Went there for parts for my first time. Everything was done right and fast.! Friendly employees..!

I Dont advise this shop to anyone. I paid $600.00 to have an overhead ran on my 379 peterbilt with a c-15 engine. Tech shows up first off with out the proper tools to do the job had to wait over an hour for coworker to bring tools not cool being the rate was by the hour. I didnt say anything at end i ask if he had adjusted the injectors (which i was figuring was my main issue) i was told yes. Well my engine was still rough and a bit loud a few months later i was advised to have the overhead ran again athough telling them an credited shop diesels specialist had done the previous one. They still suggested having it done again so i finally broke down spending the money again well $450.00 this time. all but one of the injectors was out of adjustment, jakes was too tight and intake actuators was not adjusted properly needless to say my truck is running dream now.

If we could give a negative rating, we would. Brought our diesel generator here for diagnosis. After 3 weeks, multiple calls with promises of return calls, we were finally notified that they couldnt repair our unit. Picked up the unit to bring to another shop, paid the ridiculous $1200 bill, get to the generator repair shop and find that everything the disconnected to diagnose was in disarray, not put back together. Traveled back to speak to a supervisor about the issues, 30 minutes later (We believe they were waiting for us to leave to not have to deal with the issue), the supervisor comes out with promises of sending a mechanic to the other shop to reassemble. Poor customer service, poor leadership, extremely rude employees representing this company.
