Was able to get my child’s vision done by very knowledgeable doctor who was patient and answered all of my questions. They practice social distance in the eye glass area which is good. Some staff were very helpful and kind, while others were apathetic and borderline rude. Overall the pricing and variety was balanced. Got the prescription filled and they called me when it was ready in the timeframe given. Overall: I’d go back again.

Apparently they dont have the technology to print or receive emailed prescriptions. Eric and Diane just sat there. I had to go print it out then they claimed they werent in my network even though my provider said they were. After that i told them never mind and Ill go elsewhere but they still processed the order.Horrible customer service.

They are always willing to help you with new glasses or repairs. The bad reviews are probably from people who think they should be helped right away. They are always busy for a reason. Go to the mall and pay more there if you want quick service. Oh the Porter location is good as well. Have not been to the New Caney location yet.

I love this Walmart Vision center. They are so nice and help when you ask. When they take longer its because they want to give all their customers the best service. I have gotten many of my glasses here. 👍🏽😀

Dont ever come here getting help is like trying to give blood,its dirty and nothing clean

I am from out of town and needed 2 contact lenses to get me through the trip. The lady working the front desk was extremely rude & not helpful! No customer service!!!
