Highly recommend!!!! All the ladies are extremely sweet and helpful! My appointment was fast only lasted 40 minutes. My glasses and contacts came in four days later. I switched from Americans best to eye lab hoping for a better experience and was the best decision! I will definitely be a long time customer! You can’t go wrong with this place!! The ladies are great about giving you the best deal and helping you save money!

My daughter (McKinzey) and I had our eye tests done yesterday. Our experience was the most pleasurable one I have ever had! The entire staff was amazing, friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. I am not use to such an experience. Most of the time I am irritated by the time I leave and dont want to go back. Lisa my technician was so friendly and explained everything so thoroughly even the processing and arrival time of the glasses. As well as what to do in the event I either didnt hear from them by that time or they were late getting to them. I found this place, staff, and dr to be so amazing and helpful I would recommend them to everyone and hope more people would give them a chance to provide them with the same amazing experience we had. I will definitely be going back and so will she. I assure you it will make you want to keep going back to get your eyes done there and make it your new home like we did. I have even convinced my husband and son to go there. Thank you guys for all you do and everything you did for us!❤❤❤❤

I had the pleasure of meeting Lisa who helped us and she was very friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are amazing and they do accept Medicaid. This is my first experience with the My Eyelab facilities. I visited the Humble- Kroger location Overall, the experience was great ! Its just like visiting any other optometrist minus the busy waiting room, the over-priced services and frames, and the doctor is virtual but just as efficient. Taranessa was the absolute best. She got the check in process done quickly, no annoying paperwork and she was super friendly and patient with my decision process for my frames and she also assisted in picking out a set that would be more fitting for my face. The environment was relaxing and they made you feel welcomed like an old friend. I definitely would recommend this location to any in need of an optometrist without the expensive cost. They accepted me without insurance and I did not spend over $100.

Very easy laid back experience. Lisa was GREAT she answered all questions and I finally got my prescription safety glasses. Definitely bringing my entire family here.

I give this place 5 stars. I was able to get a same day appointment for my daughter. Mariah welcomed us as soon as we walked in and made my daughter feel comfortable. She was very knowledgeable about what we needed and was patient.

We’re new to humble and I love love love my eye lab! I was so happy when I found out that they were right here close to home. Mariah and TJ were AMAZING! Every welcoming and conversation with both was great! Both ladies were very knowledgeable and helpful in picking my glasses out and what fits best!

Mariah was very helpful and the prices are affordable. My teen daughter and I walked in for and were seen right away. We both left with trial contacts and ordered glasses. Turn around time is 2-3 days for contacts and glasses 2 weeks not bad. Awesome experience! Thanks Mariah!!!

This was my first visit to EyeLab and I must say I was really impressed! My technician Lisa was very friendly and professional. She was also extremely knowledgeable in breaking down my options for the new lenses. She made the entire process quick and easy. I also experienced my first TeleDoc vision exam and again was very impressed! I will definitely continue to use EyeLab from now on. This is by far the best experience I’ve ever had getting new glasses.

So far, my visit to this place, My Eyelab, is the best experience Ive had with eye care in the United States. Right from when I walked into the clinic to the actual eye examinations,both physical and virtual, it was a breeze, as I was guided all through and treated like royalty. In summary, I was given an A-list treatment for greatly reduced costs. I thank the Eyelab team, most especially Ayssa, who is the main reason I decided to do this review. I brought my mother to get her eye exam and we saw the promotion of $59 for two glasses. Then, Mariah was the one that helped my mother and since my mother only speaks Spanish she made sure my mother was comfortable and welcome and truly trusted her with the process. I’m glad Mariah was there to help us. My mother glasses were done in less than a week which it was pretty fast!!Thank you for that experience and for making us feel comfortable. Not a good place to get your glasses. I spent a small fortune and did not receive the lenses that I ordered. When I pointed this out after getting them I was told it would cost me hundreds of dollars to fix their mistake. Would not recommend.

I got an appointment really fast. They helped right away. Ayssa helped me after I picked my glasses and explained everything that I needed to know before I even ask.

I really enjoyed my appointment there at the Humble location. The people there were really nice and they were able change my schedule at the last minute. The only thing is I have to wait 2-3 weeks to get my glasses. Nonetheless, great service!

I went to this place on December 26 2020, they where very friendly and great with customer service. They had a lady in there, she was amazing she let me know they took my insurance witch was great and even my amount it would pay for. Then she also helped me pick out my glasses. She knew the style amd type i was going for and help made selections for me to try on. Also my glasses came in sooner. They where suppose to be in on 1/9/2021 they came 1/6/2021.

This week I went to my first eye exam in a long time. I wasnt sure what to expect and I didnt know any of the process. The exam was safe and thorough. The lenses I was prescribed do their job! 2 women (Mariah and another newer associate that wasnt present when I picked up my prescription) at the store were extremely helpful in informing me and servicing my needs in a timely manner! They both gave expert opinions on which frames looked best for my fit, for which I desperately needed. After all, Ive never regularly worn glasses! Afterwards, Mariah helped me a ton in providing the tools and information to take care of my new glasses upon picking them up!

Great service, me and my mom were able to be seen by doctor and get the prescriptions ready and we got cute frames at very affordable prices..
