I recently sold my 2004 Mountaineer to Steve. I feel he was honest and gave me a fair price for my truck. Initially It seemed there was an issue with our transaction. After some confusion and what was unnecessary footwork for Steve.. I ultimately discovered that there was in fact never an issue with my transaction with Steve. He paid me in full and in a timely manner and was a pleasure to deal with.. My sincerest apologies to Steve for any all inconvenience that I actually caused you!!! Dont hesitate folks...Highly recommend!

I visited this dealership because I recently sold my car I was looking at a red Volvo that I was intending to buy. After looking at the car for a few minutes I set off to find the salesmen. I found him cleaning his truck and I said excuse me can I have some help and he said sure what would like and I said can I see the keys to the Volvo and he says why don’t you come inside real quick so we can do some paper work and I said okay. He sat me down and told me are you serious? I said yes thinking that was an odd question and he said well your young so when you have money in hand come back and I will gladly let you look at this car. I said why can’t I start it now to hear it so I can insure nothing is wrong with and said no I don’t want my time wasted by young punks like you and I immediately stood and left I was intending to buy the car today from him keep in mind I’m 20. Do one should go to him he is an awful salesmen. 0 stars if possible

I bought a used Honda Civic here via Stephen Thomas in late 2014. (Yes, I know its been a long time. I promised myself I would leave a brutally honest review of the place and forgot about it.)He sold the vehicle with an inspection sticker on it from All-Make Auto Service in Hudson, right down the street, dated about a week before the date of purchase. He represented the car verbally, materially, and in writing as having passed a state inspection, not requiring any major repairs, and being safe to drive. The price was close to the KBB price for this model and year in fair to good condition, which it appeared to be at the time.A few weeks and not even 500 miles later, the car started making loud, awful sounds while running, like an old lawnmower. My mechanic found that the exhaust manifold had a big crack in it, and the muffler was literally broken off. The cars exhaust system was falling apart from long-term damage, and it never should have passed an inspection in the first place. The cars emergency brake was also about to break and required replacement, yet another point for which it should not have passed an inspection.Additionally, the car has some kind of leak that I cant pinpoint, which allows large amounts of water to seep into the drivers side whenever it rains. It wouldnt prevent it from passing inspection, but it sure as hell is irritating and just another strike against this unethical swindlers hut.I attempted to contact Mr. Thomas and was blown off, day in and day out, for two weeks. He responded to emails by telling me to call him, and then wouldnt answer the phone. When he finally answered the phone, he found excuses to get off the phone and asked me to call him at specific times—when he would again repeatedly not answer.I eventually decided not to play his stalling game anymore and footed the expensive repairs myself, as it was cheaper than buying another car.Tyme Machine misrepresents its inventory and sells dangerous cars to unwary consumers. Do not do business with them under any circumstances. Stephen Thomas is a disgusting human being who put my life in danger to turn a profit, and I wouldnt take five seconds out of my day to give him a sip of water if I found him dying in the desert. While youre at it, you might want to avoid All-Make Auto Service, the company whose inspection sticker graced this dangerous lemon when I bought it.

I talked to this young man about the Subaru Impreza I was looking at and told him I was making an almost 3 hour drive to see it. Upon arrival he was not there (open sign on) which gave me time to look at the car with my brother for a few minutes. I noticed water build up in the tail lights which had cause about 2 inches of ice in the bottom of the light. When he arrived I was on the phone in my truck which gave my brother a minute to talk to him alone. He handed the keys to the car to my brother as my brother asked about the water build up and if he had an available lift we could put the car on to check it out. He told the young man that he didnt think the car would pass inspection like that (after being assured it would) and let the guy know that he has had his state inspection license for quite some years. The guy yanked the keys out of my brothers hand and told him he couldnt help him and that it did pass inspection. He got very defensive and sent my brother on his way. There was a tad more conversation between them which I never heard. At this point I got off my phone and went up to the man while he was on his phone now. He looked at me a bit angrily and asked what he could do for me. I told him I was here to look at the Impreza and he told me that he didnt want to waste my time! (Haha after my 3 hour drive one way!) I told him I was pretty interested in the car and could fix the lights myself. He said that he didnt want me to sell a car to me because I was with him! He pointed to my brother in my truck. He said that he didnt want the hassle and for my brother to bring the car to the state or something and try to get him in trouble. He said he had a five star review and was not trying to ruin that! I told him it wasnt for my brother but for myself and he was just along to drive the truck back and make sure the car was of good quality. He said Im not selling you a car you can leave he pointed to my brother in the truck once again and waved a snooty wave and said Bye with a childish attitude!! Sending us on our way. He was so rude to both of us and kept telling me he didnt want to waste our time during this whole conversation and I was pleasant as could be the whole time! No one should ever buy a car from this entitled little brat! Would give a 0 star if possible!
