We had a rental vehicle with a screw in the tire. They helped us with air and a patch for free and got us back on the road and where we needed to be quickly. I did not know I could go there to get air free and so quickly. I will go back for tires next time I need to purchase them.

This store is set up way more efficiently than the Porter, TX store! Easy to get tires checked when that is all ypu need. They have literally corrected poor workmanship done by the Porter, TX store! I recommend this Humble store!

Came in for a flat tire and discovered puncture damaged the aluminum rim, a big headache for a 12 year old Mercedes SUV. Within half an hour Tyler sourced an OEM rim at an unbelievable low price. They took care of everything and I have no worries now. Thanks guys very much.

Great customer service!The other night I happened to catch two flats right outside there shop, luckily they were still in 2hrs past closing time and they still helped me. They locked my car in the bay for the night and has it ready the next day an hour before there opening time.

I came to Discount Tire to fix a flat and left with four new tires. Jason was very helpful and I felt very comfortable making the purchase.

I sat waiting much longer than usual, roughly 20 minutes, to even be approached for an air check. I would understand that amount of time if they were busy, but there were only 2 cars in the bays, maybe 2 other people inside and no cars after me. When I was finally helped the guy had a smart attitude. I know what location not to return to, good thing there are at least 3 other tire shops nearby.

Just went to do to check the pressure of my tires but the person in charge was interesting in the services I asked for.

What a great experience here. Fast, friendly and free. How can you beat that? I discovered a screw in a tire yesterday causing a loss of air pressure. They got me in quickly and patched and plugged my tire in less than an hour. They didn’t try to up sell me on a new tire or anything. Best of all there was no charge. I was shocked, even offered to buy them lunch but they said it’s their pleasure to fix it and shared it’s how they run the business. I will go back for tires when it’s time.

Went in to get 2 basic tires and a possible new spare, my tech was so nice, personable, knowledgeable, understanding, and honest. Went in for the “get by” tires, left with “not much more expensive, and you’ll feel safe and secure” tires.Very good experience, not a long wait time, I was out literally 5 minutes after the (40 minute) wait time they projected. Absolutely amazing.

These guys are great! From the sales people to the tire guys the customer service is impeccable! I was in the store twice in 3 weeks to replace my tires. The service was pretty fast even though they were extremely busy both times and I didnt have an appointment.

Went up there recently to get a tired plugged, after I noticed a small leak, they were super busy, but I was promptly helped within 10 minutes of being there. Was told would be around 2 1/2 hours of waiting so I sat down and waited to be serviced. They actually got finished about 45 minutes earlier than the estimated wait time I was given. so kudos to them and their hard work, I hope they know that they do an awesome job and that is why Im leaving this review.

Have always bought my set of tires from a Discount Tire store. My first time to this location. Set my appointment with Jason the day before, he was extremely helpful making sure I went with the best tires that suit my car. Arrived at the store, was greeted right away and tires were installed actually quicker than I expected which was great. Entire staff was friendly and made sure I was informed of the benefits that came with my purchase (ie warranty info I may have overlooked myself). Really appreciated that Jason came out before I left to introduce himself and double check my vehicle system was calibrated before driving off. Over all wonderful experience, great team there.

Discount Tire mounted all my 4 new tires DANGEROUSLY on rim. I went to New Caney/Porter Discount Tire, after 20,000 miles God carried me, so they would replace because a man explained why my tires were splitting n DANGEROUSLY ON.BUT Angel that worked there was nice.

Very quick, they didn’t have the tire I asked for so they upgraded me for free, I didn’t have my tire lock so they got me one, definitely going back!

This was a great experience. I came in from out of town because I NEEDED new tires. They didnt have them in stock but still made it happen the same day and the tires I wanted. Right after I pulled my truck in, 4 guys jumped to it quick and got my tires changed, balanced, and mounted in less then 45mins. I had some questions and they had no problem getting me the answers. So I gotta give a lot of credit to their whole crew. The whole shop did a great job.

Even that the shop was busy, I didnt wait long. Jason assisted me with my needs for the day. He diagnosed my problems, gave me advice for the repairs also looked into other issue that needs attention. Gave me an estimate including warranty.I liked the price, but didnt get my truck fixed at the moment because time. Its something of no safety, so I will make an appointment later when I have a little more time to spend at the shop.If youre wondering what are the issues...Just the TPMS batteries are dead.Cant complain about the TPMS that came with my truck, its a 2009 Toyota Tundra and just last week the sensor light came on.2 are completely out, 1 shows low battery and 1 still shows ok.

I picked up a random piece of heavy gauge wire in the sidewall of my tire at around 5:30 PM yesterday (9/30/20) and had an important errand to run that evening. I pulled the wire out and called the manager at 5:40 pm asking if they would be able to fix my tire. The manager said to come and would hold a bay for me.I made it to the location by 6:05 PM and they managed to replace my tire and have be back on the road by 6:22 PM, all I had to pay was the road hazard warranty for the new tire. They staff was quick, professional and courteous, They have always been this way and its the reason why I make this location my go to place for tires.Thank you for taking care of me on such short notice.

They fixed my tire that has plenty of life still on it, but they are so bent on selling everyone a tire they chase future customers away. Wont be back.

Loved it here had a flat in my tire because of Not 1 but 2 nails. When I went I waited in the car while they checked my tire they worked really fast and when they were done they gave me good detail on what was wrong and what they did. Everyone there was also nice. Except for they guy I almost ran over which I understand and I apologize for.

I went to have my air checked. They offer this service free with air and a separate line for this service. Just pull up and roll your window down and let them know what you need. Quick and easy.

I have been to a lot of different discount tire stores, but this store is head and shoulders above any other. This stores operation is actually quite impressive for any business. The employees look happy, engaged, move with purpose and hustle. Every point of contact I had was professional and engaging, from the time I called to check on the potential wait time, to the time I left, everyone was impressive. The wait time estimate was spot on, and I knew what was happening along the way. And you know what, as long as I see people moving with purpose, I wouldnt have minded waiting longer, because I know they are working hard to provide great service! On top of it, the only reason I was there was to have them fix a slow leaking tire, which was something that had no immediate payoff for them. Im not sure who the leader of this store is, but they are to be commended for the operation they are running. This is now and will be my store, even though there are 2 stores closer to my house. To anyone in Discount tire corporate: This store should be an example to all other franchisees. Because of my experience, Ill be buying wheels and tires next month at this store for my truck. And any other business I can do here will be at this store, and I will be happy to do it! Well done to everyone there!

Daughter had 2 new tires put on at a discount tire in Houston. Realized her tire pressure light was still on. Stopped by the humble location and was told she needed to drive around at 15 mph for 20 minutes and the light would reset. Ridiculously comical. She finally read her manual and found the reset button. Also comical but lesson learned. Come in discount TIRE. Its your business to know this.

So kind and helpful! It was my first time getting my tires changed by myself and everyone was so nice. Helped me as soon as I came through the door and continually gave me updates about what they were doing with my car. They showed me my tired tread levels and didnt try to get me to buy 4 tires like I thought I needed. Instead they told me to save my money because only 2 needed to be replaced! My husband brought his car in for a tire check. The overall experience became excruciatingly slow. Service people kept him sitting for over two hours outside in the heat. There is no place to sit down inside the store even though there is plenty of room for social distancing. They’re seeming lack of interest in doing the 10 minutes worth of work to check my tire was very offputting. Even when I expressed my dissatisfaction with the continued delays they did not seem to move any faster. This experience will certainly make me reevaluate buying my tires at this discount tire location.

Ive been getting my tires from Discount Tire since the beginning of time. Awesome work and customer service. Corey was great at getting me in and out. He made sure I got ALL the rebates and discounts and even took 1/2 off to replace those worn out lug nuts that Ford put on there.

Took a loose tire in for a nail fix. Had to call on progress and was informed that tire could not be repaired and explanation would be given upon pickup. No explanation was given and miraculously the tire had been thrown away. New tire and Im on my way. Think Ill look at other shops in the future.

Was very impressed with the professionalism of the employees here. Unlike the other store, not only did one employee acknowledge those waiting in line, but every employee acknowledged everyone after walking into the main lobby. Adrian helped me and was very personable. 4 new tires later, still happy. Will definitely return.
