Ive been a long time customer... my dad always took his cars here, and dad has passed this great service on down to me (rip daddy). Mark, Rick n team are fantastic! I even bought a car from him that Ive had for 5 years now. If my repair is major, it comes right here! I dont trust anywhere else, not even the dealerships for my car makers.

I worked with Mark for the first time this week. I ended up at Marks shop on a strong recommendation from a friend/neighbor. Mark helped me repair a hose that was leaking to my power steering pump and let me know that the pump was not faulty, as my prior shop incorrectly indicated. He did the work same day for a very reasonable rate and followed up with me two days later to ensure that the service provided was what I expected. After visiting the shop only once, I will certainly return in the future and recommend Mark to others I know. Great guy and happy with the service he provided.

No, Im not an employee or relative of Marks, but I read the reviews and did my homework. After being told I needed a new transmission in my beloved 1994 F150, I actually thought about selling it. But Mark asked me to drop it off and give him an hour to look it over. He called within the hour and told me all I needed was a small electronic part. Later that day, I picked it up and she runs like a top! Shifts perfectly! THANK YOU MARK AND GARAGE TECH LLC!!!UPDATE! Mark just did it again! My truck was misfiring and the A/C was acting up. Expecting a huge tab, i took it to Mark and once again, he quickly identified the problem, fixed it and i was happily back on the road in short order. The charges were minimal too! This is the mechanic that we all wish we knew. You owe it to yourself to trust Mark.

WARNING, DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!! I went because of the great reviews thinking my car would be in good hands...The owner of garage tech named Mark, flooded my engine with too much fluid and completely destroyed it!! I have him on video admitting the mistake he made. Instead of doing the right thing and fixing what he broke he told me he’d split the cost of a replacement engine?! Currently in the process of taking him to court since he does not have insurance for his business and refuses to pay out of pocket for what he damaged. Please take your car elsewhere to an honest and trustworthy mechanic who will be held responsible.

I cannot say enough great things about my recent experience with Garage Tech. A few days after moving from Florida to Huntersville, my car started having engine problems on a Friday afternoon.After explaining my situation to Mark and him taking into account the impending snow storm and needing to get to my new job on Monday, he was able to squeeze me in (even though they were very busy) and get my car fixed by the end of the day. Mark not only took me home while they worked on it but he also stayed late to finish it and went to pick up a part himself after a last minute surprise issue.I am so grateful for the kindness and hard work from Mark and Hayward and Im thrilled to have found a reliable, honest place with experienced professionals to take my car in the future.

I went there today to get my passenger door handle fixed. Honestly it was the best experience Ive ever had dealing with a mechanic. Mark actually showed me the piece and what was wrong with it, calmly explaining why. Highly recommended.

Had brake issues on my 2003 jeep wrangler, and was recommended garage tech by my normal mechanic as he was overbooked. I dropped the jeep off late in the afternoon, and they got it right in to give me a diagnosis, with a very honest price. Got the jeep back the next morning, and after a quick run around Huntersville, I can safely say it has never handled as smoothly in the two years Ive owned it, as it does now.
