Came in interested in paint and decided to try a smaller store instead of a large box store. Not impressed, I expected the service to be more friendly and more engaged. After asking a few questions I realized that the gentleman really didnt want to help by not asking questions back. I decided to go to the box store a block away.

Great experience here. I walked in with absolutely no knowledge or experience in how to paint my home and Josh took great care of me. I had the names of the colors I wanted from other brands, so he looked them up and mixed them all for me. He recommended quality paint that wouldnt break the bank, and I can definitely tell a difference when comparing my walls to my friends who have gone through places like Home Depot. He was great about not trying to sell me on quantities or items that I didnt need, and I walked out knowing what to do as well as a million things NOT to do because of the advice he took the time to provide. I really appreciate Josh and this store, and so do my walls!!!

Wonderful experience! I was doing an apartment makeover in Uptown & forgot to get the paint before heading to the site. We looked up nearest Benjamin Moore stores & were happy to find 2 within 2 miles. We chose this 1. The store is brand new & they were still getting stocked, but Sarah took care of me. I was able to get the paint I needed in no time & since the brushes werent yet in stock, she gifted me one to complete the job. We even talked extensively about the Century line & upcoming events at the store. I will definitely be back - excellent customer service!

This Benjamin Moore location far exceeded my expectations for providing paint for our entire house. The manager and all the employees were so helpful and had the best customer service. We will absolutely use them for any of our next projects and I highly recommend this location.
