Down South CustomsInstalled a 6 lift and tires an wheels on my 2021 F-250 Superduty.Im real happy with it, they treated me real good throughout the process they run into some issues with it being a gas powered truck but keep me informed with it all. Big thankyou to all the folks at DSC.

I was a referral from a friend to check out DSC for my upgrade inquiries. Excellent service, product and competitive costs is what i received from DSC during my experience. I had my 2019 Tundra upgraded with a six inch lift, 22 tires/wheels and a few little tweaks needed along the way. There are a lot of places out there offering the same parts and relatively the same prices however the personal time and understanding that i received from DSCs staff is what made me decide to go with them and have the work done. No single place will make everyone happy, meet everyones specific OCD needs or budget but i was pleased with the product offered, cost and helpfulness that was given to me from this team. After the parts were installed they also offered me their service free of charge to do a 100 mile wheel check/torque as well as a 500 miles re torque and inspection of the entire suspension set up. Not sure if anyone else offers this but they were the only ones out of about 5 shops i went to that explained this process to me. Greatly appreciated the peace of mind. Ride is smooth, no shaking, no issues so far but i am confident if something happens that DSCs team will help me if needed. Check them out before making your choice on a shop. No ones perfect but they are definitely worth stopping in to chat about some options.

Fernando and his staff are very knowledgeable when it comes to lifts,rims,tires and other truck accessories. They treat you with respect and like family. I had flat tire awhile back while driving. Having a lifted truck I had to have the truck towed. I called Down south just before they closed and explained the situation. They told me to have the truck towed to their location and they would put a new tire first thing the morning. Next day before noon they had the tire replaced and ready to go. This place is awesome and has a great friendly staff. Highly recommend visiting them for all your truck and or car needs

Called 9 times no answer 10th i called guy answered but sounded dead and didnt want to be there. Put me on hold for 13 mins so i hung up ill go other places

They work with me on my crazy requests made it happen to safety specs and in good time. Kept me entertained with good movies while i waited. Highly recommend it.

The guys at DSC did an amazing job. They placed a leveling kit, bumpers and light bars on my truck and I couldnt be happier with the outcome. The have great customer service and stand behind their work.

I spent over 3K on a level kit, wheels and tires, invoiced for TOYO AT 285/55/R20, got NITO 285/50/R20 which were cheaper tires and no reduction of charge, they gouged one of my wheels, would not return my OEM Lug nuts taken off with original wheels and claimed they did not take the lugs or gouge wheels even when I had photos to prove otherwise. Went back in to talk in person about wheel (which I took to show ) also to show how my air caps were mismatched with one being green, one missing and the other two black and have level kit and tires re-torque and was subjected to yelling from the counter guy and told I can take my business elsewhere and to screw off. (will post on YT as I accidently had my cell phone recording)Took car to dealership to have looked at as now I did not trust them only to find that out of alignment, level kit not torque per spec, two of four wheel lugs only hand tight!Owner will not return calls to attempt to make things right, so will post this to all auto forums, YouTube, Google, Bing, Yahoo and let all know to be aware of the scam and safety issues.You can do better buying online and go to a budget shop like discount tires and getting better service.

Great staff to work with new just what I needed. I had a little high speed shake in front from weights falling off fix it up the next day will post a pic when it quits raining really nice wheels will be back for sure thanks Erik and staff.

If I could rate lower I would. Was ready to buy, had the wheel and tire package picked out. Called and was placed on hold 3 times, finally got through and left my name and number for a call back because Fernando was with a customer. Never received a call back...called the next day just after 9am...was instantly placed on hold 4 times in a row almost an hour total of hold time. Fernando again was too busy with another customer. I explained to the guy I spoke with over the phone how hard of a time i have had getting through to someone, and that I never received a call back from the previous day....he had nothing to say, no apology, nothing.If i owned this business i would clean house....no telling how much this cast of characters working the desk has cost this business. Will not do business here, and if this is how they normally conduct business neither will anybody else.

1.Drilled into my truck to installBOLT ON fender flares from ROUGH COUNTRY2.Told Eric 4-5 times not to drill between the 2 times Ive been there when I got there to have them installed and laughed condescendingly saying its been almost a month since I placed the order after I went there on a Saturday that the opened 9:15 instead of 9:00 like their business advertises3. Fernando said hed rustoleum it or whatever then they decided to put grease on the self tap screws that were never supposed to go into my truck in the first place4. Fernando said (on video tape) hedowe me some new fender flares or somethingIf they did drill into the truck5. Offered me a DISCOUNT on running boards6. Said he call me for said running boards never did Ive waited 3 weeks and if those holes rust Ill sueUpdate: it’s been over a year and I’ve checked a few holes drilled (not all of them) and there isn’t rust (atleast it seems) however the fender flares did cause SCRATCHING around the back two fenders in the paint this is from dirt buildup around the gasket the front two seem fine...I paid $900 and DSC couldn’t put tape behind the flares or anything? After drilling into my truck to save time on clipping?If DSC wants to make this right I’ll offer them a chance to pay for my back two fenders(they should pay for all four after drilling) and I’ll remove this review IF they make things right

Where to beginThey tried to upsale me on everything I wanted to buy, Then after installationThey tried to keep my factory take off parts,Hit the rear bumper in 2 spots with Jack handles on a 2017 Silverado midnight edition mind you ... (Chipped the paint in both spots)Didnt set the TPMS or align the front endWhich was included in the priceIf they do have the knowledge to run a business like this, They sure dont know how to apply itBad deal all together

Honestly, take your hard earned money elsewhere. I went here for a lightbar for my Jeep amd had nothing but trouble. I decided to go with the Rough Country brand and I watched the guy order the lightbar and the mounting brackets while I stood there. It took almost 5 weeks to come in. The real kicker comes when I go for install. I stayed well into the night past closing while they completed the task of installation. The next morning in the daylight, I see that the lightbar brackets are NOT the ones we ordered. Furthermore, they had scratches and improper bolts in them. I called to confirm with Rough Country and they dont even sell mounting brackets like the ones they gave me, the sold me USED parts at the cost of NEW. Also didnt get the cover that the manufacturer says is included with all of their products. This was a very hard and expensive lesson. Buyer beware. Now the lightbar doesnt even work due to their shotty wiring job. Avoid going here at all costs. My calls and emails have not been returned to date, cutting my losses.
