Wow never have I paid for soggy icecream . Lady had to give me a cup, very dissatisfied little trash can so disgusting they should throw it in the trash .

Management need to teach and prepare staff on how to do a void or correct an overcharge so customer doesn’t have to stand there and wait 15-20 min.

Is ok for a place to relax and enjoy ice cream 🍦

The service here is excellent! The workers get the job done fast. They have a variety of items on their menu and many flavors of icecream.

The staff is very nice and respectful i really recommend it !!!! And they take their time to make sure their customers are very satisfied And love their Icecream!!!!👌👌👌

4/4/19Terrible service for it being just my friend and I getting ice cream cones. It took the guy 2 minutes after we were standing there to say hi and ask what we wanted. He put the ice cream on the cone horribly. The ice cream was hanging off the cone a little more than halfway. Lastly the cones were stale, which threw me off since I’ve been to other Marble Slabs and this was never a issue. It’s the main reason why I started going to Marble Slab instead of the other competitors.

I was discriminated at the deerbrook mall location, I was in line for a little while waiting to be served on and behold a white guy walks up out of nowhere the worker automatically looked me over helped him and once she saw the look in my face she put her head down I’m contacting legal help ASAP !
