Omar, is a great sales associate! He was professional yet personable. I explained what I style preferred and he showed me all available inventory within the store. He even showed me other styles that lead me out of my comfort zone which ended with a pleasant surprise and 2 new frames. Omar, understood the assignment! 10/10 would recommend.

I arrived to fix my pair of ray bands. A screw came out causing a lens to come out . I was nicely greeted and welcomed by Cierra .She repaired my glasses in no time. I highly recommend Cierra when coming in for your glasses needs and purchases.

I wanted to try another place for my glasses. I made an appointment online and got to the office which a quick visit. The Lens crafters is right next door and was a little busy but as soon as I walked David came over to help. He wasn’t pushy which was great and he answered any question I had. He also helped my husband with any questions he has about safety glasses. The customer service at the store was great and the employees are very attentive. I would recommend to any one. My glasses will be available in about 2 weeks and I will see how my next visit goes. I am sure it will be as pleasant.

When I came by yesterday I was given great service by, I believe his name was Omar, he was able to help fix my glasses that were bent from an accident earlier this year. They feel brand new and he was such a nice worker. I will come back soon.

Had the best experience with David today!! I bought my first pair of prescription designer frames and he made this the smoothest and easiest thing ever! He even was able to get me a same day appointment with an eye doctor for a new prescription!!😎 I’ll definitely be back for another!!

I purchased my glasses here and spent over $525 on the frames/lenses. I paid extra for their premium lenses as I told them I need something which was scratch resistant and they told me while no lens is scratch proof, this higher quality lens would be the way to go. Picked them up today and the first time I cleaned them with the lens wipe which came with my glasses (using glasses cleaning spray also) there is a scratch... My previous glasses in which the frame broke after four years of everyday wear, are not scratched, but these scratched in less than 24 hours. I will be returning these tomorrow and purchasing elsewhere.

Representative was very pleasant and helped me out with ordering my glasses. There was a issue with one of my lenses but the associate quickly apologized and determined lab made a mistake and had the corrected lense reordered. Very helpful and made sure to make it right.

I went into a store wanting to buy a pair of glasses I found on the website. When they told me it was over 200$ more I want to buy them online. They refused to tell me what my pd was because I was buying them online and not in store. You should honor the online prices in store. Very disappointed cause now without my pd I cant by them at all.

Never received my lens. I kept on calling and going to the store to see what was the issue that they could never answer. After 2 months I asked for a refund. Horrible service!

Will not go back. Employees are persistent in pushing for extras. However, these same employees will not admit that anything may be incorrect once you receive the glasses. I guess every pair were perfectly made.

The representative was so rude. My husband asked if she needed all the information she was asking for just to verify insurance. Her return tone was so mean. I grabbed the prescription and walked out. He didnt deserve to be treated like that for asking a question. His personal information is sensitive. A little patience shouldnt be out of the question considering how sensitive that information is.

I had excellent Customer service from Sophia at Lenscrafters, she was very helpful and ensured my new glasses met my needs and were as expected. Great quality of the glasses and even better customer support.

Associate was just rude. Called to let me know my dads glasses had arrived from a different store but had no information....oh ok... call the other place and find out why they didnt include information you may have needed.

The nose pieces on my glasses fell apart on me while at work. This was the closest glasses shop open in the area. They had what i needed and proceeded to fix them on the spot! When I brought out my credit card to pay, she told me it was free of charge! And i didnt even buy my glasses there. But I know where Im going to look first for my next pair of glasses. What one looks for in a place is good care and this optician fulfills it very well, all the employees show you the glasses according to the clients taste, in addition to the pandemic, the lenses that one touches and tries on, they deposit them on a separate tray As a hygiene and safety measure for the other clients, some speak English and others Spanish, the cleanliness of the place is very good, I recommend it 100%
