You can call them any time for help even at 10 PM.Mr. Dat is the person helped us with our karaoke machine. He is very professional with lots experience in his field. he understands deeply about his product. He is also very friendly & helpful! He did an excellent job. If you buy the machine from them, and something goes wrong, they will replace new one for you without questions asked. You will feel safe when buying the machine from them . 💯 % recommended their store to everyone who want to buy their products!

Phuong My should have some responsiblity in selling good quality product. I bought 2 TV Thong Minh boxes. It was great in the first few months, but things got worse after that. The boxes constantly had trouble and the manufacturer kept asking to send back the boxes to their store in CA with some money. The boxes kept coming out with new models and needs hundreds of dollars to upgrade. I spent more than $600 buying, fixing, upgrading the 2 TV Thong Minh boxes that I had. I spent that much money because I tried to hang on so that my mom could watch the vietnamese programs, but I gave up finally. I then bought 2 Roku sticks which have been working very well for more than a year now. Be careful with TV Thong Minh. Phuong My should NOT sell bad products to Vietnamese people in Houston Community.

Poor & not correct info of their products on their own website!I even left a message on their site but never got replies.
