Placed an order and sent me the wrong part. People in the store are good. Just where they ordered sucks they won’t take it back even though they were the ones that sent it wrong. I won’t be ordering from any advance auto. Auto Zone, OReilly here I come.

Young damsel in distress....Saturday evening I ran across a young lady and her 7 yr old son who were stranded across the street from Advanced Auto Parts on 1st St in Humble at the washateria. The hood to her car was up and I asked if she needed a jump. She told me yes and that she had asked everyone who crossed her path for help, but no one could. Once we realized people were still in the store (it was shortly after 9), we jumped in my car to ask for help. They were locking up as we pulled up and she said, Nevermind, theyre closed but I got out of my car anyway and when Zach saw me, he asked if he could help me. I told him of the dilemma at hand and he told me he would come across the street and jump her battery. He was a hero in every sense of the word; after her car started, she left and she later texted me that she arrived home safely with her young son.Thanks Zach, you rock!

Hands down the best auto parts store in town. Professional staff that are easy to deal with. I recently started using this store because they are an authorized MOOG dealer and I can honestly say that I will no longer use Auto Zone who I have used over the last 10 years.

Online order fulfilled within 3 hours, somehow I was sent the wrong part. The manager at this specific location made sure to get me an OEM replacement part faster then expected part came in work got completed 5/5 for services and customer service experience.

OMG! John and Desmond really took care of me! I was in desperate need of bulbs for my license plate and someone to do it. After they explained they were unable to do it for me. John advised I YouTube it. I did and in less than 5 mins I had my new bulbs in an now im able to pass inspection. Thank you fellas for helping me! I was about to go somewhere and pay someone if it wasnt for your advice.

Called on a Tuesday at 11:00 am for an obscure part. Was told they didnt have it in stock but that it could be on the next parts run delivery at 4:30 pm. I said, Wha, WHAT??? You can have the part that I need by 4:30 pm? I was in disbelief. Sure enough... called at 4:30 pm, and my part was there waiting for me. I arrived to very friendly and helpful staff. From here forward, Advance Auto Parts will be the first auto supply I call when in need. I HIGHLY recommend.

This is a cool location. The manager on duty was the sweetest lady and she went out of her way to make sure I got everything I needed. If your in the humble area and need parts or anything for your car I would suggest stop by here. They were a little understocked on some things but it is the holidays.

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst customer service ever! The manager on duty is extremely lazy! Went in to have a code check done, and was told they did not have enough staff. There were two staff members and no customers. Go somewhere else, obviously this store doesnt need my money.
