First time going to lenscrafters but it for sure wont be the last time I was very undecided when it came to picking out glasses and cierra was wonderful and so patient she explained all the benefits to me of the different options for my glasses and I couldnt be happier. Had the best experience with David today!! I bought my first pair of prescription designer frames and he made this the smoothest and easiest thing ever! He even was able to get me a same day appointment with an eye doctor for a new prescription!!Now 🙄 on the other hand the eye doctor was a little moody because all she was doing was complaining and complaining about stupid stuff to the staff. It made me very uncomfortable because I was just sitting there feeling super awkward. She definitely could’ve waited until they were no body around before her complaining . I don’t think this was her normal office she worked out of. She probably was just filling in for somebody that was out. Either way I had to sit there for about 10 to 15 minutes while she complained about what type of cleaner they used. Don’t nobody care of the type of cleaner it was as long as it is effective and kills any germs on the surface. I don’t care if they bought it from the dollar store. There’s no reason to complain about it.I’ll definitely be back next year for another pair of glasses but I’ll probably go somewhere else to get a prescription. I try to avoid dysfunctional places as much as possible. I’m only rating this a 5 stars because everyone else I came across were so helpful and informative!!

I was extremely happy when I left Deerbrook Eyecare. I have been wearing contacts/glasses since I was 10, and I’ve never been this pleased with any optometrist I’ve ever been to. Dr. Ly and his staff were helpful and kind. Hands down the best quality eye care!!

I had purchased my glasses almost 2 months ago, but was just now able to take them back on Sunday. The prescription that I originally got were a little too strong. They were able to see me right away and did another eye exam getting me the correct prescription. Everyone in the office were very nice and helpful...thank you.

The doc didnt have the right contacts then didnt put name on the prescription or anything else I have been sitting here for and hour trying to get all of my stuff sorted out

The visit with the optometrist was fine, the girls working in the front are very unprofessional. I couldnt even understand the girl I spoke with on the phone, she was talking very fast. I mixed my trial contacts up and I called to see if I could get a replacement pair while I was waiting for my contacts to come in the mail and the girl on the phone told me I couldnt get another trial pair because it was almost a month ago, but it was only 2 weeks ago. Sears has never given me trouble like this and they have given me trial contacts before when something happened to my contacts and I didnt have any back-ups. The only reason I came here is because Sears optical was closed on my day off.

I enjoyed my time and felt like I was really taken care of when I arrived they even provided me with a laminated copy of my prescription and made everything quick and easy. Im definitely going back for my next eye exam.

Problem. Hope it can be resolved. I came into this office during September for an eye exam. I told the doctor the prescription is too strong. He convinced me to try it and he would change the prescription, if needed. NOW, I am back because I continue to get headaches from the prescription. Can you believe the front desk lady wants me to pay more money?!? Hopefully, I can have a happy update to share.
