didn’t taste good at all.
The places is very nice and preety but the ice cream is not good too sweet and expensive
Fairly new place, its very cute but small for the amount of clientele they have. Expect long lines, but moves pretty quickly. They only have about 4 flavors, which I learned rotate seasonally except the sea salt, and 5 toppings. On the pricey end, paid about 15 for two of us. Will probably come back just to see the new flavors.
Great and cool atmosphere, but ice cream wise not that great. While the cotton candy and toast marshmallow is an awesome touch and yummy. The ice cream was overly sweet and not the greatest. Ive been to a ton of great ice cream places and China town and wouldnt recommend this one to a friend.
So, the setting, visual design, and atmosphere is amazing. Adds to the ice cream! The ice cream itself now, so freaking good. Its soft serve ice cream, with a staple flavor of sea salt, along with 2 flavor choices that change every 15ish days. I had the Red Bean x Sea Salt mix. Highly recommend coming here and trying it for yourself. They have little add-ons like cotton candy, toasted marshmallow, sweet popcorn and pop rocks.
Nice place, good drinks and ice cream
Great ice-cream! The sea salt is wonderful. The cones are dark but dont taste like anything
Very good milkshake!
Try the kumquat it takes me back to my childhood. Yummy
Super yummy soft serve ice cream on a hot summer day! They rotate their flavors the 1st and 15th of every month although I think the sea salt is their most popular and is a regular on the menu. I got mine in a cup with a toasted marshmallow. There is also popcorn and cotton candy (I think they call it fairy floss) but I kept mine simple! I also got a few tubs to-go to try later (Durian, jackfruit and black sesame)
Would give this 3.5 but its better than a 3, so a 4 it is. Ice cream is tasty, but a little steep for soft serve (by a dollar-two dollars or so, nothing crazy- $5 for soft serve). Flavors are unique; their sea salt is awesome. My main gripe is that the employees are rude. Only been a few times, but the employees (all, not just one out of the bunch) were rude every time. They looked as if you annoyed them anytime you ordered anything or asked any questions. Itd be nice to see some employees excited about the delicious product they are selling. Also, there is a weird smell in there. Like sewage or something that died or something rotting. We took our ice cream to the car to eat it. With three employees behind the counter, Im curious as to the process. They never serve you your ice cream right away. You have to wait, even if theres only one or two other people in there.
This ice cream shop is great. Their workers are pleasantly welcoming and the ice cream is top notch. I always get the sea salt ice cream cone with no toppings every time and it’s still just as great as the first time.
The tea was not very good.
Very chic place, great for the kids.Walls are painted with blue skies with fluffy clouds. Illustrated angel wings are on the wall next to the cashier. Once you get your soft serve, you can take a selfie with the wings as your backdrop, because apparently theres soft serve in heaven. If you dont believe in heaven, theres an old-school, pink colored pay phones on the opposite wall. You can take a selfie pretending to call your friend collect, because who carries quarters anymore?Consistentency and texture of the soft serve is on point, flavors are great, and the waffle cone is oddly black but doesnt taste like chocolate. Expect unique flavors such as blue sea salt, green matcha, white sweet cream, or pink cranberry.
