After my accident the insurance company lowballed me tremendously. They insisted on putting used or aftermarket parts on my car. I talked to Grady and he handled it all. He got me new OEM parts and he kept me updated every step of the way! I am now a customer for life. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my vehicle. The quality of work is amazing. I’ve taken 2 cars here and both look amazing till this day! Do your self a favor and just bring your vehicle to Grady!

GFR put a new 3.5 lift on my Jeep JK. They got the job done on time with no extra charges. My jeep rides great now and I have had no issues after they worked on in. GFR painted and installed a new hood on my wifes jeep. She also had suspension work done by GFR. Everything turned out great! People are always complimenting on her jeep and asking where she got her work done. In my experience I found GFR to be honest and fair. I highly recommend GFR to anybody that is looking for a good shop.

They constantly gave courtesy calls to let me know the status of the repairs of my vehicle and even gave me updates on contacting my insurance to handle the claims. These guys really saved the day! I was part of a hit and run that caused my bumper to be dragging. I am so lucky that they were the nearest body shop. I had to get out of town soon, so they managed to quickly (within the hour) repair what they could without ordering new parts. Grady was honest, up front, and very affordable for the situation! Would highly recommend.

I have been having problems with my car staring up I was told it was multiple things. I came across Grady’s shop by mutual friends and figured I’ll call him to see how much a diagnosis will be he said he didn’t charge at this time he had me lol.I took my car to him he connected his machine and told me he’ll get back with me. When he did he advised me of the multiple things it could be and advised for me to drop it off before work and he’ll take a look at it. (He even offered to drop me off at work if I didn’t have a way)He called me told me the problem. He was very patient with the many questions my father and I had. The price was reasonable for parts and labor. I should be getting my vehicle back tomorrow and will post the work he did. I just wanted to post this cause his customer service is GREAT & I am sure his work will be as well!

I would truly recommend GFR Collision and Performance to anyone without a doubt. Management goes above and beyond like no other shop. From the service i received from the initial estimate all the way through to the completion of the work. Grady was also extremely flexible with scheduling and professionally communicating any questions or concerns i had. As well at the end of the completion he also went the extra mile in keeping me updated with pictures of the work which i found really helpful and ease of mind knowing my car was in good hands. I am also very picky about my car so if you are too i would highly recommend this spot!

This guy is awesome! Snapped a shift pin. First person i took my car to tried to charge me 1800 for a whole transmission. Thank God I met grady the next week. He changed my rod, oil pan gasket, oil, and a mount for 1100. Im still driving fine 4 moths later a very happy man!

When the day couldn’t get any worse Grady C. came to rescue! I was parked and someone accidentally hit my vehicle and GFR was the man for job.
