Prices are too high (even before pandemic). Used to go just for the meats but now they are just fatty and not as good as they used to be

We love Hannaford. The store is super clean and bright, well organized, and logically laid out. Employees are friendly and helpful. Selection of products is amazing. Prices are a little higher than other markets but overall its a great place to shop.

Traffic flow and layout is much different than other stores in the area. There have been improvements lately and overall its a good store.

I typically do the pick up service at this location. Angela is amazing. She is so kind and friendly. She makes sure my orders are correct and my food is fresh! She always brings my toddler son a lollipop too! This service is so helpful with a small child! I started to use the delivery and Angela even left us a little note and some lollipops in our order! I know she recently got a promotion at another location, we will miss her so much! We will continue to use the services here because the staff is great!

Overall the store is well organized and clean however, my experience was terrifying. I went to the deli on july 24th 2k21 @ approx 2:30 p.m and I was asked to wait a minute while this man finished cleaning the cutting machines and counter tops, yah I stood there for approximately 4 minutes,* he was rude as rude gets* did not change his gloves before touching the food I ordered.* I asked him to cut my roast beef as thin as he could ( he didnt care) I got home and it was inedible for me, sooo thick!* he did the same to my Turkey.And he gave me almost 2 pounds of meat, I asked for a half pound per meat.I am horrified that this man is behind this deli representing Hannafords, my favorite store. I usually go to Nashua but I was in Hudson so I hit this spot up.Needless to say I paid big bucks for meat I will not/cannot eat.Its a good thing I have opossum s that love me. Theyll eat it.Buyer beware! Watch the gloves and attitude @ the deli.🤦‍♀️Other than that Hannaford is still @ the top!!

If you would like a shopping experience that finds you hunting down basic items-look no further. ( The person(s) who do stock inventory and re-ordering should be fired as they cannot wrap their minds around this simple process). If you want to throw away money on produce that is looking limp and ready to perish while its being unboxed and displayed- h ave at it. If you enjoy navigating around the countless chatty employees who should be working but are not-this is the store to be...and dont expect management to do anything other than gossip about their employees around the front of the store. I gave up and travel a bit further down the road to spend my money.

Its a grocery store, not much to say lol But Hannaford is my personal favorite & the employees are very nice & they always have everything I need 🙂

Way over priced. Rude workers and dirty. 12 dollar pound of ham in the deli. And 2 bucks a cucumber. Not for me and my family.

The shelves are not stocked they way the should. Has gone down hill .Is not the same Hannafords in Hudson Nh . Very disappointing.

Hudson Hannaford is always my go to super market. Very rarely do they not have what I am looking for and all staff is very inviting and kind.

Worst customer service ever. No common sense and have a bunch of robots working there. First bad experience Ive had shopping at Hannafords for 35 years. It is so bad, that I will never step foot in any Hannafords ever again.

Nice, a little disappointed there wasnt a selection of prepared foods. Not even salads.. Crab stuffed Salmon in the deli area looked real good. Next week I guess.

Out of many products consistently. Aisles congested with the employees shopping for orders placed from home, long checkout lines. This store is too small for demand and seems to suffer from a poor supply chain. Service Area has been closed for over a year so you have to get in a checkout line to return something or buy a lottery ticket.

I am currently delivering here, and Today I met the only Hannaford employee thats Just MISERABLE. Hes clearly upset about something. 1st Unprofessional ADUSA employee Ive met in 2 years. Hopefully he doesnt treat our customers this way. Nice store, freindly associates aside from rude bald guy. Love my Hannaford stores and associates.

Has good service

This store is a shambles. Its not Covid or snowstorms ... its just in constant disarray. Its a shame as I used to spend quite a bit there each week, but the out of stocks ha e gotten so ridiculous Im better off shopping at Sams Club and Market Basket unless I need produce.

Visited the Hudson NH store today,, Historically the most expensive out of the big three local grocery stores and now not accepting returns due to covid. Signs are posted explaining.

Great prices and the customer service is always really great. Ive never come across an employee who has anything less than professional and polite.

Ive been trying to find a grocery store that has decent prices, a friendly staff and is clean After shopping at Shaws in Nashua NH for the past few years the store and the staff have changed for the worse unfortunately Hannaford will be my new store

Great selection of produce, wine and meat!

Store was clean and neat. Staff was attentive and helpful. Customers and staff were following CDC guidelines. My favorite item is no longer carried. Mens room non-handicapped stall is not suitable for any grown person to use - you can barely get past the door because it hits the roll holder, the stall is so narrow you feel claustrophobic, and you cant sit on the toilet because everything is so close. I keep my wallet in my front pocket and my phone in a holster on my belt and I had to remove my phone (which dropped onto the floor) and wallet to have enough room to wedge into the tiny cabinet provided. It was clean enough, but so uncomfortable and inconvenient to use. If not for this, it would have been 5 stars.

Its a nice local grocery store. The staff is always friendly and they have a good selection. The prices dont compete with Walmart though.

This supermarket has great fresh produce. The meat department is fantastic and the have some of the best steak I have ever had. My latest purchase was a prime rib for Easter. It was awesome. They also have a great bakery. The staff is always very helpful and nice.

Shelves were a bit sparse. But was able to find what I needed. Staff was very cordial and helpful.

Longs lines, high prices. Meats and produce are better then Market basket however.

I feel bad there arent enough people who work here, the store has been hit hard since March. Curbside has taken over, which has depleted the inside. They cant keep up. Maybe 2021 will give them their store back.

I came here with my gf to pick up a cake for our 1 year anniversary. Also we had to buy some food as well. This place has a huge parking lot with handicap parking and handicap accessible entrance. The floors were clean. The items were stacked nice and neat on the shelves. This place is very organized. The staff is helpful and nice.

Fast and easy, barely anyone in the store, but didnt find a lot of items

Such a nice group of people work at this Hannafords. A little while back while I was with my grandson one of the managers gave my grandson a balloon, and was so helpful to me. Today I called to ask about the hours and the girl that answered (Jessica) was so pleasent and helpful! I know she must be getting a lot of phone calls for different reasons during this difficult time and she was still so friendly and helpful with a positive attitude! We need more people like her in this world. Ive worked in customer service and I know its not an easy job but like I said...shes great! Ty Jessica and to that manager (sorry I forget your name)!

Bathrooms were not available to customers for unknown reasons. I found Maine seafood witch made the trip there worth going there.

Your Alert was sent just as I left their Hudson, NH store. I found what I was looking for just before they closed and used the Customer service checkout. Surprising no line there and a real person too! Lucky me because it was raining an cold too.

I used to favor this store over some of the larger Hannafords, but right now, it is lacking. Im wondering WHY Market Basket stores are so well stocked (especially meat and paper products) and Hannafords are not. Hannaford had an ad in todays Union Leader pleading with customers to wear a mask. Why then, do most of the employees NOT wear one?? I observed most of the employees not wearing masks OR gloves. Its a double standard. So, where is all the food??? Clearly, at Market Basket.

Shop here all the time. Prices are fair, Store brand is Comparable to Market Basket and Wal Mart. Good staff, safe and clean environment

I honestly would love to give this store a better rating I shop here tons but the assistant manager and the person. Who runs the on the go grocery are rude not personable They lack customer service skills. Don’t like your job find another one.

Hannafords is our go-to grocery store. In addition to being the one most conveniently located, it is clean and well laid out. It has just about anything we need. Were glad that it is located near our home.

People who work there are rude & not helpful. Why dont they have paper towels?????????? We go 2x a week & have never seen a single roll. I wrote corporate about this & didnt get a response so I guess corporate doesnt care. MB here we come. Done with hannaford!

4.5* Good variety,excellent produce and meats. A little pricy but great quality. Dont bother asking for other products though, mgmt never bothers with suggestions.

About 6 weeks ago I wrote a review about Hannafords Supermarket (Hudson NH location) failed in their response to COVID19 safety precautions. Since that time things have changed for the better. It is now safer than it was 6 weeks ago but a lot of the shoppers still insist on being selfish and ignore some of the basic rules which are difficult to enforce. Thank you for trying to curtail some shoppers shortcuts around safety measures and thank you for changing (for the good) safety measures in these times of COVID19.

Easy shopping experience. A medium size store that you can easily get in and out of in a reasonable amount of time.Not inexpensive as Market Basket, but generally better quality produce and selected good deals on discounted meats.

Alot more expensive than Market Basket

I mostly visit this Hannaford store for refilling the water CAN of 5 gallon. The water vending machine is at the second gate. This is by glacier and it taste exactly same as bottled mineral water. The 5 gallon can filled by spending two dollars. Machine accepts dollar bills, quarters, nickel and dime.The staffs are helpful there, if you dont have money in that denomination, you can ask from staffs.The only thing which I want to request is that, the gate closes at 9.00pm but the store closes at 10.00. so they only leave first gate open only. If the second gate is kept open till 10.00 instead of first gate, I can find water vending machine till 10.00pm. I would really appreciate if the request can be served.

I had to write this review about one of the managers who’s name is Steve Ramano. My wife and I came in around 8:30pm to buy a cake for my wife’s co-worker. The only problem was all the people that work in the cake department were gone for the day, but luckily Steve came over with a smile on his face and happily helped us out by writing the happy birthday sign on the cake and putting the sprinkles on for us. He definitely went above and beyond to help out, so thank you Steve and God bless.

Management in this store is top notch!! My son took a fall in the store last weekend and hit his face hard on the floor. Hard enough that I thought I might have to call an ambulance. They quickly showed us the way to the bathroom and helped us access the situation. They brought us Ice to put on his face and asked us if we needed anything else. The Store manager even gave us a free football to cheer my son up. Thank you Hudson Hannaford for your exceptional customer service. You will always earn my business!

This store has gone down the drain. Was my go to grocery store a year ago. Always empty shelves, changing products. All done here. Another customer going to Market Basket!!!

I was never happier when Hannafords came to Lowell, MA... I had been shopping at Market Basket for over 25 yrs but not satisfied with the products.... so when Hannafords finally won the lawsuit & opened their doors.... yea... I became a true blue Hannafords shopper... then moved to Hudson, NH & found another Hannafords store where the produce was great... bakery, Deli, & fish departments as well as specialty meats exceeded my hopes... so. Thank you Hannafords

Had no food inside

I love hannaford but this is a very old store with limited space and selection. I stopped on my way home and to be honest I will drive a little further next time so I dont have to make multiple trips

I love that they open early, however they dont have a full stock of some of the things I usually buy if I go at a later time.

I love the self-checkout I dont have to wait in the long lines. Unless I buy alchohol. The angry Orchards are the cheapest here so far too.

Clean well stocked

I know Market Basket is cheaper than everyone, but I was surprised to find most items on my list cheaper at Whole Foods than Hannaford. I still gave them 3stars because their produce is always good and they do tend to have hard to find items for Paleo/keto cooking

Nice store, however the layout is very Shaws. The parking lot was a bit -- weird? How can that be? Its a parking lot? I ran into an oncoming do not enter sign - had to turn around & go down another aisle. Yeah, so, kinda weird.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. Tom in the Deli, the 2 bakers in the Bakery, and my cashier and sacker... I had no idea there even was an Hannafords in Derry. Its so GREAT!!!

I like Hannaford so much better than the other 2, shaws and market basket. It has everything I need and not the crazy prices u pay at shaws. Its more inviting than market basket, cleaner and more choices as well.

Great butcher shop, produce and deli. Staff always helpful when you ask them about anything. Never encountered a huge line for checkout.
