Debra and Zack at Computer Avenue are extremely knowledgeable and professional, as well as just down right great people to talk with. Computer Avenue is the only place that I take my computers to. They have made repairs to both my desktop and laptop. Their prices are reasonable and fair. I will not trust my equipment and data to anyone else. I can’t say enough good things about Computer Avenue.

If i could an extra star I would. I dropped my wifes laptop off to be repaired. Customer service and drop off was a breeze. I didnt even think this laptop could be repaired because it was almost 10 years old. Not only was it repaired to factory condition, it also was very quickly finished and ready to be picked back up in a couple days. I chose this computer repair because I saw they had high reviews. Well now they have another one. Oh, did I mention the price was way lower than I expected to pay! I will use this business again and let all my friends and family know about them. LOVE THESE GUYS!!! Theyve built 3 Hardcore gaming computers for us, 2 accounting computers and sold me 3 laptops. Between 3 kids and 2 Local businesses we put an EXTREEM hurting on our computers. Viruses, abuse and a general lack of maintenance on our part and still they manage to repair them all. Reasonable prices and most of the time we get them back next day. Highly recommend

I attempted to work on my computer myself to add a few upgrades..BIG MISTAKE! I put it back together and turned it on.. It just turned on and shut off, over and over... YAY! NOT!!! Anyhow. I GOOGLED laptop repair and chose the 3rd one on the list... COMPUTER AVENUE! I emailed them after business hours on a Sunday.. Zack responded within 30 minutes! I was shocked! Dropped off my computer with the new SSD drive and the upgraded Ram. Debra listened to every word I said to her at their shop.. 4 hours later I received a call that it was ready. WHAT??? THEIR PRICE WAS WAY LOWER THAN I EXPECTED AND THE SERVICE IS TOP NOTCH! Do not waste your time with anyone else. This place has a nice clean shop and they care! Thanks Debra and Zack!

Hey Lake Houston area friends and neighbors, I want to give a shout out to Computer Avenue located 8027 Fm 1960 E, Humble, TX 77346. That is at 1960 and Pinehurst Trail. My dear pup Lucy wanted to be petted while I was working last Wednesday. In her attempt to get closer to me, she got caught up in the cord and got spooked and took off dragging my external hard drive off the table and sailing on to the floor. Yep, it broke. Sometimes you have to send the hard drive to a lab in order to recover the data, but they said they would attempt recovering my data. They were able to do it and transferred my data to my newly purchased hard drive. They did it in 24 hours and I am up.and running like nothing happened. It was really reasonable. Be sure and support our local businesses.
