Love love love and love!! A great place to find plain staple pieces.

I went to make a return but couldn’t remember if the associate gave me a receipt or not from my previous purchase. So when I tried to return these pants that I paid with my debit card, the store manager Adrien would not help me into trying to find a resolution for the problem. He was so quick to send me out the store so I turned back around and tried to see if there was anything he could do to help me. So he kept saying “no I would need a receipt” “we still need a receipt “ in a quick response. So I gladly called a different cotton on location and spoke with a different MANAGER and told me she can happily still give me a refund WITHOUT my receipt as long as I still have the same debit card I used. I would advise the manager from deerbrook to work on his customer service.

Went into the store today and was welcomed. Store was clean and bright.

Horrible customer service. I asked for assistance looking for a certain pair of jeans she simply told me look find them myself.

Went shopping here and was never greeted, customer service does not exist in this store. the two employees talked among themselves while i was walking around never acknowledging i was even there.

Couldnt find anything to fit my daughter that wasnt too revealing.
