Very friendly staff and it was super clean! Their ice cream is delicious.

Great customer service! The young ladies in there today 9/20/21 were fast and courteous. The facility is really nice and they have beautifully decorated cakes. They have specialty items and handmade Popsicles also. The icecream was very good, as usual. I do recommemd this place. They have specials a few days of the week, I believe in Thursdays its $5.00 off a cake of over $20.00.

This Baskin Robbins location is small but has extra seating outdoors. Apart from the ice cream they also sell a very good selection of take home items like ice cream cakes and quarts of selected ice creams. Their selection of ice cream flavors are very diverse plus you can add special topics or order special items like shakes.

The staff and experience is always a pleasure with my family. The ice cream is delicious!

So my hubby and I wanted some ice cream and decided to come to BR. 5/23/2021 around 7:30pm.Once in the ice cream shop, we were checking out the ice cream. I notice one of the workers (a male worker with purplish hair & glasses) was done with the prior customer but look like he did not want to service use. Then he came to us and asked what we wanted. I let him know what we wanted but he acted rude towards me rolling his eyes and asked several times what I wanted and I had already told him several times. The when I asked for a cone rolled his eyes again. We paid for our purchase, received our change and NO THANK YOU was said to us from the male worker. As we walked out we got a THANK YOU from the female worker instead.I believe in customer service should be a plus if you work in a public business. We as customers are paying your a good service as well as the worker’s salary.I will never go back to BR at this location.

Ice cream was good but service was poor. The kid behind the counter was complaining to us about people do not come in all day, but 30 people will come in when they start cleaning to close. These guys dont close for another 30 mins... and who eats ice cream before dinner? We had the same purple hair guy as Cindy 2 comments down had, this kid was rude the whole time. We are sitting in the car watching and you can tell purple haired kid is getting mad when people go in.

Before the pandemic there were tables inside n outside you can sit down at the table enjoy your ice cream . Now every places open 100% and they still havent any tables for customers to sit down n enjoy their ice cream.

It brought back child hood memories. The store was clean. The employees were friendly. I even overheard the manager helping a customer with a problem and doing an awesome.

Giana had poor customer service, asked to speak to a manager and guess who was in charge? Giana...I asked for the GMs name and number and she didnt give me the name and gave me the wrong number.

Awesome and top quality cupcakes! The baker in charge of this shop is so experienced and knowledgeable of what she is doing. It was my first time here, and she was very hospitable and friendly.The cupcakes were simply delicious!! They were very sweet and had a variety of flavors! Their products are also very affordable and I will surely be going back again soon. Strongly recommend!!

I got a two scoop sundae and it looked more like a scoop of ice cream. Paying $6.48 is expensive for this sundae was not worth it for what it looked like. I called to inquire about it and felt like the manager didn’t care! I will not return to this location they lost a loyal customer. I frequently visit this location a weekly basis. Very upset that now I will have to go to another location further from home.

The ice cream is delicious. However, there is no attempt to enforce or strongly recommend customers wearing masks. And there is no backup when a masked customer asks another unmasked customer to step back because they are too close.

This is one of the only stores that have the ice cream I want. But the service is slow. Never have enough help. With two workers, one of them is always busy doing other things and not customers. The server have to dip your ice cream and check you out. This puts pressure in one person while the other is getting a free ride. This must change.So it you stop in be ready to wait.

My favorite ice cream place! I love this place I havent been to the one in years. It still smells exactly the same. The smell of someone baking cookies. Speaking of baking cookies, I really miss that flavor of ice cream, i would really love to have some moms makin cookies.

The quality of the ice cream is real low for the price, and they do not practice social distance due to covid 19

I ordered a double scoop and received the smallest double scoop I’ve ever had for $6.30. The 2 scoops were equivalent to “1” scoop in total.I have been going to Baskin Robins since I was a young girl to locations across the world and this place by far is pathetic with the very small amount of ice cream scoops they serve. WHAT A RIPP OFF!!I politely informed the young girl working there the reason why the scoops were less than a scoop in the cup and her response was, “ Our manager said we need to reduce the amount of the scoops of ice cream given because we have been running out of ice cream”! The manager was not available at the time, however I will never return to this location.

We stop in here sometimes and the ice cream is great and the staff are nice. The inside is clean enough and they have a few tables to sit at. Id recommend stopping here for ice cream.

Great ice creams but the place was dirty. There was even a considerable big cockroach roaming around the floor. That ruined the experience.

Why would anyone go here is beyond me. The ice cream was average at best. Their prices are as expensive as cold stone but cold stone is way way way better. Also had a coupon and it was an ordeal to get it to work.

Needed an ice cream fix and a blue bell creamery popped up on google so we drove to the location but of course it was just their distribution location so we came here since it was the closest ice cream establishment. It was clean and the server was friendly.

They dont have soft served ice cream and they never have any of the 4 flavors I like. Okay staff. Theres a new teenage worker every couple of weeks and the hiring sign always on display.
