I have used this location for many years and the service is always good. However, they advertise that they stay open until 6:00 pm and more than once I have gotten there at 5:35 and the business is closed. I bypassed going to another location about 2 minutes away from my job to go to Inspect Connect but I will no longer do this. If you advertise you are there until 6:00 pm, be there. Some of us can only come after work during the week and plan accordingly.

I always take my car here to get it inspected. I have a 95 mustang and they have the equipment to properly inspect it here. But now since my ride is considered a classic. They just look at it real quick and charge me $7, yes thats it. Great service & friendly staff. So much better then inspect express. Dont trust inspect express. The company across from them. They will rip you off.

Recently chose to go here for my inspection, decided to do so after reading all the great reviews! I have to say that Im very impressed. The inspection was very quick, didnt even take 10 minutes! The environment was very friendly, was greeted with smiles and laughter. The waiting room felt very home-like and comfortable. I can honestly say that Ill be going back here for my next inspection and recommending it to my friends.

Just moved to Humble from Houston and was looking for a place to get my car inspected. I saw the ratings for this place and thought I would give it a try. They were pretty busy being the first of the month but everybody was so nice and it didnt take long at all. These guys are the best. Will definitely be coming back.

Such great people! My Winnebago is 91 tall, so cant go just anywhere to get my vehicle inspection. I needed only one wiper blade, not two, so they only charged for one replacement. I am a veteran, and veterans get low price of $20 every day. I have gotten inspections here every year since the purchase of this vehicle in 2014. Never had to wait, super fast and thorough.

The service was wonderful! I felt like I was part of the family. The staff was very kind and friendly. They have multiple technicians working to make sure that you can get out the door quickly. I will definitely go here again!

Even on a rainy Saturday morning after Christmas, the staff here remains vibrant and helpful. Just by casually observing them from the comfortable seating area, I could tell they were very tight-knit group and utterly passionate about their business.Easily the best customer service I ever had on a state inspection. The process was done in 15 minutes whereas I would have had to wait 2 hours at my local dealership (even with an appointment). No appointment was needed here, and I was sent off with a smile.My dealership may be closer to home, but Id gladly drive the extra few minutes to Inspect Connect. This is now my new go-to place for state inspections; Im glad I found it.

Great place. My experience was quick and easy. Kevin, the owner, was super friendly and handled my vehicle personally. I have had some inspection nightmares in the past and this was quiet the opposite. Highly recommended!

Good, honest, friendly people run this business. I actually pass several state inspection places to take my vehicles to these folks. They have a clean, climate-controlled waiting area, but the service is quick. I have been going to them for years now. If you think state inspections are the same wherever you go, then you havent tried Inspect Connect.

Friendly ppl sure do miss the original owners though may they RIP. But the daughter is doing a great job she had some very big shoes to fill.

Not recommended. Just failed for little worn tire. Do not go if your car is not in brand new condition. This place used to be good before but not anymore. However replaced the tires and went back and did all over again.The best was when entering FM 1960 the car was alarming that the hood was open. Likely the hood was locked with the safety device.Do not go there, its waste of MONEY and TIME.

Very fast inspections, and they do not try try to sell you anything that you do not need. I go back to them every year with all our fleet vehicles and my personal car.

Worst customer service ever. The manger was rude and was talking to my girlfriend very disrespectfully and I feel like it was only becaause she was a woman and when I took the vehicle back up there he didnt talk crazy to me.The same company inspected the vehicle last year at the same location and it passed inspection with no problem. We have made no changes to the vehicle and now they are not passing it because of the window tent being too dark. It is the same tent from last year. Women especially do not bring your vehicle here with out a man because you will be disrespected !

This place is so professional. In our world, customer service is a thing of the past. Not at inspect connect. I needed to get my sticker that had been expired for 6 months. They took care of me with a smile and provided a nice atmospere where I was able to wait and work on my homework. Excellent place to get an inspection!!!!

I had a pleasant experience last year so I bring my Motorhome there for inspection this year. Well, apparently its under new ownership after the previous owner passed away. Many of the employees are new and have zero experience.The guy driving my motorhome wrecked it into the wall as he was pulling out of the bay causing severe damage. The new owner says he will take care of it and he seems like an honest guy, but having my vehicle wrecked did not inspire confidence. If Gus holds up his word Ill revise this later and update it.

Inspections are all they do, so they are focused and get you in and out fast!
