They were fantastic. They were ready when I dropped it off, communicated consistently through the process and made picking it up a breeze. The quality of the work is incredible. I had a lot of DEEP scratches on the driver’s side door. I can’t even tell anything happened to it. They painted and buffed it out so well. They replaced the driver’s side window without any problems too. All in all, great customer service and great work. Highly recommend for anybody looking to get any auto body work done!

Joe was beyond helpful this morning. I went in with an unknown issue that was causing the metal on the door to pop along with the side modeling. Anyone that has owned a car knows that when it needs to be fixed it can be time consuming, and expensive. I will say Leroy and his staff saved me money on a part that wasnt too expensive for me to buy outright from the dealership and helped me put it on my car. Joe was very helpful and attentive into getting my truck back on the road. My front end pretty much got fixed and looking back to new again. The work was good and up to my expectations. I definitely recommend THIS Caliber Collision location. Ive tried other locations in the past and the work was sloppy and the customer service was horrible. But that js not the case with this location. Good work.

I really appreciated this place. I got hit from behind, so they fixed my bumper and trunk. They were off 1 week from the time they originally said it was ready, but, it was done right. They even cleaned my car, my wheels, everything.

I haven’t gotten my vehicle back yet but I was given multiple completion dates that’s wasn’t promised. They provide more excuses than they take accountable for. They waited over a week to order the correct parts and told me when I called that the date showing isn’t guaranteed because a part is due to come in the day before. I wouldn’t recommend caliber to my worst enemy. They drag their feet instead of producing results. If I would have did prior research no way would I allowed them to work on my car.

My car came out of the shop looking great after only 3 days. The staff were courteous and helpful and kept me updated on progress via text messages. I dont know how the experience could have been any better.

Humble location (John Ralston Rd) serviced my vehicle and completed a thorough job in inspecting top to bottom after it was recovered from a theft. Mr Terry graciously walked me through the steps and a final walk through to ensure completion. I appreciated their safety measures in place during the pandemic and the ability to text the shop directly for convenience.

Caliber Collision is amazing. It was convenient for me to get to them from where I live. They kept me up on the progress of the repairs. Excellent and timely service at the John Ralston RD location. My insurance company USAA suggested I use this bodyshop. Customer service was great. I was given an appointment time and shop manager James Grimes who wasted no time inspecting my vehicle, writing an estimate, presenting me with a brochure and time frame to get the work completed. Dropped off my vehicle, got a ride back home and a call a day earlier than expected that my car is ready. My car looked like it was brand new. All my questions got answered. The process was quick, efficient, professional and friendly with no contact.

Update on previous review. The manager contacted me to get an understanding of the situation. After explaining, Caliber went out of their way to rectify the situation. I was more than happy with the response I received and the quick response. Ultimately made the decision to proceed with their services.Estimator treated me as though he was too busy with more important things to do than provide an estimate. Customer service is nonexistent and unwilling to provide expertise. Do not recommend.

I brought my baby to Caliber when it took some damage to the rocker panel. My car is really important to me and I’m extremely picky about it. Long story short, Amy and the rest of the team did an amazing job. They treated my car just as carefully as I would have. They communicated with me every step of the process and made sure I knew exactly what to expect. When there were questions, they clearly explained my opinions and listened to my feedback. My car is as good as new and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I wish I could give them 6 stars.

We took in our 2017 jeep wrangler to get repaired after a front end accident. We told them from day 1 there was a vibration in the drive train. After 2 weeks and 1 other place they told us the vehicle was ready. We went to pick up the vehicle and it still had a vibration in the drive train. I had Terry (female) sit in the vehicle and put it in gear. She said i dont know our computer couldnt find anything wrong with it. We took it to a dealership. Within 2 days they contacted us and reported that the motor mounts and transmission mounts were collapsed from the front end collision. The insurance paid 1300.00 and we paid 926 out of pocket. We did have an after market bumper put on. The bumper cost 549.00. We paid 436 for the bumper out of pocket. That was at Caliber. Now waiting on insurance to deal with the 1300.00 its going to cost to have mounts replaced.

I was real pleased with there service. My truck was in one day and out the next very good and professional work. I would advise anyone to use there services.

Used this location December 2019 for repairs (rear impact damage) on my wife’s 2015 Highlander. When we received the car, the rear tail light had not been replaced and filled with water. Returned the next day for them to inspect and order the light. Called a few weeks later and found they had forgotten to order the part. Once the light was available, we went back for a quick install and I found they ordered the wrong part (they were still unaware after install). They were supposedly ordering the correct part but It’s been months and have yet to hear back from them. The shop seemed disorganized in visible operation and this experience only affirms that as fact.

Pick this repair shop for my collision repair based off other online reviews. They provided fantastic service. Repairs were completed quickly with no issues even buffed out a couple of scratches on other areas of my truck that had nothing to do with the claim. Greatly appreciated. They are a Geico certified repair center and I would definitely use again. I have had prior experience with service king and a dealer collision repair. Honestly they sucked! So happy I found Caliber Collision!!!

Quoted me over $600 to replace a door hinge when other places were willing to do it for $150-200. I wouldnt recommend this place or location, they will overcharge you for even the simplest jobs. Very disappointed because they came through a referral.

Great work after a fender bender involving my 2015 Genesis Ultimate. Lana worked through every stage of the repair including one follow up cosmetic issue after the initial repairs. Simon is hands down the friendliest customer focused service person I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Due to issues with the rental availability, he ran me home himself after dropping off my car. Even though they don’t normally have shuttle service, and It not being his job, he just gave me a lift with a smile. Complex repairs will often have an item or two you may not notice until you have the car back a few days. Simon’s friendly helpful customer service is what helped keep a follow up appointment from being frustrating. I appreciated that the staff babied my car as if it was their own. Really made what was a stressful situation (unplanned uninsured motorist damaging the car), very manageable and as easy as possible on me. The work and service were top notch.

Id like to thank tammy for the great customer service. And the staff that did a great job fixing my truck after hail damage. They worked fast and they kept me updated throughout the process.

Seriously though are you kidding me this place had our vehicle 2 months and it still had problems then after the fact the carfax says our car has structural damage and its basically unsellable. They should have never repaired the vehicle in the first place. Thanks a lot thomas you guys really screwed to pooch on this one.

My experience with Caliber was as positive as it could have been under the circumstances. I walked in on a Monday morning 30 minutes before I needed to be at work and Fernando Luna took care of me right away. He inspected the damage, took some pics, and within hours I had several estimates in my email inbox. I dropped my car off on Tuesday morning and it was done by Wednesday afternoon. Fernando sent me updates and pics throughout the process. The car looks fantastic. I had anticipated having to purchase new dealer parts, but Fernando worked with the body tech, Ricky Cardenas, to repair all the damage, so my bill was for labor and no parts! With Al’s paint job and Max’s buffing my car looks like new. The whole team really delivered a top notch experience.

Had the outer door handle to our GMC 2012 Sierra replaced, AGAIN. These handle break so easily but thankfully we finally found a reasonably priced place. Fast and friendly.

I was involved in a accident last month, and to make matters worse; the women who struck my vehicle, had no insurance. I choose to go, with Caliber Collison using my insurance; although I was pretty upset about the incident, this company made sure I was well taken care of. The receptionist was very kind and professional and Chris stayed informing me on the status of my vehicle and made sure I was aware of every step of the way. I would highly recommend them to anyone and my vehicle was returned to me as if I had gotten it straight from the dealership. Thank you caliber for everything!!

Not good

The service here is wonderful! Its never pleasant to have to take your car into the shop, but this was the exception. I had a claim through State Farm, and Caliber handled basically everything for me. After I had talked to the insurance, all I needed to do was bring in my car, and then pick it up in a few days when it was done. My bumper had some cosmetic damage but the guys at Caliber wanted to take it off to inspect to make sure there was no additional damage. I appreciate that they took that extra step to make sure my car was safe. Hopefully I wont need any more work done on my car, but if I do I wouldnt mind coming back to this location.
