Horrible service. I was the first in line and was helped last!! I stood in the store for about 30 minutes and was treated with nothing but disrespect. I read another review that says they only help the people they know, which is completely true. Don’t even consider doing here, go to the actual Dior store in the Galleria. These people will waste your time. The only helpful person in the store is the security guard.

I was in the store and was standing in line for about 25-30 minutes which isn’t a problem due to the pandemic. The Sale Assistance or CA( Client Adviser) Crystal (I don’t know i spelled it correctly) but her attitude wasn’t tasteful, she acted like she didn’t want me to buy a purse and she surely wasn’t trying to sale it to me either. All they do is sit in the back and don’t even acknowledge if someone is upfront unless the know the person. No personality and no customer service. Just people trying to make a buck, and not trying to sale. I will never go back, I’ll just order online and pick up from now on.
