This place is in a sketchy part of town. There are bullet holes in the windows. Parking is limited. No big deaI, though. I guess this keeps overhead low. I made a decent deal on a new Kawasaki motorcycle. Its definitely a sellers market so dont expect huge discounts. I had to practically beg for a meager discount on a couple of extra items. I paid MSRP + tax for my bike. I guess my transaction wasnt profitable enough for any extras to be thrown in. I even offered to buy some parts and gear at full price if they’d come down more on the bike. Nope. And a discount on an extended warranty doesnt count as these usually arent worth the paper theyre written on.My salesman, Josh, was friendly and efficient with everything. He actually found me better financing terms than I could find on my own. Not many lenders want to do motorcycle loans it seems.They wouldnt let me test ride without first getting a credit approval. I even gave my 30% cash down payment and submitted my loan application and I still couldnt test ride until I was approved. At that point, they should have realized I was a serious buyer. I thought this was kind of slimy. I understand there are a lot of tire kickers, but test rides are part of doing business. What if I had hated the bike? I felt I would have been forced to buy it anyway.I wish they were more up front with pricing. I had to beg for an out the door price.The cake was delicious.

Remember when you used to be able to go to a dealership and buy a vehicle and not regret it? This is that kinda place. No pressure, easy and well organized staff and process. Josh is the nicest guy in the world and knows a ton about Can Am. Bought here this time, and will buy here again.

Do not buy from team mancuso powersports north. Service team has had my 2021 fourwheeler for 4 months and nothing has changed. Finally got a set date for insurance to inspect it & was told they had to push it 2 more weeks out. Not reliable at all so dont make a mistake to buy from this company. They are all crooks and also very lazy in everything they claim, they will do for you. Come to find out, they also schedule dates that are not strictly followed by the company. I am very disappointed and will make sure, all the social media are aware of this scam. I will make sure, BBB look into this matter to know if, this company is legit.

They ran a unfinished credit application before having a vehicle to sell. How is a bank supposed to approve or deny a loan with no information on the purchase. Once they figured out they did not have a vehicle to sell I was ignored with no further help offered.

This is the worst of the Mancuso dealerships stay away. Super unprofessional they are all just standing around and dont help you when you go there. I bought a side by side and before I bought it I asked if they could have it ready for my trip this weekend .. it was already ready on the floor but they said no problem.. then after I signed the paperwork the sales guy and the shop manager wanted $200 bucks to get it ready after they told me they would. Slimy af they are. I gave the shop manager $100 just cause I was up against a wall never in my life have I experienced something like this !! Worst of the Mancuso dealerships with out a doubt!! I just had the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!To say “unprofessional” would be an understatement ❗️The only reason one star is left is because I couldn’t leave a -5! After being there for hours I realized that none of the paperwork reflected what we discussed. They attempted to let the sales rep go over financial breakdowns which he knew nothing about. As I asked questions he assured me that he was oblivious and needed to get someone else to help❗️The first paper he handed me was not even for the slingshot we discussed it was for a Honda Civic in which I saw no Honda Civic present. He quickly took it and explained it was a generic form. The next paper stated that the car was a 2021 and the car was an actual 2020. He had no idea why my paperwork didn’t reflect the car I came to purchase. I was alerted to go through all other papers before signing anything. I noticed that the amount wasn’t as discussed and there were so many other fees “accessories” that he explained couldn’t be put in as shipping and freight because because it exceeded the amount the bank would allow! Well if the bank won’t allow a fee to be more than this than why are you charging it. I ended up not purchasing it and said I wanted to see more details, the manager attempted to take the papers I was reviewing out of my hands. I told her I would give them to her when I was done and asked for a copy of them. When she returned with copies a couple of pages ended up being for a totally different customer and a totally different Motorsport a can am rally 900 for a Joseph Davis to be exact.PLEASE SHOP ELSEWHERE

Ive been in Corporate sales for over a decade. The sales staff here is mediocre at best. Why does that matter? I went in there to buy a motorcycle, needless to say I walked out a bit frustrated at their lack of urgency to help. Salesman said, oh if there is another bike at a lower price at another dealership why are you here?.. these guys were closer. I left and bought at the dealership that was further away.

Surprisingly impressive is the best description I have. The selection was great. They had everything that was listed online, and that was surprising because you would think otherwise from the outside. Once you walk in, the staff greets you with unmatched customer service. They really knew their stuff when it came to bikes in general. I had questions about several bikes and each question was answered in detail. Several dealers have tried to sale me machines, but here I was sold an experience. Thank you, Rashad Watson, for helping me make my decision.

I’ll start with this...I had already reached out to other companies salesman about purchasing a utv but basically felt as if I was of no importance to them. Later that day we drove by Mancuso north and seen a bright orange can am maverick Sport Max 1000 in their driveway. I took the exit and made a U turn and went to look at it with my wife. Almost immediately their sales girl greets us and says she will be right with us. As promised she came right back And gave us the info on the utv and price. I told her I was gonna check with my credit union and she said no problem here’s my card if you need anything. Later on that night I filled out the application and let her know we had submitted it. At almost 9:30 am the next day she called us and said your guys info went through just waiting on the finance company. 15 minutes later she calls me back and said you guys are approved. Even though the utv we originally saw was sold she got us the same exact Utv literally the next day (friday) on Saturday she calls and said that the maverick was assembled and ready to go. I have to say that everything Chantel said she was gonna do she absolutely did. I’ve never experienced such a smooth buying transaction as I did with her. Thank you for everything you did for us Chantel and thank you for keeping every promise you gave us. Two thumbs up and 5 stars for sure. I even tried to tip her $50 (I know it ain’t much) but she would not accept it. She said it was part of doing her job. 👏 👏👏🙏 will definitely be back.

Definitely not the greatest service coming from this dealership. I recommend showing up in person and price shopping the competition first. My family almost got taken advantage of on two different occasions at this location. I recommend shopping the other two Mancuso dealerships as they were much more helpful with our Powersports needs. I have given this location two opportunities as I understand you can have one bad experience anywhere but we tried twice and a third time would be unacceptable.

Clayton did a wonderful job. Worked hard to get us a heck of a deal. The reason for not giving 5 stars is solely because it took more time than it should have.

WARNING, WARNING- PLEASE READ. PURCHASED MY DAUGHTER A 2020 SEADOO GTI 130. CHRIS IN SALES WAS AWESOME AND SO WAS KK IN BACK . I CALLED JOEL IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND EXPLAINED MY PROBLEM. HIGH RPM AT IDLE 1800. HE ASKED ME IF CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON AND I SAID NO. HE TOLD ME IT WOULD BE A WEEK BEFORE THEY LOOKED AT IT AND I WAS FINE WITH THAT. WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF I WAS ASKED IF I HAD CALLLED. JOEL ACTED LIKE IT WAS AN INCONVEINCE I WAS THERE AND MADE ME FEEL VERY UNWELCOME. I LEFT IT THERE AND HAD NO CONTACT WITH THEM FOR 8 DAYS LATER WHEN I CALLED FOR AN UPDATE. THEY SAID THEY JUST FINISHED SOME BIG JOBS AND MINE WAS COMING UP NEXT. CALLED ON THE 14TH DAY OF BEING THERE AND STILL IT WAS NOT LOOKED AT.I TOLD THEM TO NOT TOUCH IT I WAS PULLING IT FROM THEM. I CALLED THE GM OF THE STORE AND WAS TOLD HE WAS OUT OF THE OFFICE AND HE WOULD CALL ME BACK. I CALLED A COUPLE HOURS LATER AND HE WAS STILL OUT OF THE OFFICE AND IN A HOUR HE CALLED ME BACK . THE GM IS GOING TO REPLY AND GIVE SOME OTHER JACKED UP STORY TO PROTECT HIS HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND UNFRIENDLY SERVICE MANAGER JOEL. I WOULD HAVE EXPECTED MORE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM JUST THE NAME MANCUSO. WHEN I ARRIVED SATURDAY THEY HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME I DIDNT OWE ANYTHING. IT GETS WORSE. I WAS WAITING IN THE BACK FOR THEM TO PULL UP SEADOO AND THEY BRING IT OUT OF THE WOODS FULL OF BROWN WATER LEAVES AND ALL KINDS OF NASTY STUFF ON IT. JUST PURCHASED A $14,000.00 SEADOO AND FOR THEM TO DISREPECT IT AND DELIVER TO ME IN THAT CONDITION WAS SICKENING. THOSE PHOTOS WERE PRINTED OUT AND MAILED TO HIGHER UP PEOPLE TO SEE HOW THEIR CUSTOMERS ARE BEING TREATED. Recently bought a bike from them. It was a good deal offered by them on the internet. I hoped to get some further discount while closing the purchase in person, however they did not negotiated. It is good and bad both. There was some miscommunication as I wanted to take delivery after few days but they insisted on having remaining I payment before month end. In the end, their GM agreed on it. The thing most I appreciate is that on delivery the GM personal helped me load my bike on the carrier. He actually did all the work. Very impressed!

Really wish I could give something lower but its not an option. Bought a new Slingshot R Autodrive and on the way home driving down I-45 thru rush hour traffic, it kept switching from Drive to Neutral. Lucky my husband was driving and was able to get it to switch back. When we called the next morning, we were informed that they had already been aware of the problem but no one knew what to do. Called and called for weeks then went online read a few solution and was able to get the drive to neutral on video as my husband was driving, only this time it wouldnt switch back. He finally was able to get Team Mancuso on the phone. Usually whoever we are to speak with it either in a meeting, vacation or sick and no one else can help us. They agree to come and pick the vehicle up at our house (as of today almost 6 weeks ago). So after paying cash for a vehicle that I have YET to drive, its still sitting there with NO idea of repair or when I might actually be able to have it back. Good luck for anyone else buying from there.

Rashad is a nice guy. I almost rated this a 2 because of him, but I just couldnt rate them that high. They claim to have the bike to get you here and suddenly wont have it until next week. They try to sell you insurance through their guys. Also, they are the slowest at paperwork. By slow, I mean you need to show up when they open and expect to be there until they close. You should consider yourself lucky if you get out by 2. Overall, find another dealer unless you just cant find the bike anywhere else, as my case was.

Great slingshot

I went to this dealership yesterday and after browsing bikes by myself nobody approached me. I was kind of shocked but I kind of expected because I’ve been told I look like a kid. I’m only 5’4 and a half and wanted to see what sport bike is best suited for my height. This is what happened when I bought my 16’ BMW M5 three months ago. I waited and waited for someone to speak yet nobody did. However, the car Dealership’s tune changed when I put $12,000 down on the M5. I was looking to put down $5,000 plus down on a bike because I’m a serious buyer but I’ll gladly go somewhere else. FYI, I was the short black guy that walked in with the medical scrubs.Thanks :)

Every since this place has new management and workers in the service department Ive been experiencing poor service. It took months to make an appointment and on to ppl of that they had my can am rt for close to two months and still only been looked at not fixed. I had them clean it and rescheduled another appointment for Oct 23. Hopefully everything will get repaired this time. Wish it was not so difficult to take it some where else... Almost forgot. They put break fluid in the reservoir for $62 without confirming it with me. The brake problem is still not fixed
