It would be surprising if I ever try a cookie that isnt phenomenal. The staff is all very sweet(much like the cookies), plus they always give great recommendations, and the price isnt what I would have expected. Usually a place of this caliber is going to be selling $5-7 cookies and they are $2-3!!! I will warn you though, you WILL get addicted.This is churro and the cornbread cookie. I was blown away by how awesome the cornbread cookie was. (Of course the churro one is bomb!!💣)This place opens early, closes late, and is ALWAYS got a flow of people in and out. Ive never seen anything like it! Plus you can have them delivered to your door or curbside, and catering too.Cant wait til the cookie dough cookie returns!!!

If I could give an extra star I would! These cookies are so big and yummy (thats what she said, lol), and the employees are friendly. This picture is from our second visit, since we devoured the first batch in record time. We love how the menu changes weekly, giving us a chance to try a variety of flavors before we end our stay in Houston. My only regret is not going to Crumbl sooner!

Cookies are delicious obviously but every time I’ve gone in they don’t have any hand sanitizer anywhere in the store. Not on the iPad where we order or the pick up location. I doubt the iPad ever gets wiped down and I’d really appreciate some sanitizer. Service is great otherwise!

This place has amazing cookies. Perfect texture. Big enough to split with people. New flavors to try every week so it never gets boring, plus some of the great flavors stick around weekly like chocolate chip and sugar cookie. Not too much frosting some are great cold some are perfect warmed up for a few seconds 😋

This week was a disappointment. The only cookie they got right was the chocolate chip.-Snickerdoodle Cupcake: A cinnamon-sugar cookie topped with fluffy cream cheese frosting and a light cinnamon sugar dusting.-Brownie Sundae: A rich brownie cookie paired with fluffy vanilla mousse, gooey hot fudge, rainbow sprinkles, and a fresh cherry on top.-Lemon Glaze: A warm and refreshing lemon sugar cookie topped with zesty lemon glaze and a fresh lemon slice.Edit: The owner called to apologize and offered to fix the mistake.

Really disappointed with these cookies. Got the chocolate chip, peanut butter, Nutella Brownie, and raspberry. The chocolate chip was dry and very few chips in it. When I think of chocolate chip I want it loaded to the max with chips. Peanut butter was also dry and left a funky taste in my mouth. Brownie was dry and cakey. Raspberry was somewhat alright. Didnt care for the plain base cookie, but the topping was alright.

Never seen anything like this before. My boyfriend just moved to the area and I was in town for my birthday weekend. We went over to get some cookies didnt expect it to be that big, but its worth the money. Its fresh and tasty in one. Im not much of a cookie person but this was on point.

These are the best cookies I’ve had in a while. The classic chocolate chip is my favorite but I like how they change up some of the cookies to different flavors to try out . I love this place, will go back as much as my waist can handle. Just wish they were not so $$$ yet so tempting I disregard the cost lol.

Customer service is good, cookies are great. Curbside service is kind of laughable due to little to no actual parking space. Other than that, this place has been a nice addition to our family gatherings or just to calm that sweet tooth craving!

Always quick and the staff is super nice and helpful. Facility itself so extremely clean. Each week we all get excited to see the new flavors to plan our weekly trip.

Good cookies. I wish they had a more of a normal menu. Like every week it changes but they keep the chocolate chip and sugar cookie. Maybe they can add oatmeal raisin to the standard menu. That’ll be great.

Cookies are great! Sometimes it’s a hit and Miss with the crumbls near me. Pasadena location you can tell the cookies are sometimes just sitting there all day or they over cook them.

I love Crumbl cookies! They’ve become an almost weekly treat. Everything is fresh and made when we walk in/pull up. The menu changes every week which I love but makes the decision so hard (other than chilled sugar and chocolate chip). Everyone there is friendly. Super easy to order online and quick pickup times. Highly recommend but be warned... super addictive!

Usually this place is spot on. My boxes were dirty. They didnt even look for my car. She walked out the store and walked right back in the store. I had to get out of my car to get my order. I asked if they had the cookie cutter. She looked at like I was speaking a different language.

Crumbl cookies is a great app and a store it delivers actually to your house you dont have to always go to the store and pick it up very great selection

I just moved into my house a few months ago and as i was driving by I came across Crumbl and I’m so glad i did they are by far the best cookies I’ve had and i like the fact that every week the menu changes so I’m not just stuck with the same cookie flavor. If you haven’t tried the I highly recommend that you do! They won’t disappoint.

As soon as you walk in, the smell just hits you. It smells wonderful. Freshly baked cookies. Was able to able with ease and quickly. Will be visiting again.

The free chocolate chip cookie is really tasty, its a thick cookie with a moist center, I also like the balance of sweetness and saltiness. Its a 5* cookieHOWEVER, the salted nutella cookie is really disappointing! For half of the cookie I only tasted undercooked cookie batter. The little nutella filling is at the second half which makes it taste a bit better. Also theres no saltiness at all. I almost wanted to throw away this cookie because its a total waste of my calorie quota.

My boyfriend told me about this place and I finally decided to try it cause I work close to the location off 1960 and let me tell you they were absolutely amazing. They are so soft in the center and when they get to you if you do a delivery they are still very warm! All I missed was a glass of cold milk on the side.

Never heard of this place til I went to Oklahoma to visit my daughter, she took me here an I got 4 chocolate chip cookies and wished I had gotten more since I live in another state, bit found out they ship, so I will be making orders, what amazing cookies these are and staff are very friendly. Well the shipping part not so good, cookies came smashes and crushed wont order to ship no more

These cookies are sooo good when made with their recipe exactly. If not, the edges get dry and crumbly and I’m not a fan. The lemon cookie was hardly lemon but more like short bread with lemon glaze on top. Other than that, awesome cookies!!

This crumbl location does not answer the phone. I tried calling 3 times and when I wait on the line I get immediately disconnected. If this is a phone problem they are having they should get it fixed.

The cookies arrived on time and warm. We really enjoyed them.

Came in today and I got a chocolate chip cookie for the first time and it was good just waaaayyy too sweet or oily idk how to explain it. My only downside which will be the reason I do not return is the management. They way workers talk to each other while customers are still there is not right. They talk down upon each other and sometimes do not care if we are right there. Overall, good cookies.

I love the rotating flavors and the quality of these cookies! Large, soft, and delicious. We order as often as we are able to. I highly recommend trying the Sour Patch Kid and the Carrot Cake when they’re part of the rotation. The customer service at the Humble location is always amazing.
