Just left the Humble location. We were extremely disappointed in the customer service. The guys behind the supply counter were quite pleasant and walked us to the showroom were the lady sat behind her desk and didnt get up from her computer screen once. She told us she couldnt help us and to go online to find what we wanted. After driving an hour to visit the showroom, she told us to go The Woodlands because their showroom was bigger. Sounds like Fergusons is wasting their money paying her salary. Goog to Moore Plumbing to get more service.

Its OK... Only had 1 person working in the Showroom area and she was tied up with another lady the 10+ minutes I was there. Lack of actual affordable merchandise as well. Was referred to their website for help.
