Great place to go for your horses dogs cats whatever it might be. Ive always been impressed but probably the last year Megan really stands out!!! She is very knowledgeable about horses, dogs and cats and probably more. thats all that I have. She always comes around and helps me and I really appreciate Megan. Shes definitely a five-star employee and customer service!!!

Ive been going to TSC for 10+ years over in White Lake and Lyon Twp and have always had the friendliest and most helpful employees. I recently moved out to Fowlerville, so I went to the Howell TSC. I cant begin to explain how disappointed I was with the way I was treated by the employees. I asked one an employee for assistance with finding items, and she had a terrible attitude and acted like I was an inconvenience to her, and provided no assistance. I asked a second employee, and she did provide some assistance, but again I was treated with a terrible attitude and like I was inconveniencing her. I ended up grabbing a couple of the items I needed, and left so I could try my luck at the Williamston TSC instead. I asked the same assistance of the Williamston TSC employees, and they were so incredibly kind and helpful. The Williamston TSC is a bit of a farther drive for me, but I will gladly make the extra drive as opposed to driving to the Howell TSC to get treated like dirt by the employees.

Great people, very friendly. They have a lot of stainless steel screws and bolts as well as grade 5 and grade 8. Definitely the place to go if youre doing work on your boats.

Great food. Owner was there. Very nice person. Service is good too. Been back a few times.

I like Tractor Supply. They have a nice selection of feeds for various farm animals with many accessories. Looking forward to purchasing some fruit trees this spring.

Nice store, got lots of interesting things Im not a horse trainer or a farmer or have a large family of animals but they have nice work entire and boots, priced right for me, tools good set of them, kinda like a harbor freight situation. They even had real spurs wow! Never knew that! Few saddles, doubt they fit a harley-davidson but maybe I could be wrong, service is right on! Very clean store, comfortable setting I like it, no rushing.

Cashier (Steven) has his mask below his face and is spouting his beliefs about Covid. Manager walks up and he pulls his mask up. Not cool. Cashiers need better training and supervision. I spend a lot of money at TSC and this makes me want to take my business elsewhere.

Disappointed in Howell TSC: I attempted to buy a new Cub Cadet ZTX5 60 zero-turn mower yesterday but had two employees tell me that they 1) could not price-match and 2) dont stock the model I requested. When I said the unit was listed on TSCs website and I was hoping they could order one for me because I wanted the Howell store to have the business and I was paying cash, they said they unfortunately could not help me. They also told me the price-match was only good within 50-miles of the store (not according to written policy) and there were no further discounts they could offer. They told me I could only order from TSC on the the internet if I wanted that specific unit. So tell me, is TSC a Cub Cadet dealer or not?I left the Howell store, drove 15 miles away and gave my money to the competition who gladly ordered the exact model I wanted. I got a price-match, a $300 rebate direct from a Cub Cadet and free home delivery from the dealer. They were super helpful and the purchase only took a few minutes.Lesson for TSC employee training: When a long-time customer is in the store with money in-hand, dont simply let them walk without making an effort to do a deal - Retail Sales 101.

I have two Siberian Huskies and recently learned that they have a dog bath station. For $10 each you can wash, dry, and brush them. It is a really great service they offer

I was there buying an air compressor yesterday. After reading on the box it was 170 pounds I decided to look for an employee. Walked around for 5 minutes and didnt find anyone. I found a black flat cart by the front door so I grabbed it and loaded the compressor on it. I grabbed a few other things before checking out. When Abigayle at the counter saw the cart she asked if it was online order and I told her no. Abigayle proceeded to get very rude with me stating that cart was for online orders only. I replied saying I had to get the compressor up there somehow. Abigayle then said I needed to find an employee that would help me. I replied I did look and no one was around. After paying abigayle tune became worse and told me I needed to put it back when Im done. I should have left my purchases and went somewhere else at this point. There was no sign on the cart or around the cart. Abigayle didnt even offer anyone to help me load it. Her tone and customer service was some of the worst Ive ever experienced. Im not one to complain but I couldnt get over how unprofessional my experience was. Luckily Im strong enough to load the compressor by myself but I keep thinking if my 70 year old dad was up here and she did the same to him how would he load it. This was just extremely unprofessional and the most unpleasant experience. I will never come back to the howell tractor supply. I spent 800 bucks, borrowing a cart to move a 170 pound compressor shouldnt be an issue.

Many times they are out of stock. Cannot tell you when items will be back in stock. High $ on many items - check weights of feed - chicken feed is only 40 pounds instead of 50 pound bags so cheaper feed at Rural King

Terrible service and rude workers. Save your money and time and go to Family Farm and Home where they will actually take care of you. Waited around for customer service for ever while the workers were just talking then they screwed up the order. Wont ever be going back there again.

Ordered online for curb service, when I went that day to pickup I was informed the order was cancelled because I was too late even though I explained I received the message to pckup just hours eariler. They need to review their curb service technology.

I love the place! The people are very nice and friendly. They have everything one could hope for for yard work, pet supplies, clothing etc. the people are very nice too.

Overall this is an awesome store, so much stuff and pretty good values. My biggest knock against is that they simply do not have enough staff help. I had to leave once because there was at least a 20-30min wait before I could get help with propane refill. They make sure they have at least 1 person at the register and 1 other person on the floor but thats not enough for how busy they get. Just be prepared if you are not sure what you need or you do not know where to find something. And definitely be prepared to wait on propane (the price is good though).

Great place. Really friendly and helpful staff. Helpful hint to all, they fill your propane tank and only charge you for the amount they put in. Great savings over one charge for all approach.

We went to Tractor Supply to buy chickens a couple of weeks ago. They had a great variety, and we ended up leaving with a Bakers Dozen of them!We had lots of help getting all of the supplies we needed for the chickens, and we are enjoying watching them grow up.Im sure well be back for more supplies.

I brought my dog in to use the dog wash station and my experience was ok. It started great because the lady at the front was very sweet and welcoming to me and my large puppy (Newfoundland). We had come in the evening and the station had clearly been used in the day because the brushes were full of hair (some with bugs), all the towels were dirty and I had to literally shout from the dog wash station into the store at an employee to get her attention for some clean, dry towels. She replies with, she will see if there are any? Comes back with a few and rudely states that this will have to do because it’s all there is left and leaves. Later I am drying my dog on the table with the dryer and she comes in and says something along the lines of them closing in 15 mins, so I verified with her, “okay, so I have 15 mins? Thanks” (keep in mind this is all happening during the chaos of a dryer being on, my 115lb dog jumped off the table to greet her and began strangling himself with the leash, etc) and she nods and leaves. So I figure since I already paid, I’m gonna blow dry this dog for another 10 mins and then get out of there, 10 mins makes a difference on a Newfies coat. Not even 2 mins later some guy walks in and reiterates them closing in 15 mins and how it takes an hour to clean the dog wash station being a jerk. So I just said, that’s fine, I’ll leave. I could see if it was already closing having that attitude but it was not, he treated a paying customer rudely and unwelcoming because he wanted to get home 15 minutes sooner. This was my first time going to their pet station and I’m not sure I’d go back just because of the people and the fact they didn’t seem to keep it stocked or cleaned up through out uses. They had a great selection of shampoos, the tubs were nice, sprayers nice, blow dryer, grooming tools - but you may want to bring your own for hygiene purposes. Not worth $10.

Went in to buy a few things. The stock is so scattered that I needed help. I had 3 employees walk away from me when I went to ask for help. I was inside for a good 20-30 minutes before I gave up, put everything back and left. Its easier to just order what I need.

Tractor Supply in Howell, Michigan just lost a customer due to their poor sign placement. 4Health had a sign advertising $34.99 price. Unbeknownst to me there was a much smaller sign nowhere near the flavor I was getting (salmon and potato) with a different price. A $2.00 difference. They pretty much told me oh well. The customer service SUCKED. Went to PetSmart and spent my money there instead.

Propane for grills, not so easy to fill at Tractor Supply. Went in to prepay. They said to fill first. Advised me to drive to the back. Nothing there. Drove to side, gate was closed. Called Tractor Supply and they sent a person to open the gate. He complained I should have carried the tanks inside and go to the side door. Regarding weight, he said there were racks to wheel to door. Then, I went inside and waited in line to pay for the tanks. Worst experience ever. Normal procedures are to drive to the fill area and the the employees handles from there.

Good selection and prices, but the product we purshased was a return that had been put back on the shelf without being checked to make sure all the pieces were there. We were able to return it without a problem.

Rude employees bought a chainsaw thing ran fine for a hour then wouldnt start took back and before I could explain that I try for 20 min to get it to and all it would is start for a second and die i was told there nothing wrong with it and it was something I did and was treated like I was dumb. Then employee took it to back did something to it get started and said see nothing wrong with it. After that took i home still runs bad and have to pull like 6 times to get it to start. Last time I ever buy everything like that again if buy I anything from them at all

Not to sure what the insides like but from a truck drivers view they are great easy dock to get in and out of friendly staff and quick to unload too Id deliver here again.

Nice selection but way under staffed. I asked for help at the gun safes because they lock them for safety reasons. An employee that wasnt clocked in paged for assistance and no one ever showed up. I seen one at the register and the unclocked left. So one employee on the floor.

The staff was incredibly helpful and even allowed my dad to use a wrench outside the store to switch balls on a hitch rather than making us buy the wrench.

This T.S.C is the WORST I have ever been to they are the laziest and rude I get 3 propane tanks filled every week I always go to the T.C.S in whitmore lk but the tank was frozen so I went to Howell I called Howell store to make sure and the guy on the phone said bring tanks to the front door and he would take them out to fill well I got there and the girls acting like I was wrong told me to take them to the back of the store so i had to carry them. How lazy Im sorry you have to do your job but do it i have never been treated like that. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO HOWELL AND I WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE KNOWS HOW LAZY AND DISRESPECTFUL THEY ARE I WILL ALSO EMAIL CORPORATE OFFICE AND LET THEM KNOW THAT HOWELL T.S.C DOESNT HELP DISABLED VETERANS OR OLD LADIES
