Seeing that my daughter continues to feel the need to take her phone case off. She is always dropping her phone and breaking it. I’ve had her phone fixed here and the screen repair is quality and the time for service is fast unlike some other places. Definitely recommend this company.

Recently had a the screen of my phone break. Unfortunately the phone was too old for other repair places to even bother. Luckily for me these guys did not even hesitate when I asked and let me know when they had the part in stock. The repair took 2 hours and the phone was as good as new. Excellent service. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needed a device repaired.

My experience was soooooo wonderful till I felt like I was dealing with my own dear friend. The knowledge, the kindness, the fairness of the tech person was off the charts. In a days like these, it DOES make a difference when you find a company that’s close by AND might I add, in your very own favorite grocery store, doing great work for the everyday needs of an ordinary situation. I cracked my phone screen really bad the other day and decided to finally get my phone screen repaired. I was really impressed with the friendliness, speed and quality of service from this establishment.The service took about 30 minutes and the price was fair. I am very disappointed in the service that I have received from this location. I feel that I have been more than patient with this business. I brought in my work laptop for service almost 2 months ago. I received a call when it was ready and when I came to retrieve it, the associate named Francine was not there and I was told by a very nonchalant young man that he didnt know when she would return. I asked if he could call her and he did. She told him that she forgot my laptop at her home and she was over an hour away. I came back the next day to retrieve my laptop. Francine tried to plug it in to show me that the laptop had been repaired properly. The plug did not stay attached to the laptop and after careful examination, I noticed that it wasnt the plug that came with the laptop. It was a HP plug and my laptop was a different brand. When I told her this, she called the tech who said that was the plug given to them. I knew that wasnt the plug that I gave to her because this particular laptop came from my office and we do not have any HP computers. I wanted to be sure that my associate didnt switch the plug so I paid for my service and I told her that I would contact her when I checked with my associate. I called the next day to tell Francine that the cord was indeed the wrong cord for the laptop and no one in my office switched it. She said that she would check the store and with the tech again and contact me back. Several days went by and nothing. I contacted her back to follow up and she said that she did not find it and she would order me another one. That was back on October 4th....a month ago. Ive been calling, texting and leaving messages with the rude guy that works in the store and she has not contacted me back. The one time I was able to reach her after several attempts, she told me that she ordered the cord and she had no idea when it would come in. Today, I have called again to follow up, phone goes to VM. I texted her and called the store and nothing. Very poor business and customer service. I feel as though I am getting the run around and then to top it off, the rude guy at the store informed me that today is Francines last day so I guess I have been screwed!

Francine the owner gives such great customer service. To fix something it takes no time at all, very quick turnaround. I would highly recommend this place.

This place is amazing! I was a little reluctant to go to a non apple store for replacement but it turned out it was even better, no fuss, no crowds, no uppity people. Everyone there was really nice, Got my iPhone 7 plus glass fixed in 45 minutes and it was about 40 dollars cheaper than anyone place in town. highly recommend this place

I brought my iPhone 6, iPhone 8, and iPad Mini 3 to get screens replaced. 6 had no problems, but 8 ear piece stopped working and didn’t have parts for iPad because home button wasn’t working. This location never has parts available and seems like everything they fix is half done. I would not recommend this location. Please go to another location.

My phone fell on a table corner and my volume button got stuck, therefore it would turn on in safe mode and drive me crazy! I needed it fixed fast, and realized GadgetMD closed in 15 minutes by the time I was heading over there. I called ahead saying I may be there 10 minutes before they close, they said theyd happily wait for me to at least diagnose my problem!I was able to get a quote on how much it would cost, and I brought it in early two mornings later. They were able to go in and completely bend my frame back to normal without having to buy a new one for cheap. I highly recommend this place. Customer service is wonderful, they work hard to save you money, and they made my phone go completely back to normal for only $75. Go here for all of your phone needs! 5+ stars!!

This repair shop is awesome! They fixed my phone like new in 20 minutes. They made sure to offer me a great deal on accessories to protect my phone after they fixed too! I highly recommend this shop for all your cell phone repair needs.

Last Saturday, I was in Gadget MD, Fall Creek/Park Lakes store and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Sean. I thought I had a battery issue, but he did diagnostics on the iPhone and found that it was a mother-board issue. Remember, it was Saturday. He generously donated his time and efforts, as he didnt charge me the $35.00 diagnostic fee. I want everyone to know that we have IT professionals at this store that care more about helping customers than they do about the all mighty dollar! I hope you will support this owner, as I intend to!

So happy I found these guys! My iphone was run over multiple times, and I was so scared I had lost all of the pictures of my son. I took the phone to Apple and they couldn’t do anything for me. I took it to GadgetMD and sure enough they fixed it the same day and at a reasonable price! They were very dedicated to making sure that I was able to retrieve every single thing off of my phone! (I know it wasn’t easy and took some quick and creative thinking on their part!) I highly recommend this place. Hope I don’t need to go back, but this will be the first place I go for any kind of repair.

The staff was friendly, experienced, and patient with me. I brought my CEO’s tablet here for a screen repair; well, it turns out the motherboard had been damaged. So, Sean (hope I spelled that correctly) explained this to me and went on to say, ”it wouldnt be cost-effective to repair it.” When I picked up the tablet, I didnt have to pay any fees. I found thought that was beyond nice; and definitely not what I expected. Now, the replacement tablet was dropped, and Im going back today to see if they can fix it; and will be buying an Otter Box case!!

They didnt fix anything..gave me the runaround took them a whole week..because they were waiting on parts then at the end they said that it could not be fix...they just need it to replace the speaker on my phone

They did a great job taking care of my phone. There were issues after my glass was replaced but they fixed them and made sure I was satisfied!

This company does not stand by its work, even when it admits that it made a mistake. We had them fix a cracked screen on a phone; after they returned it, simply pressing the home button caused the screen to crack and cave in, and the home button slid back behind the new (cracked) screen. We brought it back in and the guy at the desk admitted, right in front of my wife (in a conversation with his manager), that they made a mistake in how they installed it. He offered to do the LABOR to repair the cracked screen again for free, but insisted that it was company policy to require us to pay even more money for the replacement parts needed to do so. This is ridiculous. The replacement parts were only needed because they failed to fix the phone properly. This company will not stand by its work, and will make YOU, the customer, pay for the replacement parts if they dont get it right the first time.

Went in to get my phone fixed because the screen wouldnt show anything. They initially thought the screen needed replacing. They gave me the cost and left for wing stop next door. Came back 30 minutes later and the tech says it wasnt the screen. I just snapped it back together. How honest!!! I definitely will be back.

Cracked my tablet and thought time to buy a new one, stopped by Gadget MD and they have the nicest people. they quickly gave me a quote informed me since my tablet was not a very popular one it would take a few days to get the part shipped in and gave me a quote which was quite reasonable. hands down felt like i was being treated fairly and never questioned anything. Will repeat :-)

Im put my 800 dollar phone in there hands and I spent over 300 dollars at there store. believe I deserve some consistency and for the job to be done right the first time. I personally wouldnt recommend this location.

Full of BS!!!! Its Saturday and I dropped off my laptop over 9 days from today. This morning when I checked voicemails noticed still no call. So I call them. The guy that answer get my info then returns saying Im sorry I dont know why that other guy even said we could fix it, we dont fix laptops. I dont get it why when I tell him why I was calling did he not disclose that to me instead of putting me on hold for 5 wasteful minutes. On my way to pick it up now, still not fixed. Thanks for the wasted time and trips Gadget MD. You guys really know how to run a business. Funny thing when I dropped it off the guy said they were really slow?!?!? Hmmm slow but has no time to call a customer? Really crappy customer service guys.

Ended up getting phone repaired but was very painful. Dropped off on a Saturday and was guaranteed that part would be ordered, phone repaired and ready by Monday COB. Showed up Monday at 6PM, and part wasnt even ordered. I asked for owner to be called so I could speak with her and she was. However, I was refused the opportunity to talk with her. Part was acquired on Tuesday and told that it would be ready by the time I got there. I showed up at 5:30 and was told hes still working, will be 30 more mins. 30 mins turned into 1 1/2 hours. Rude young men working, however I feel the owner knows where improvement is needed. Either way, my business will go elsewhere.

Please Do not bring your device here. Save the time and your money. Go to another computer repair location.This location does not have the professionalism that this company promises. I left my sons iPad there for repairs and they kept it for 1 month and it still wasnt repaired. I was finally able to get in touch with the owner and she had it returned to me with issues. I bought it back to them and its still having issues. Its currently at another totally different computer repair location. I do not recommend this location to anyone. The daytime staff is not knowledgeable to complete compotent professional work on your device. I would like to describe them as the location that puts a bandaid on your device . In closing, they will keep your device and not call with a repair solution.

I never rate places but had to make a comment with this company. Had screen fixed which was shattered. Got phone back and was working for over a month now. All the sudden got no response from my home button. Like its disabled now. Then it went to phone screen not turning on. Could receive phone calls thru Bluetooth but had nothing from the screen. Brought device back and was told it was unrelated to the screen replacement. This is total bull. I paid a high amount for the screen to have the phone in working condition. PLEASE DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME. TAKE IT TO APPLE INSTEAD!!

I have had a few things fixed here and the service is always terrific.

I do not recommend this place. I drop my iPhone off to them on Monday 10/31 and no one knows what happened to my phone. I been calling them and they are tell me I have to wait to see if they can find my phone.

I would not recommend this location. They are not personable and did not fix my daughters phone the way it needed to be. Also, my friend took her ipad there and hers was also not fixed properly. We went to the location in Atascocita and got a better deal!!! I highly recommend the Atascocita location.

Gadget MD gave me back my ipad in a disabled state caused me to loose all of my pictures and then tells me to restore it from back up. I do not have it backed up because the worker there told me that my data would not get lost. They also told me that it would be delivered to me in 1 hour. I had to go get it 4 hours later. When I asked why it was disabled I was told that when screens are damaged thats what happens. I have had my ipad un use with a. Broken screen for over two weeks and it never got disabled with me. He told me that I gave it to him that way. I am very well knowledgeable about these devices so I knew that was a load of crap told to be by the owner Francine. I should have know better then to go to a Third Partt Retail store for anythin. If you have money to waste and dont like things working 100% the go there. If you are like me and like getting what you pay for then go elsewhere. Just please let me know where you go so that I can begin referring my customers and self to a good place.
