Great customer service. During the winter storm in February 2021, they came to those waiting outside in line and asked what everyone needed then confirmed on the spot whether they had it or were getting more on order. Depending on the part they dont have as much as a big chain store (ex: PVC check valve or rubber pipe insulation) but have way better service and knowledge.

Usually shop at conroe location, Humble guy at the counter completely ignored me and addressed the guy who walked in literally 3 seconds later. I walked up clearly needing help. Unlike Moore Supply staff.

I love this place we had so many busted pipes and they had all the materials we needed. They came out to the line to ask all the customers what they were looking for and they let you know if they had it or not. So nobody would stand in line for along time just to find out they didnt have what they needed. Awesome place employees here are awesome too!!! I went to the one in Humble. Very greatful!!!!

Ive never been more grateful for a good supply store than today, February 20th. Like many, my family suffered busted pipes in the cold snap, and we havent had water for six days. Every other supply store Ive visited was sold out or a free-for-all. When I went to Moore, there was a line, but it was well worth my time. I got the fixtures I needed to get my familys water back on. Even though theyd been working long shifts, the employees were patient, courteous, and helpful. Moore Supply is outstanding.

Recently visited to grab some unions, 1 pvc and some other minor things and they tried charging me close to $1,000 even with an account. After the sales person didnt want to refund me and a few minutes of calling he finally relunctantly agreed to stop price gouging me and lowered the price by about $500

The guys were great. Very very helpful. If u need plumbing supplies this is the place to go.

I went in for a sink aerator adapter (was recommended by ace hardware because they didn’t have the part), and was very disappointed by the outcome. The associate in the parts department didn’t even let me finish my sentence in asking for the adapter when he saw my Britta filter in my hand. He immediately said that they didn’t have the adapter and no one would, and that britta unfairly made filters that won’t fit the majority of sink faucets (not true). However, he was quick to offer their filtration system that would only cost my about $250. A quick google search found the appropriate adapter that Ace hardware said I would need and I paid $12.50 with shipping for the adapter. Seems like he had this encounter before and had his agenda. Save yourself some money and google things first.

Helpful, although they didnt mention that my part was a lifetime warranty item, I didnt care. They had it in stock. They were friendly, it was reasonable and that is what matters. I appreciated their kindness and generosity of humor at my situation. I am a customer for life.

Weve extremely enjoyed our selection/shopping trips at this store. Ms. Brooke Leach, an intelligent, pleasant and efficient lady in store really made our trips worthwhile. We started there for our first shopping trip on plumbing needs for our new house a couple of weeks ago, and never expected the whole thing would be done in a single store. Brooke made it so much easier for us on pricing, selections and alternatives. She provided plain, simple and effective solutions with considerations for cost efficiency, and quick turnaround too. After the first trip, we both decided to work with her for entire plumbing needs for the whole house. In just three trips, were done shopping! We wish we could rate Brooke and her store a 6 out of the scale of 1-5! What do we know about Humble! Go shop there and you will find out.

Worst customer service ever. they (all 3 of the counter staff) enjoyed refusing to help. i tried to exchange an incorrect part that they said would fit and did not. the policy is 90 days on exchange. it was 93 days. other construction delayed the installation of said part. policy is policy, i understand but dont laugh in the customers presence because he missed the deadline by 3 days.service like this is why internet sales have skyrocketed
