My children and I were denied service for not having masks. No mask no service? NO MARK NO SALE! This business has left a bad name for themselves here in Southeast Houston. It will be milk that you want for your kids one day soon, and you won’t be able to get it! DO NOT SUPPORT THESE BUSINESSES!

Ordered a cookie and asked it to say happy 26th bday and they gave me one that said 25. Also coloring on it was all wrong. Wont be using them again!!

We ordered a cookie cake online a week ago to be ready by our designated time and when we got there, it wasnt even ready. We got the cookie cake 40 minutes after our scheduled timed.

So excited that uswirl is now marble slab/Great American cookie! So good! Loving the double doozies!!

Purchased cookie cake for my son’s birthday and it was very salty. I called to speak with manager and was given the “Oh well there is nothing we can do about it because the cookie dough is prepackaged when received.” I can understand that but can your store do to make this right? Nothing... I would have taken a store credit. I took the cake to the store and asked for a refund after being treated rudely over the phone, and an employee walked from the back with phone in hand without someone claiming to be the store manager. I could barely hear her but I did hear her say that they are not giving me corporates number, I can look it up myself, they’re not giving me their store number either. I asked could she call me on my phone so that we can discuss the problem and she refused. She then told me that I was harassing her...😳 really??? okay ma’am you guys can have the cake, I will find another way to deal with this... but I do have a recording of everything that took place while I was there at the store.

I called ahead to get a birthday cake, they said they had one. When I showed up I asked if they could decorate it, like the picture. I told them I would wait outside and even reminded them I had called ahead. The young man said he would have to ask his manager, the manager wouldnt even come out and sent the kid to tell me no. Since, I needed the cake, I went ahead and took it and went next door to Kroger. I wish I knew that their bakery was open, I would have told marble slab/great american cookie to take a hike.! Thanks to the amazing women at Kroger, they helped me buy decorations for the cake.

Wonderful service! Staff went out of their way to make sure I was able to get a custom cake for my twins! A++

Best idea ever...having Great American Cookie and Marble Slab tobe in the same space!!! I love Marble Slab strawberry shortcake and the butter pecan ice cream bought always with peanut butter cookies, chocolate chip cookies and the doozies.

Best variety of flavors for ice cream and cookies. Always fresh and always plenty of choices.
