Let me start off by saying that Im a 25 year old woman that doesnt know jack about cars. I called Advance tech auto to get some quotes for parts and labor and was immediately impressed by how much less they were charging for labor than several of the others places I called. Ive been taken advantage of in the past because I generally dont know if Im getting a good price. I spoke with Josh, and he was able to explain how the whole process of the repair would work and helped me understand how they were going to fix it. Throughout the whole repair, I was kept updated via text message on how it was coming along. At some point, they ran into an issue because I purchased the wrong part from a different auto parts store that was missing a vital element. Josh sent me pictures of the old part and the new part to show me how they varied, but he was able to modify the part and make it work for my car at almost no extra cost. The customer care was excellent, and this place made me feel right at home. This was my first time visiting this auto shop, and I live 45 minutes away, but I will be returning for future services. They worked with me, gave me great pricing and fixed my car very quickly, within just a few hours, even without an appointment. Highly recommend!

I just had repairs done on my truck and as always Advance Tech Auto is the only place I recommend. For several years I have utilized this professional mechanics shop since it was mentioned by a friend of my wife at INSPERITY. We get Honesty, best prices, down to earth people, estimate before you commit all at one place. And I forgot, the job is always done correct, what more could a person ask for. Heres hoping that they are around for a long time or I will be lost looking for another shop of this caliber.

After getting new rims and wheels at discount tire they broke my Height sensor on my 2008 Lincoln Navigator by picking up my truck wrong. Found this place Advanced Tech just by driving thru that town, stopped to ask about my truck repair and they had it done in less than 1hr. That was Job #1. I took it back to have my air bags done as well and they gave me a pretty good deal and the job was done correctly job #2. They even called me to let me know my rotors at the back was out and that all my breaks had a little life left to them. Very thankful for the heads up. They understood my situation on picking up my truck and I told them I didnt want it sitting outside over night and they was nice enough to park it inside for one extra day. I just feel that the prices are a little bit high. Cheaper if you buy your own parts and bring it in with your vehicle. I do like the fact that if they buy the part it comes with a 1year warranty, over all Im still taking my Lincoln here for any work that needs to be done. When I asked if they done sunroofs they recommended the shop next door, they are very helpful and kind. Jesse even offered to take my daughter and I to the mall to kill time so we can wait for my truck due to the fact that I live 1hr and 20mins from the shop. Uber was $63 to get home and $63 to get back to the shop to get my truck plus the $350 for the job #1. As a single mother of 1, thats not the type of money i can keep spending when I need my only vehicle done. Job #3 will be my breaks 😊

Not trust worthy! I would recommend going to another repair shop that focuses on pleasing the customers instead of making profit. I wish the owner was more friendly and honest with his customers.REPLY TO OWNER: Considering the fact that I am not a certified mechanic, a diagnostic should have been done before installing the requested part. Excuse me for assuming that the car would be inspected before any repairs would have taken place. I am accustomed to mechanics verifying the condition of the part before initializing a replacement. As the automotive technician you did NOT inquire if the car was experiencing any symptoms. Again, I am not a certified mechanic, so your skill set should have focused on asking detailed questions, rather than to assume. A concerned and noble business man would have ensured that accurate service was needed before rendering any repairs. For example, you simply cannot go to the hospital and request medical treatment without the doctor performing any test. Yes, you completed what was requested, but you should have verified if that particular part needed to be replaced in order to avoid wasted time, money, and negative reviews. My motive is not to tarnish the image or reputation of your company. My motive is to inform others not to make the same mistakes as I did. Asking questions and stating concerns is always imperative from both parties involved.

Both Jesse and Josh are very professional. Price is fair and reasonable. I live about 30 miles away now and still drive to this shop for any of my car problems. They helped me with my VW tiguan, GMC Acadia, Lexus RX 350. They are very good at US and Japan made cars. However, for some issues with my German (VW) car, they were very honest that they cant fix if the problem is too specific. Highly recommend this shop!

I took my 2002 Mercedes C240 there. Needed the radiator replaced. When I brought it in. No problems. They call my wife saying the car wouldnt start.....when asked why went it start. The guy says he doesnt know too much about the European cars.....😐......but it says Foriegn on your sign. So we ask if there was a check engine light. He replied there was...so we asked for him to pull the code. He was hesitant and said he couldnt. At that point I told my wife to pay the man and get the car. Once I got the car checked the code...and it was a CPS sensor. Changed it...and no more engine light. If it wasnt for that I would have given a star.Sad pad was I was going to go pick up that vehicle and IMMEDIATELY give them my Escalade to change out the transmission on. Might be ok going to for the domestic vehicles but wouldnt take a Foriegn car there for sure.Response to the owner....Should have left the last paragraph off your reply. if you are not comfortable working with European vehicles then that should reflect in you signage. You are supposed to be the pros. Instead of doing a basic OBD 2 diag...and provide a suggestive summary.....I get my time wasted in terms of resolving the situation myself. The only benefit from that was...I only spent $25 including install.If you have a foreign vehicle....might be better off at the dealership.....just saying....review went from a 2 star to a 1

I first came here because I needed someone close to home to check my gas tank for any foreign deposits.They checked the fuel lines and ensured me there was nothing that couldve gotten through. They really helped me drive out with confidence. Highly recommend coming to them!

I had two different vehicles they serviced one truck had the ac motor replaced charged 150 used parts ( I had no ideal that it took 10 -15 mins to complete until youtube) a week later I put 2nd car in their shop struts ( parts from auto zone) 2nd car making noise when my daughter turns her wheel was told the part was defected and that he can feel it . I asked did they test drive 2nd car he dnt know. I asked him if he could feel the defect today how didnt he feel it the day he put it on? His response was that is why we should let them get the parts. Two days later my ac blower back to not working on 1st vehicle. I call the place and was told samething my parts defected. Two different vehicles a few days apart two different parts stores in America and he trying to tell me its the parts. So sir the problem is in the shop... the owner never wrong haha

Called several times with question about my car. Josh was patient with my lack of knowledge. Got my car to the shop and they fixed it quick for less than what a few other shops wanted. This is now my only mechanic!

Josh was amazing at answering my questions and concerns in a polite and professional way. I had my 2011 Acura towed to them the evening after horrible and dangerous weather in the greater Houston area. I was quite stressed out due to my alternator going out in the midst of the storm on 59 south bound while leaving work in Kingwood and headed home to Clearlake City. I recently had a lot of work done at another mechanical shop (Caliber Collision) in Webster under my insurance claim. I first called them about the issue but the tow would have been entirely too much out of picket. But because of my trust and loyalty to them when Bob referred me to Advanced Tech Automotive, I didnt hesitate one bit. They provided me with with excellent communication, customer service, mechanical work, while also informing me of another issue that may cause trouble in the near future seeing that my car is at almost 100k miles. I appreciated their integrity and ethics and if ever stranded in the area again I would chose Advanced Tech Automotive over any other and will definitely recommend them to my friends and family in the area since I did grow up in Humble/Atascocita/Kingwood area.

Dropped my Infiniti off just under 2 weeks ago to have my AC worked on, making this the 4th place to work on it. They got it diagnosed and repaired within 1 full business day. Had a hose pop off less than 2 weeks later and they were amazingly understanding about previous work completed and money spent as well as getting the hose fixed. Very satisfied.

Most of the auto repair work I dont feel comfortable with is completed at this shop. They have great customer service and do great work with reasonable pricing.

My family and I have been using advanced tech auto for 15 years and throughout this time weve never had any issues with our vehicals after the problem had been FIXED CORRECTLY you will have trouble finding honest and upfront people like the team here to fix your vehicles so I highly recommend advanced tech truly great bunch of guys!!!

Josh and Jesse at ATA are one of the two auto shops Ive visited in my entire life that were prompt and punctual about finding the problem, getting you an estimate, and getting the work done. I live in Houston but since I work in Humble I take my car only to Advance Tech Automotive.

My car stopped, so I had it towed there thinking it may be something I had repair before. Well the owner refuse to fix it, because I question him about a disagreement we had before about how diagnostic test fees are applied. He did diagnosed my car, but I had to have it towed again to get repairs done. His attitude is very nasty.
