I just had very good service with knowledgeable worker, as soon as I walked in I was immediately taken care of by Michael Harris who had very great customer service. Helped me picking the sample, I will definitely be back to get more paint

Words can not express how truly thankful I am for Southwestern Paint! I had the absolute best experience there today with Sarah! She helped me narrow down all of my decisions on wallpaper, and truly has an eye for color! She is so much nicer and more helpful than their old staff. It seems that they are making great choices with the new hires! If you need any color advice for your home, go see Sarah!! I will be coming back!

I would NOT recommend Southwestern Paint to anyone. I am fairly easygoing and do not often write reviews, but I thought it necessary because of the experience I had today. I encountered a most rude and discourteous worker when I attempted to shop there today. I was perusing a wallpaper book, with hopes of picking out one I liked to purchase, when a worker closed the book on me. I was shocked, I have never been treated this way by a sales person. I took it as an assault to close and grab a book I was looking at. She questioned if I had an appointment. I asked if an appointment was necessary and she would not answer me. I was not about to argue over this. I promptly left. They are certainly not the only shop in town and will not get my business. I would advise that if you do not want be treated rudely to take your business elsewhere.

Hi, this store has improved by listening to customer concerns. Check out the new team, and personally I say ask for Sarah. Ill be back for more when I figure out exactly how I want to finish the garage walls.

I had a terrible experience at this store. I went in to buy paint and get some advice and they refused to answer my questions - all they would say is that I need to defer to a painter. So I went down the street to Sherwin Williams and had all my questions answered but their very helpful team.

This is the best place to get painters. They also do a fantastic job at cleaning and restoring walls. If you have a simple or complex question, Southwestern Paint is your ideal store!

Michael was awesome and super helpful. He listened to my needs and suggested the right products while informing me of all the facts.

Unbelievably rude old lady working there today. Absolutely unacceptable. I will NEVER recommend this store and location to anyone in my legal or energy network.
