Staff members were very nice but never seen a medical professional so unprofessional. Not a good morning, not a thank you for choosing me as your eye doctor, not have a great day, see you soon. Nothing. Will never, ever step on that office again

He was absolutely amazing, my daughter loved him. We ended up making appointments for the whole family!!!! Best eye doctor that she has ever been to. ( and we are supposed to see one twice a year for her) she was totally impressed by him...

My visit was on the 4th of December, I was on time.They were ready to get me started, I picked up the clipboard to fill out info, and before I had added my address, I was already summoned to the first exam, you know, the one where they test your eyes with a quick gentle burst of air.Then I walked back to my chair and attempted to finish the form, I got my address in and Bam, called in for the rest of the service.The fella who did my exam is not the guy in that huge portrait over the business section, but a rather fun yet professional optometrist, he pleasantly answered my questions, ask me a few (probably because I hadnt completed the form) and he made the total exam fun.If you have tried others, as I have, you will know this is the place to go. I would recommend this eye care facility to anyone in need.

I have loved going to this location. I have 7 children and getting all of them eye exams can be difficult, but this office gets us in and out very fast. If you dont want to wait around for an exam with apt I would recommend this office. The staff and doctor are very nice and organized! I was very upset when I found out theyre no longer in network with my insurance hope they get back in network soon will hate going to a new place.

Alexis was so sweet and the good Doctor, Dr Ahktar-was very kind, professional and swift. The place was packed but all the staff was warm, cheerful and welcoming ; ensuring everyone felt comfortable and cared for. This is how a optometrist office should be, they are our new eye care specialist. They could and should be yours as well. TSO, you have an amazing staff here!

Very detailed. New permanent doctor is incredibly knowledgeable. Helped me with issues inhale been having for too long that other doctors never caught.

My experience was HORRIBLE! I called ahead to book appt., Johnathan said hed verify my insurance he called me back to VERIFY MY INSURANCE. He stated they still accepted my insurance but not my vision plan. I said okay what does that mean? He stated your insurancewill pay for your visit, but you will have to pay for your glasses or contacts. Upon arrival, the lady whochecked me in and quoted a COPAY??!!! I said Jonathan quoted no copay. Veryunprofessional and unorganized. No integrity as a business, gives erroneous information sitting right next to each other. MY ADVICE....DONT VISIT!!!

Quick and organize

What an unprofessional and rude doctor. One asks legitimate questions and he responds sarcastically. Very bad. Also not very hygienic. Apart from the fact that I DO NOT RETURN, I want to alert the community so that they do not have such an unpleasant experience. Not because we are Spanish speakers we deserve to be treated badly.
