Had a great experience shopping on Monday! I was helped by Jessica while I was looking at Playboy and she helped me pick out great items! Jezzie was so quick to help me into a fitting room and helped me with all my questions. The guy on registers that morning was so quick and friendly and made the experience even better! I am so happy with this experience compared to my other visits!

I recently shopped there, and a very nice young lady was very very helpful her name is Jessica. She even helped me order a jacket on-line because store didnt have my size.. KUDOS Jessica ! awsome customer service

Employees were not even wanting to on us. Had to seek out an employee 3 different times to get help getting merchandise down and to open a fitting room. They were not interested in making a sale.

This post is for their online store since I was unable to leave one there. Horrible service!!! I ordered my son some pants, I recieved an email stating that they were swamped and my order would ship 24 to 72 hours. I waited 2 extra days after the 72 hours and contacted them via email and received another email saying the same thing. So I decided to call them and was told the other had been cancelled because they didnt have the item available any more. What in the world!!!! Not only was I given the wrong information in my email I would have been short a Christmas present for my son. I also asked her to send me an email veryifying the order had been cancelled but she could not do that (time for you guys to update your systems to the twentieth century!!!)Horrible, horrible, horrible service. I am absolutely furious and will never ever buy anything from them again!

Employees aren’t helpful AT ALL. It seemed they would walk further away when they notice I wanted help.It took 12 minutes for an employee to ring me up, he was slowly folding a pair of pants and glared at me. When he finally did come to me, not a hello, or a how are you? No. He sighed “your number?”If you hate your job this much, why don’t you just quit. This store location has the worst set of employees.
