Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had here because of Sam. I walked in to buy a pack of Pokémon cards with my friend and he completely refused to let her buy one because we walked in together.I asked him again why couldn’t she buy her own and his response was that it’s “one per individual”I explained how she is a separate human being and that she collects Pokémon cards too but he was refusing to let her buy her own pack!Then he changed his excuse and said it’s one per household. My friend does not live with me and we even offered to show our IDs to confirm we have different addresses.Lastly after that he said “you’re being a difficult customer”Well news flash Sam, you work in the retail industry, if you lack customer skills, don’t expect friendly interactions with customers.

Such a cool store!! Great place to geek out for all your favorite franchises. So many different things to check out that you wouldnt typically find at most places in malls. Glad I dont have to go all the way to Orlando anymore to see Iron Man!

Employees make absolutely no observation of customers whatsoever. Youre treated like an inconvenience if you buy anything here. Complete trash 100%

Okay, anybody who is a nerd like me will love this store. They have statues, clothes, pop figures, to game props. I love this store every time I go here I find something to add to my collection of statues. They always have great deals and prices to.

Employees are very nice, helpful and friendly. So many great things to buy here. Ive always been satisfied with this store, every visit. I just wish that their variety in Funko Pop could be even bigger than what it is. Overall, a super great store!

I feel like this store used to have much more fun items but now its 50% funko pops. Its still fun to cruise through when wasting time in the mall but I no longer expect to find much that I really like there. Maybe Im just getting too old for all the toys, though.

Love this store compared to the one in baybrook mall! So much selection of Harry Potter Items and more. Everyone at the store are always extremely friendly and ready to help with any questions I have.

This is by far my most favorite store in the mall! Such a great selection of products. My son begs to go check it out every visit!

Love this store. They have tons of unique merch and the staff are awesome and knowledgeable about their products and the shows, movies, comics and games that inspire them.

Great people that work here know what they talking about treat u like family Jose Alley Andrew and Britney all are wonderful kind spirited people. They each have their speciality areaes. Go and talk hangout with them.

Super crowded on December 23rd, but still good sales and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Cute shop, well organized. Not a ton of space for browsing the store and other customers are pretty rude and will shove past you but the store is great

This is the first store that actually got me interested in the clothing they have I loved it there when I heard I was going to the mall for school shopping I was so not up for it but I saw this store and it looked alright then I saw the shirts and I bought me 2 Naruto shirts a overwatch shirt and a play station shirt with the buy 3 get 1 deal I recommend it for anyone who is a gamer and hates shopping for clothes not just clothes there are some cool decorations to I dont want to ruin your experience just go there for yourself and se what you buy I ordered a Naruto jacket from there and Im buying more stuff from there
