The Atascocita Michaels is a great location. The employees are friendly, the store is clean, and I can usually find what Im looking for. I love crafts so this is a great spot to spend time in and money on.

I came to buy jewelry making supplies. I thought the ad said buy one get one half off. I even saw a large sign by supplies. I only needed one item, but decided on a second, at what I thought was half off. Because the items are not marked, I didnt know what the prices were.... until I got my receipt. By then I had paid full price for something I really didnt need, or want. The sales clerk did offer to return and refund, but I had already waited quite a while to check out. Didnt take the time...so Ill have to return, to return.

Product needed only available for curbside .. why does a craft store only have white candles

I love Michael’s! Customer service is great! The young lady that check me out asked what I was doing I told her I was making a crochet blanket for my friend then she told me she also crocheted and showed me her latest project it was absolutely beautiful! I showed her mine it was fant! They appreciate what you do!

Went in a month ago to find picture frames for my moms funeral. My phone was almost out of battery and i asked the cashier if they could look up a coupon for me online. she gave me so much attitude and said she couldnt help. Then i asked about a sale and she said it was only online and i specifically told her the frames had a sale marked on the back of the store. she refused to help me. I was literally in tears. I know empathy is something that not everyone needs to show, but I would think a store that prides itself on customer service would have employees who would be understanding to circumstance. Then when the cashier told me i would have to order the frames online, my order would not be ready until the next day. I drove 30 mins from my home because i had to run errands for my mothers wake, and i was in the area. My mothers wake was the next day and i was handling everything on my own. I even told the cashier what the frames were for and if she could help me with the coupon that was visible in the back of the store and she still said no. My phone died while i was trying to look up a coupon and order online. I loved michaels but i will never shop here again.

Michaels always good to run by quickly and get supplies even though kids get in your way all the time.

The service I receive today was very unacceptable. The cashier was rude and the manager was just as horrible, with low class behavior. But, Its all good...WGACA ❤

Store manager wouldn’t process a simple exchange do not order online thinking you can make a simple exchange in store I was told I would lose the rewards voucher I used for the original purchase meaning I would have to pay more out of pocket for the same items just in a different color save your time and money the yarn selection was already sad looking I advise premier yarn or furls crochet they offer the same and more products for often less than Michaels price point with exceptional customer service

Love love love.. I go to micheals at least once a week. I love creating things and being artsy. The staff is always super helpful and they will help you find it even if it is not in the store. Parking is short walk. This is a smaller store still a good store I recommend it for all your needs.

It was our first time getting custom framing at a Michaels Crafts and the staff at the Atascosita Location was first class. Manager Leesha and Associates Sydney and Kathy were very professional, knowledgeable and the turn around was as promise with competitive pricing. Will be back for sure!

This was a very clean store with well stocked merchandise. Our cashier was not very social or cordial but the store is great.

Ive been to this Michaels a few times before but I have to say that Kim made this last trip especially pleasant. She was incredibly helpful and provided me with excellent advice for my project. Such great service!

Stocked shelves which was nice, but it seems everything was more expensive than 6 months ago. Very little to offer in clearance even though they were boasting a clearance sale. Almost nothing was on sale. Im used to seeing their weekly promos on products every 5 or 7 feet. Now some entire sections and zero promotions. Still managed to spend $27 of course...because I mean.... its Michaels. 😉

Its cool I guess and has alot of craft stuff obviously, but hobby lobby has got them beat for sure. Michaels doesnt have as much as hobby lobby plus its way more expensive. Plus hobby lobby always has a section 50% off.

Not the friendliest people working there. And I couldnt find not 1 single associate on the sales floor to ask a question to.

Its was very warm in the store. This past visit I had to wait in line to get someone to help me. Usually I able to find someone on the floor but not this time. Over all everyone was helpful and the store is always clean.

I had to search a long time for merchandise that was said to be there. Then to find out for the manager to FINALLY help me and say they didnt have merchandise. Manager didnt even bother to check back even though online it said they had merchandise in stock. There were no people on the floor to help people so resulted in having to interrupt cashier clerk. Service was bad this afternoon around 3:30. Usually theyre much better. If you cant handle busy time of the year and customers youre in the wrong field. Highly DISAPPOINTED.

Pricey but has what your looking for

Lesha, supposedly a manager in the framing department, is completely rude, acted annoyed when I asked her opinion on getting a picture framed. Very poor customer service and lost my business. Do not recommend, unless you like being treated like an annoyance rather than a paying customer.Go elsewhere if you want to deal with a decent or kind human being.

Item I was looking for was hidden behind a misplaced item. However staff was very nice and helpful.

The manager was extremely helpful regarding an online coupon issue for myself and another guest. Friendly staff.

Its decent. Not enough registers open it seems you always have to wait in a long line. To me they seem a little pricier than Hobby Lobby even with their online coupons.

We spend way too much time in the stores a family. Too many great things to choose from. We are always doing crafts and looking for new art materials. We particularly like the 40 and 50% off coupons.

The store is very clean and organized and the staff is friendly. However, they just dont carry all of the craft supplies Ive come to expect from other locations. You want to pay way too much for seasonal decorations? Then this is the place for you! You want to find supplies for various crafting or DIY projects? Well, you may not find it here. I sew, crochet, make soaps and candles and a few other things like dreamcatchers. The only one of those that I can find supplies for is crocheting, and that is limited. I think Ill only be going back for when my kids have projects.

I took my diplomas in for framing and the process was easy, the lady that helped me did a nice job and helped me select what was in my budget range. Picked them up about 2 weeks later and I couldnt be happier. Very professional looking and worth the money in my opinion.

Michaels is always great(: 9 times out of 10 I leave with more then I intended lol... for example I went for some white acrylic paint and left with paint, a charm for a necklace I found in the clearance section, then i had to get a chain for the necklace obviously lol, and I got a couple silver jump rings for a bracelet I needed to fix at home... luckily my husband was there to keep my eyes from wondering down the aisles with the bottles O.O I love them hahaha.. anyway the store was nice, clean, well stocked, and the cashier was quick and kind.
