This is by far the worst game stop you could possibly ever go to. The management is a joke. Dont send your children in here alone if this man is working. If you have to go to this location do yourself a favor and know what you want and dont ask questions because he will let you know you are beneath him and youre wasting his time. My wife literally left 200.00 worth of games she wanted because she didnt want to give this verbally abusive sad excuse waste of space boy calling himself a man

Always have love this store, Ive known their manager for years from different locations, he the best ever, not to be rude but, I recently had some encounters with a lady there with red hair, kinda slender, and my last two visits didnt seem so pleasing as it usually is, Im starting not to feel comfortable coming to this location, and one morning she was super moody with me, not good customer service, Ive been a game stop customer over a decade or more, I dont appreciate that cause Im not a mean person, and I definitely dont deserve that treatment

I had a poor experience with this location. After receiving my Xbox series s from GameStop online it wouldn’t even turn on. Despite customer service telling me over the telephone that the store would take it back they wouldn’t. The manager on duty, Derrick, couldn’t be bothered by it at all. The guy didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. I was later told by a supervisor at their customer service center that the store indeed could have taken the item back. It was an unpleasant interaction and I don’t think highly of the company or location.

The clerk wouldnt stop talking with a guy about movies, waited around for way too long to find out the controllers I needed were just display boxes. Would have bought a few different items if the clerk would have given us the slightest bit of effort, instead we just put our stuff back and left. 2:50 april 6th 2021

Walked in coming from working at the hospital all I wanted to do was pre-order Red Dead and yall ignored me they continue talking to one customer as if I was invisible...2 employees dont need to help 1 customer then the other guy had time to go out and smoke..lol I will never come here again...you know theres a lot more female gamers in this world than you think
