Tried selling me a Nissan Kicks for almost $10,000 more then the online price! Handed me a work sheet with almost $5000 on ‘miscellaneous fees’ when asked what the fees were for the sales guy said he couldn’t give me that information but some of it was tinted windows...the windows were not tinted. When i refused to pay for the up charges and asked for a better offer the sales man got who i’m assuming is a manager who came in telling me basically that they’re not selling as many cars but still have bills to pay so that’s my problem and i should over pay for a vehicle. Long story short i went to Sterling McCall Honda in Kingwood same day and got a 2022 SUV with no up charging.Beware of this place (:

We bought a pre-owned vehicle (2013 Rouge and purchased on 2014) at this location and added the extended warranty (84 months as described on the invoice). Fast forward to a couple months ago, we were having issues with the Rouge and took it in to get it checked out. After checking the vehicle the informed the alternator was going out and would need replacing. We informed them of the extended warranty that was purchased and should expire at the end of the month. They said the warranty ended a year prior and there was nothing they could do. Spoke to a sales/finance rep and they said they had proof of us signing a document which acknowledges when the extended warranty would end. We told them we have reviewed all the documents that were provided at the time of purchase and that document was not provided (we never signed such document). The rep said they would request the document from Nissan and provide in a weeks time. As of today, we have not received an email with the document signed. I will not return to this dealership/service center to perform maintenance on my vehicle. I will make sure to tell my friends and family to stay away from this dealership. Baker Nissan has earned my business.

Its sad to see that people would still take advantage of the elderly.I took my mother here and she fell in Love with a pre-owned 2017 Nissan Rouge. The vehicle ended up being almost the same price as the 2021Rouge. While the salesman Mr.Ibrahim was the same person that sold my mother her overpriced Mazda 3 at a previous dealership I felt compelled to go with her to purchase her next vehicle. While there was a disagreement about the price,we left.She received a second call from the dealership saying that they would work with her on getting the price down. She considered in joy but was told that she should leave her Son at home when she comes back that way she would get a better deal. No way.. In the world we live in its already hard to trust let alone having someone who preys on the elderly. Thanks but No thanks Mr.Ibrahim. We wont be purchasing anything from this Nissan dealership or any other Nissan dealership. And by the way I will stay at home when my mother purchases her New vehicle from another dealership.
My wife and I purchased a pre owned Armada.The customer service here is awesome.My salesman Charles Jefferson was by far one of the best salesman I have ever met, the man is truly a good person who seems to actually want what’s best for the individual.Also after looking at numerous dealerships we got the best deal here and bought the exact vehicle we wanted in the price range we wanted with the amount down my wife and I agreed upon from the start of this endeavor. If it had 37 stars I would give them that.

Not happy with the quality of the car anymore. The part was damaged due to a mechanical failure in a almost a new car. I feel the Nissan should be responsible for cars that are not in compliance and I shouldn’t have to pay for something that was incorrectly manufactured.
We showed up at Robbins Nissan on Sat 9/11/21 looking for the Rogue in Boulder Gray. They had it and in AWD, so we were ready to buy. We returned Monday at 1pm and made a deal. I was very impressed with Julian Garcia our sales rep. He answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable on the vehicles features. He introduced himself and used our names every change he got. It was nice to see a young person who has taken his job seriously and took his training seriously. He along w his manager Leo treated us very well and we drove away w a new Rogue.

Unprofessional, I called these guys up to see a 2 vehicles and told them Id drive in after office hours since its an hour away, I notified them later that I am on the way to view the vehicles, and they respond with great! See you soon..... just to know both were sold 30 min prior to my arrival.... if you know someone is dropping by so see a vehicle, have the decency and respect to peoples time. I went in to Robbins Nissan Because it’s close by where I live . A nice young man greeted me and showed me around . I explained to him that I was on a fix income . And needed something inexpensive he was very helpful . I test drove a new Altima when we came back he had me fill out a credit app . I explained to him that I only receive SSI income and he proceeded to fill out my credit app went upstairs and came back and told me I had to sign another credit app stating that I make more money then what I had put down I was confused he said the banks would not finance me with my income but that his sales director said we have a chance if we change your income to have bank approve . I said no if the ssi finds out I will have to pay . He tried to convince me over and over . I can’t believe he would ask me and I can’t believe your management is making these salesman lie and ask Customers to lie about income to sell a car . Please stop calling me and asking for me to come back . I will not lie to the banks my SSI will get canceled if I lie . I allready bought at Tom peacock nissan an. I just need someone to please stop this from happening . Someone will get in trouble . Thank you !!
Al Lewis, Sales Representative, worked with me to make sure I was satisfied with the vehicle I wanted to purchase. He was pleasant, not pushy, professional, responded to all my requests, put in the time and was available at all times. He worked out a good deal for me. The same could be said for the finance manager, I would recommend this dealership and Al Lewis for a good experience.
Is this a joke? Me and my cousin have been in touch with the sales team eyeing a particular used car, we were in touch in the morning and in the evening. Right after I finished work, I called them one more time and told them Id be coming to visit. I was assured the car was still available and that they were happy to see me.It took me an hour to get to them, and low and behold, when I spoke to the salesman, I was told the car I wanted was just sold.I wasnt offered any compensation and hardly any sort of apology. Atleast have the decency to inform me that the car has interest from another buyer before I make the trip. I would have even appreciated a call half way through my trip, literally any sort of heads up.Im not sure whats going on with the customer service in this franchise but judging from the one star reviews, its not their strong suit.Thank you for wasting my time, gas, patience, and excitement from getting into another Nissan.
Giving this dealership 1 star but Mr. Jefferson over in the pre-owned building deserves a million stars! He was the only person at the dealership who made me feel welcomed. He was SUPER genuine, helpful and informative and he seems to be the only person in the establishment with good morals. I came in expecting to pay full cash for a vehicle I had saw online that was listed at $8,900. I was super excited because this would’ve been my first car ever and I thought I was going to walk off the lot with the car until the dealership slapped on an extra $4,000 in “fees” which brought the car’s price up to $12,000 to drive off the lot. They knocked it down to somewhere in the $11,000, but that still wasn’t enough for me. I was expecting the fees but the price was nowhere near the price they had online. These car dealerships try to pressure you into financing a car so bad so they can get the better end of the deal. It’s absolutely disgusting. Mr. Jefferson never pressured me into financing a car like most car salesmen who hound you as soon as you step foot into the dealership and I’m grateful for that. He was a kindhearted man, but as for this dealership, you could’ve made some cash money that I was willing to spend today instead of making no money at all, but that $4,000 in “fees” was extremely excessive and so uncalled for so I walked away. I don’t believe in financing cars because they depreciate in value as soon as you drive them off the lot. The people in the car dealership business are so money hungry and they try to get over on their customers. They tried to get over on me today but it wasn’t happening. Thank you, Mr. Jefferson for your time and your help. It was very much appreciated! I wish there were more people with morals like him in the car dealership business.
I went to the service area after making an appointment online. Several individuals approached my vehicle inquiring about my needs and after explaining why I was there and how I made an appointment they all walked off (apprx 3ppl) after sometime, the person I was scheduled to see came and explained I would need to leave my vehicle for diagnostic, but I couldnt, so we made plans to come back when I could. I arrived this morning for my appointment and again people would come but could no help. I set there 20mins with no assistance and decided to leave. I do not recommend going here for service. They do not value your time. I had to drive across Houston to another location where they had me out of my vehicle within 5mins of arriving.
I received an offer for my car in the mail. I called and April answered and told me multiple times that if I came in, the offer wouldn’t be any less than it was on the paper that came in the mail. I called her multiple times to let her know that I did not want to make the drive and then receive a low offer. She reassured me that even after appraisal, I would receive a high offer (I explained my milage, accident history, and state of my vehicle). When I came in, April pawned me off to someone else and low and behold I received an offer that was nearly 50% less than what April had assured me I would be offered. They then proceeded to make excuses and act as if April had no idea what she was doing. It is just typical car dealership behavior and I honestly shouldn’t have expected anything different.
We the Williams are absolutely disappointed. We traded in our 2017 Kia Forte w/ only 35000 miles. Worst mistake of our lives. We have owned this 2021 Nissan Sentra for 1 month. This is the 2nd time we have had to take this car in because of it not starting. Why??????? Is the only question I have. Customer service is No help at all and rude. I will never buy another car from Nissan ever. Ive always rated Nissan with wonderful compliments but, after actually owning a vehicle versus riding in one.
When purchasing a vehicle you wonder how things will be when you need the service department. Let me tell you, dont purchase your vehicle from Robbins Nissan on I-59...their service department could use some training in honesty and customer service. A recall was sent out on my Nissan so I went in to have it taken care of and was told that because I did not have an appointment they would squeeze me in when they had time, as there were no available appointments that day. I pulled around the corner, got online, and booked an appointment for one hour later (there were several available appointments for that day). When I pulled up again they told me the same thing, even though I had an appointment (their explanation was that they arent responsible for the Nissan scheduling software and that the appointment is only to drop your car off anyway).I then got online and booked an appointment for 30 minutes later with Peacock Nissan on I-45 and headed their way. When I arrived, they checked me in, took my car to the back and began working on it (started at Robbins Nissan at 9:00 am and its now 10:37 am)I am not one to think that I am being treated any differently than anyone else but when I looked in the mirror at Peacock Nissan I realized what tshirt I am wearing and now I cannot get it out of my head that this is the reason why I received such poor customer service, along with the dishonesty about appointments. You may ask yourself, what tshirt is he wearing? I am wearing my Gay Pride 365 tshirt.I started this process with Robbins Nissan at 9:00 am, its now 10:51 am and Peacock Nissan just handed me the keys to my car...recall taken care of.
I saw the Rogue Sport that I wanted online. I called the phone# listed and was very fortunate to get Terrence Garrett at Robbins Nissan. He located the vehicle and guaranteed me that he would hold onto the key until I got there the next day. I have never felt so comfortable buying a new vehicle. Mr. Garrett has a very calm, no pressure demeanor. I certainly hope to do business with him in the future. Thank you Terrance Garrett and Robbins Nissan. Im very happy!

He was respectful of our time and ultimately worked with management to get us a deal we couldnt refuse! Everyone from sales to finance was more than amazing and we love our new vehicle!
The employees here need to be schooled on customer service. Management has a bad attitude. If you dont like your job find something else to do. Bad doesnt even begin to describe the environment, I feel sorry for the employees that have to deal with this on the daily. Sales team has no decency in contacting customers when the answer is their case is probably NO. Got an email about my current finance with Nissan and how great I have been paying and how I had options to get a newer car. Sales team was on it! As soon as I said run the numbers after that they disappeared. I even got a call about how my purchase went from another lady and I told her no one has called me with an answer. She said I will call you back and that was three days ago. Bad customer service! You are speaking to adults no matter the situation.Did a review and the called me back and it actually was worse. After a week seems the salesperson was to busy could not answer questions promptly. Finally texted him to forget about it. By the way this was with an approved finance.
I don’t recommend this place my sales person was Adil Najdi and Raul tamarez was doing the paperwork, you need to read everything you are signing because Raul is gonna tell you different and he is going to add extended warranty contract with out your permission and you have to pay for that ..plus look at the top of the contract the price of the car match the amount with the sales person you was agree with..

I bought my Nissan car in June and the process was really smooth, everybody was very polite and professional. I went in for my first service in December and it’s understandable the wait was quite long, even with an appointment, it was during the holidays so a lot of people were getting car maintenance so it was expected. The service department was very welcoming though and tried to maintain updates with all the customers.

I moved to from MS to TX for a new job. When I got there, I had some things start to malfunction on my car. I took my car to Robbins THREE times. Im supposed to take it a fourth time. The issues were my headlights would not turn off in the auto position when I was in broad sunlight. Also, the crash warning light would come and off when I was driving, even when there were no cars around me. The first time I took the car, they kept it all day. They told me there was a faulty camera that caused the crash warning to come on. They replaced that but claimed something was blocking my sensor for my headlights, so I moved the item thinking that would fix it. Well, the issue wasnt fixed. When I took the car back a week later for them to put on the replacement part for the crash warning, they still told me nothing was wrong with the headlights. That was on 3/12/21. Today is 3/15/21. I called this morning to notify them that the headlights are still not turning off when on auto (even after manually turning them off and back on auto). I notified them of the crash warning sensor light coming back on even after they supposedly replaced the part. They told me it had to be a more consistent issue for them to really try to figure out what was going on. (keep in mind, my car is still under warranty). So, now, Im going to take the car to another Nissan dealer. I had photo evidence of these two issues not being resolved even after they told me they were fixed. I dont appreciate being lied to. When you say something is fixed, it should be fixed. PERIOD. Especially if you keep someones car all day and dont offer them a loaner until you get the supposed work done. Its ridiculous. If I didnt know any better, Id say they were trying to wait until they think my warranty will be up.
I asked for a report but told them I didnt have time for any services beyond an oil change. They brought me the report and the car, no questions asked.
If there was a negative button I would push that. Most TERRIBLE customer service experience ever! My sister went here to trade her vehicle for another newer one. The treatment Lala, the mngr in the pre-owned area, was giving her employees and making them cry, should have been a clue. After signing all the paperwork and promising to fix this and that my sister left. The next day, while she was working, her daughter took the truck to check and fix as promised. After waiting for 3 hours with a baby in the car, they declined to fix it. She called and informed my sister that she could see she was going to be nothing but trouble in the future, and fixing anything would be dipping into her commission. What?! She then refused to allow my niece to leave with the new vehicle and demanded my sister pick up her original one all because she claimed she didnt like being asked to fix what she agreed to take care of. Her unprofessional attitude is why I will never buy from them and will continue to tell everyone about the bad service in every review possible. Props to Karen the salesperson who was wonderful and didnt deserve to be treated the way she did by her boss.UPDATE TO REPLY: COMPLETELY INACCURATE. Top Notch Service, Customer Satisfaction huh?? First off you didnt even speak to me. Is that what happened? You offered to give her the vehicle after you fixed the repairs or did Lala tell her, she wont be able to ever get another vehicle anywhere again because (wait while I laugh) She has all this power and people hear her name and they listen.🤭 You may think Lala that your intimidation tactics work but you dont scare me. I needed a car that was low mileage, and affordable monthly, and the got me exactly what I needed. They even put four brand new tires in it. When I got it home I discovered a few things that I didnt see at for that needed to be fixed. I called the person who sold me the car and he was no help. However I got to talk to the manager lala and she was amazing! She gave me hwr number and kept me posted on when they could get ot l fixed. If your looking for a new car this is the place to go.
Very misleading dealer, went to check the new 2022 nissan frontier, their online prices say 35k, 36k, when I got there they are 45k, 46k...10k more than advertised online....dealer add-ons supposedly.....way overpriced, others dealers dont do that..

Brought car in for service. Was not told only oil yall use is 0w20. Called after I seen this on receipt. Was told that 0w20 was the new 5w30. Car was on regular oil its whole life span. Engine now has start up rattle if left to set for more than 30 minutes. Should have been told this at beginning. Kind of funny that other nissan dealers still carry the correct oil for this car. 2010 rogue. Wont be back due to good knows what fluids will be used for my other fluid changes aka trans, coolant etc.
I bought a Nissan Frontier on 04/28/2021 from them. On 05/01/2021 the truck would not start. The battery was not good I had to buy a new one. Called the used car manager who said there was nothing he could do I told him they should reimburse me for a new battery. He referred me to the service department. The lady told me the truck was as is my paperwork says it is a CPO. My sales guy Zak told me it is a CPO and said the battery was new. This is a deceitful practice on their behalf. Run away don’t buy from them. Horrible place to buy from

Recently took my vehicle into the Robbins service department for a check engine light. In the service department, Mr. Dial offered transparent guidance and maintained positive communication when my car was in their shop. While my vehicle was in the shop, my wife and I started looking into trading in our vehicle.We were acquainted with Mr. Garrett in the sales department. Ive purchased a few cars before, but this was by far my best experience. This was a 5-star experience because of Mr. Garrett and the managements honest feedback, timely processing of the paperwork with the finance department, and the friendly service of all employees we encountered. Oh yeah, and they are military-friendly...I highly recommend Robbins Nissan to search for a new/used vehicle or service on your current vehicle. Be sure to ask for Mr. Garrett (sales) or Mr. Dial (service).
Having online updates makes the service department even better than previously. I love my Rogue and will be getting another from Robbins in the future.
I was very disappointed to find out that I could not get my oil changed today. I would not be so upset just because I called in advance to see if I should even head that way. I was told as long as you make it by 5, my car would be serviced. Well as soon as I arrived, I was turned away. Even though Robins may be closer, I will travel to Central whether it be service or a New Car Sale.

Purchased my third vehicle from here and my worst car ever to many problems and Robbins isn’t able to repair due to no signs of failure on dash but the problems still occur while driving the vehicle has an emergency braking while driving with no reason for this to go off, there are no hazards near by. Seems as if I got the biggest scam ever purchasing a vehicle from any business who isn’t willing to help me resolve the issue I’ve taken the vehicle multiple times to get this resolved and always get the same response not able to repair due to not being able to troubleshoot the issue but yet it isn’t a safe vehicle for my family to daily drive in. What a shame!
Can’t speak for the rest of the dealership but parts department has terrible service. Calm discussion and the rep hung up twice. Blaming the customer is not a good look, and making up fake excuses when there’s a clear issue.If that’s my employee, he’s gone immediately. Not a way to get business, or repeat business.

I usually have a good experience with your dealership but today’s visit was anything but that. The young man that helped me was nice but the wait time was ridiculous! My car was done within 40 minutes but then I had to wait another 45 minutes for my paperwork to be finished. My car literally sat outside done while I waited around. You guys need a better process!!! The people were nice and all about it so I can’t blame them but the management needs to find a better process because your going to end up losing customers.

We bought a new 2020 Nissan Rogue and our Salesperson was Jonathan Navarro. Our experience was beyond exceptional. I feel like Jonathan went above and beyond our wants and needs on his part of the transaction. Our dealings with Jerad schwindt another Salesperson went awesome as well we told him we where planning a trip to Colorado for Christmas and he answered all of our questions about what kind of clothes we will need to go skiing to whats the best pizza! Financing department went so good as well Rod and Mark Eaton have the best customer service you could ever imagine. Made us very happy driving away in our brand new rogue!! Great experience. Fast prompt service. Vehicle was repaired under warranty. The service advisor set expectations as to what to expect since I did not make appointment. He listened and acknowledged my concerns. He called and gave an update on my vehicle repairs.

Mauro was awesome. He met me as I drove up. He looked up and it definitely was time for an oil change. I asked about the coupons that I had and he asssured me that he would take care of that. I told him that my fob needed a new battery and he said he would take care if that too! Nothing was too much!! Great person and great customer service.

I had a 1pm oil chg appointment with Dan. I was never told he was on vacation but I overheard another customer being told. My regular customer service agent use to be Jessica. It took them over an hour to get me out for an oil change. And nothing was discussed with me about my vehicle. I was not provided a check list or anything. However the customer service agent did remember to make request for my service reminder lite to be programmed on my vehicle as I requested. The service has changed alot in the past year I have been coming here.
