I needed the DC power jack fixed. He was able to order my part on a Friday and had my computer fixed by the following Tuesday. He does great work and is very reliable. The price was very reasonable as well. I will definitely be using 360 Computer Repair in the future.
I got my laptop repaired here by Terrell. Specifically I had to get my hard drive replaced. I was charged $120 for services which I thought wasn’t too bad in general. I didn’t mind paying it. However, I did bring my own hard drive so I’m not sure if the $120 is the typical cost for hard drive replacement or if it would’ve cost more had I not brought my own hard drive. Anyway, Terrell was pretty easy to communicate with for the most part. He repaired my laptop pretty quickly. It was about a day and a half turn around time which wasn’t bad at all. Not only that but he also added a virus protection program as well as windows/word 2016 which I thought was really cool. The only reason I didn’t give him a 5 star review is because I feel he could be a bit more professional. When I first walked in to drop my laptop off he was in conversation with someone. I told him I was there to drop my laptop off and he told me to give him a minute. Which I didn’t mind at all. He turned back to the guy and continued his conversation. At first I thought maybe the guy was a customer or a partner and that the conversation was about the business. But after about 2 minutes I realized the conversation was one of leisure and honestly was not a conversation that should’ve taken precedence over a customer. He continued on talking to the guy literally for 10 minutes past my drop off time as I sat there waiting and if that’s not enough the only reason why he finally turned around to assist me is because the guy he was talking to was like well I’ll let you get to your customer because I know she’s waiting. That’s when he Finally turned to help me. He didn’t apologize or anything and I just thought that was so rude and unprofessional. But other than that i was satisfied with the services.

Responses take days to get and full price was charged despite the work not being fully completed. You are much better off taking your business to Geek Squad. I wish I had.
We took our laptop to Terrell in July to repair a hinge that was broken. Our Grandson needed this laptop for his school work. We were told it would take up to two weeks to repair. We still do it have our laptop because Terrell broke our screen or threw it away, it is hard to keep his excuses straight. He does not communicate with us, we have to keep contacting him. He has a new excuse every time. He claims he ordered parts, but they were wrong several different times. At one point he suggested my husband try find the part. We have tried to be patient because of the pandemic, but now we are just frustrated. I sent him the receipt for the laptop to show what we paid and asked him to come to a reasonable settlement, but he asked for more time to deal with Dell to get repaired. That was in November, still no resolution. We are hoping to settle this soon.
Took my laptop to get fixed because it had a broken charger port. Terell says it would take 3-5 days but it takes him over a month. No communication from his part, if I didnt call him all the time I wouldn’t know the status of my laptop. When I go pick up my laptop I realize he broke one of the hinges but at that point I just wanted my computer back. Then I get home and realize that the keyboard and usb ports aren’t working. He says to bring it back so he can look at it but I don’t want to deal with him taking a whole nother month fixing it or breaking it even more. Do not go to this place he will break your computer more than it is already broken.
Terrell was great. He removed virus and cleaned up my computer. Very satisfied and will use him again. Had work done in a few hours on a Saturday. I highly recommend.
$180 down the drain, still has the same problem. A simple DC jack replacement. And had it for a month.

Its been two weeks since I gave Terrell my labtop. He was the only shop that was open but only by appointments only due to this Covid19. It was suppose to be a simple reset and virus removal which I already paid for the service. I called him asking if can get the labtop reset he told me my options and the price. We both agreed that my son would drop the labtop off which was 12 noon and I would pick it up at 7PM that night. I went at 7PM like we agreed I was even early. I constantly called I wait until 730pm still no one. The next morning I called constantly since 2 Mondays ago. Now my son cant do his school work because of this BS. If I would have known this was going to happen I wouldnt never contacted this place. This is poor customer service and unprofessional on so many level. You can keep the money just give me my labtop back.
Mr. Mitchell at 360 Computer Repair was excellent. He performed the work on my unit in the time frame he promised. His price was far below others I had taken my unit to and he installed every thing I need to complete my class work. He gave recommendations for me to keep my unit working properly and enrolled me in a reasonably priced maintenance program to keep me current on all updates. His office is conveniently place between 45 and 59 for easy access to and from his office no matter which direction you are traveling. Hats off and two thumbs up for 360 Computer Repair!!!!!
Great Service provided by Terrell who within a matter of minutes while I waited found the problem with my PC and only charged me the fee to check my computer. Now your problem may be more serious but, he is Very Courteous n Friendly and will find your problem to get you back to surfing the net. I highly recommend 360 Computer Repair.

Rochelle I wish i would have read your review before leaving my laptop. i had the same horrid experience with Terrel. Terrel does not contact you to tell you that your computer has been repaired as standard in the repair business. When computers or any items are repaired usually the business contacts the computer owner and lets them know that it has been fixed. Instead Terrel said that my computer was left at his office for months which he did tell the truth about. However, what Terrel neglected to own was that he never contacted me to let me know my computer was fixed. Terrel was very unprofessional and said its my fault that the computer was left for months. But what Im trying to figure out is how would I know that its ready if you never call? Upon receipt of getting my computer Terrel was to replace the battery which he didnt. After asking him what happened with the battery he stated that he incurred extra expenses and it went over the amount we agreed upon. Extra expenses that he did not inform me about until today. If the original order was to replace the battery shouldnt I be invoiced for the extra expenses? But you would have to contact the computer owner for that right so they could say proceed? Normal business practices. I initially was very excited to tell all my friends about 360 but now Ill tell a different story to them. In the end I KNOW WITHOUT A SHADOW OF DOUBT IN MY MIND AT 360 REPAIR THAT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. PLEASE DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS AT ALL . BUYER BEWARE
The customer service Terrell (owner of 360 Computer Repair) provided was very disappointing. (I cracked my touch screen laptop computer and sent it to 360 Computer Repair to be fixed). The website Terrell purchased my new computer screen from apparently sent him the wrong computer screen so he had to reorder another one.What was disappointing throughout this process was I continuously had to call to check on the status of my product, Terrell never updated me without me calling him. After he tried reordering the correct laptop screen (that still had not come in after about five/seven days) he ended up deciding it was best to return my laptop and money because at that point he had had my laptop in his possession for a total of about 2 weeks without the correct screen. I agreed reluctantly (I had invested time and money and wanted to give my money to his business instead of a more expensive company).The next day he said he would put my laptop back together and I could pick it up. When I get to his office the next day and call him, he ignores my call and texts me to tell me still not done, will get to it soon after he already told me it would be ready. I called him and texted him two more times to remind him politely we agreed he would return me my laptop that day. He finally comes to his office (after 20 minutes and three calls later) and shows me my laptop was still in pieces and that he had not put it back together. So I agreed to give him the weekend to put my laptop back together so I can take it to someone else to be fixed. That following Monday he did have my laptop ready but when I confronted him about his customer service he proceeded to tell me he wasnt rude he was just unprofessional. I could be wrong but if professionalism is the core to a good business then it is essential for you to be professional. So on that note, Terrell is unfortunately, a very inconsiderate, rude, and very unprofessional business man I would not recommend his services. I would suggest just going to Geek Squad, which is initially what I did but I wanted my laptop fixed sooner with a lower price but as evident by this experience sometimes your first plan is best.

I had a very similar experience as Rochelles (see review below), I also had a broken laptop touch screen and received horrible customer service. It took over 2 months of constant follow up (often times my calls or texts were ignored the first time) to finally get my computer back from him... it still doesnt work and I had to finish putting the screen back on the laptop myself (he just gave me a zip lock bag of screws). I strongly recommend going elsewhere for repair needs. Id give a zero if that was an option.

He repaired my computer and mentioneda deal to repair both of my computers, one for half price.He is knowledgeable and patient with my lack of experience.I recommend this business to anyone.
Terrell was great! I loved the smell, its so sweet in there. He did a complete overhaul on my computer at a reasonable price. I would recommend this store to anyone who has computer problems.

Good JobPlace was a little hard to find but other than that it was a great experience. Screen was broken and cracked, had to be replaced. Went to multiple computer repair shops, and 360 was by far the cheapest. Got it back the next day and so far everything works good. It would have been even cheaper, but I needed to rush it since I had to be back at school out of state. Go here for all your tech problems. Bonus: the office smells great.
