I went into Verizon expecting to be in there at least an hour . Went in as a new customer, opened a new phone line with new plan, and was out within 15 minutes. The person who helped me demanded I wear a mask, as per company policy. It is ridiculous any company demand anyone to wear a mask, knowing full well cloth does nothing to stop the spread of a virus. Even medical grade masks were not designed for this purpose,. Yet we force people to wear anything just to satiate the liberals of this country. I wont go back to another Verizon in future unless they change their stance. I have been with Verizon for many years too....Wake up Verizon~

I hate to give this store 3 stars. I dont go to the store all that much, but when I do. Google (my phone) tells me that this store is open, but when I go. Half the time the store is closed and I have to go to the Atascocita store. The last time I went the kiosk wasnt working right, so I had to go back to the Atascocita store. If you show up and 3 ppl are already in the store being helped, you have to stay outside until one of those customers leave before you get in, even in the rain. Like I said I hate to give this store 3 stars, because the staff is very friendly, very knowledgeable, & very helpful. Maybe its just bad luck. Well if that luck changes Ill come back here and give this store a better rating. But until then its 3 stars.

So I just tried switching to Verizon and not only did I have to call them six times to get my order shipped to me the day I get my phone to activate it at 2 PM I start having issues with iMessages not transferring which I know can happen the issue is I have is I had to call them in one day five different times wait on hold for over three hours and explain myself to four different reps, they do not take notes from calls and there’s no way of holding a rep accountable because they give you no rep ID! I had two different agents transferred me without even telling me they were going to transfer me just so I can sit on hold after holding to reach them then having to explain myself again! Day 2 I call to ask for a manager and they transfer me to Apple! I called back and asked for a manager and sit on hold for 53 minutes just to be told that they’re gonna have to send me a new phone which is going to take three days and that has absolutely nothing to do with iMessage, the phone is working properly my iMessage is not assigned to my phone number is the problem but not none of the eight reps that I’ve talk to Can understand that, literally! The representatives do not leave detailed notes on your account after you spoke with them they abbreviate everything and leave a small description so you have to explain yourself every time you call back what kind of customer service is this! As well as there’s no stamp on the call from the representative that you spoke to so when you call back they have no idea who you talk to, how is anyone going to be held accountable, it’s like none of them care to finish and follow through with the issue because it’s not their problem wants to call us hung up. On top of having 30 minutes of call hold to reach someone, If you try to set up a call back to have a rep call you when they are available instead of holding doesn’t help because I tried that and when the call came back in I still had to hold for 20 minutes to get the rep on the phone after they called me, I let Bren know I need a manager and he said he can have his manager call me right away so we hang up and I never heard back from anyone!

This Verizon Wireless retail store has been modernized (sometime before September 2019); there is not even any sort of cash register in sight ..... the sales reps can readily access your account details, quickly find choices for your desires, and complete paper-work in minimal time and complexity (no paper receipt was offered and I didnt request such) ..... but there arent any padded benches (clearly they want customers to do their business and move-on)

Just left here and had the worst experience EVER! I Usually have a wonderful experience and always get some sort of help even if I leave with no purchase. .. unfortunately today I told my problem is unresolveable and I need to call customer service or pay 900.00 for a new phone. I then said so your saying you cant help me I was then told thats exactly what Im saying. For someone who stated who worked for Verizon for 14 years clearly needs a refresher in customer service and someone else should be greeting the customers!!

Good for nothing. The sale rep. Jesse was very rude. So by the time I talking about my unfortunate problem to him he was walking to the door and already holding it open telling me thanks leading me out the door and whatever this guy said so instead of asking why Im unhappy or what can I do to help which he did not Jesse was already saying I need a new phone. But thanks to him and his awesome team of good for nothings. Do yourself a favor and dont waste your time and money with them because all they want to do is tell you everything that you need to fix like oh it looks to me you need a new phone when nothing is wrong with it. Verizon wireless network are crooks.

Poor customer service. Ive been a loyal customer for 18 years, have 6 lines and yet this means nothing. The store manager wouldnt return two cases 16 days after purchase. I contacted Verizon customer service who explained to me that it was up to the store managers discretion after 14 days.

Treated my husband terribly. Took his new phone in since it had to get mailed to us. Were new customers so the other location we purchased at said we can go to any location. The rep gave him the hardest time about activating his phone, didnt want to put the screen protector on for him and said the location we purchased from didnt know what they were talking about when it came to activating. I think he didnt want to help because he wasnt making a sale. Do not go to this location. Reliant Stadium location is great

I was tricked into switching to Verizon.I was told I would get credit for my phone and that Verizon would pay AT&T the earlie termination fee.When I went to the store on 20143 Highway 59 N humble, TX 77338 to verify why that termination fee wasnt payed.The manager stated that they didnt do that and they dont know why someone would say that and walked away.I was ignored for a complaint that I had against the store for something I didnt know.I am now stuck to pay $900+ payment that went to collections.All for a guy that was poorly trained and just wanted to make an extra buck.Ladies and gentlemen do not go to this store.They are crooks and are just interested in making theirs credits.

I would give no stars if I could. Either their employees don’t listen during training or they don’t train them right or they train them not to give customers any information so they can suck all the money out of you. We switch over to Verizon and have had several issues in the last 3 months for the lady that did our purchase not telling us some important information and im paying a lot of money!

The short version: Go speak with Kiara, James, or Nicolas. Theyre super helpful, and genuinely care.The long version: This review is a couple of months overdo. I try to do reviews after each occurrence. This review is geared towards the customer service I received at the Deerbrook Mall Verizon location (not located inside the mall, but along the southbound frontage road). Ive been a Verizon customer since leaving AT&T back in 2012, and havent had a qualm since. I have heard that service can be questionable at some of the store sites, but Ive received some exceptional service this year alone in three incidences at the Deerbrook location.The first was in late July of this year when I bought an iPad Pro. I have a 2nd Gen. iPad from 2009 or 2010, with only wifi capability. It had lasted forever, but was time to buy a new one because I couldnt make updates on 16GB. I went into the store to look, but wasnt planning on buying anything just yet. James was the customer service specialist who helped me. The dude was knowledgeable, honest and helpful, plus patient. I wanted to make sure that I could get unlimited data because I only had 4GB as part of my plan with my iPhone, which is not a lot of data to split between iPhone and iPad (with cellular capability). The dude was awesome, he ordered me a 256GB cellular iPad to be shipped to my house, and I could set it up. I decided, for billing reasons, to hold off until the billing cycle was over before the unlimited data plan started. Got the new iPad, set up, no problems.Two weeks later though I hadnt had unlimited data kick in so I went in to see James, but he was on vacation (Boo! just kidding), so I spoke with Nicolas. I explained to him the problem and he fixed it within 60 seconds. Boom! Unlimited data. It was just the system hadnt updated from what James had done. This was a brief interaction, but Nicolas was so fast at correcting whatever needed correcting that I could recommended asking help from him.Fast forward now to yesterday (13-September) and the new iPhone 8 and X have been announced by this time. Im not impressed with the features, nor am I interested in paying a grand, so I decided to buy an iPhone 6s Plus (sorry I cant let go of the headset port) to replace my almost three year old iPhone 6Plus. I asked for Jame, but it was his day off (dude, your schedule is killing me). Kiara was the customer service representative who helped me. She was so sweet, helpful, and patient. She got me the phone I wanted in space gray with 128GB, put on the tempered glass on my phone, and didnt use any high pressured sales of add-on accessories, which is annoying so management should take note NOT to push your people to do that to customers. She was patient as my phone backed up to the cloud and let hang around as my new phone was updating, as I had traded-in and surrendered my old phone.I commend you if you read through all of this, but if youre looking for super helpful people that genuinely will listen to you, help you, and not be rude, then I can safely recommend Kiara, James and Nicolas. I will always ask for one of the aforementioned first, but you as you can see there is consistency at this location, which has competent people across the board who are friendly and customer driven. Your kudos to you three!!
