Dan and Mark are the best! They always do what they say they’re going to do at a very fair price! I had an alternator program that left me on the side of the road last week. They fit me in so I would not be stranded. Don’t go anywhere else! These guys make you feel like you are special and you are their only “customer!

They made me feel right at home. They explained the issue, and the cost of the repair. I found the PRICE to be more than reasonable, compared to other Mercedes Dealership Repair Shops in Charlotte. The repair was made while I waited in the Shop. The Customer Service Representatives were very engaging with other customers, although there was a television in the reception for customers entertainment. Before leaving the Shop, Mark Wilson, a Service Manager, explained to me the Maintenance Service Alerts (A,B). I m definitely taking my vehicle back to them for ALL repairs. Honest assessment of my beloved 2011 BMW 740Li. They discouraged me from making a transmission repair that was over $9,000. They were very up-front with me that the car was not worth the repair cost. We brought our Mercedes in because we had issues with the radio, horn and sun roof not working after changing our battery with another company. I took my Porche to MB Consultants for a check engine light diagnostic and repair. They completed the work quickly, professionally, and at a reasonable charge. I am very happy with the results!

Very Straight forward and friendly. They took me in the very next day and diagnosed the problem quickly and with an accurate cost estimate and an estimated completion time with OEM parts. The car was not completed at the estimated time, but they were very straight forward with why, and wanted to complete the fix as quickly as possible. I would definitely go back to them again, and may now take my car there for routine maintenance.

While traveling 900 miles from home our mini cooper developed a serious brake issue. called their number at 7:30 on a friday night hoping to leave a voice mail. what a surprise when the owner answered. told us to bring it in saturday which we did and set up appointment for monday afternoon. they took care of us at a fair price and we were on our way again tuesday afternoon.thanks for providing service on our mini.

I was up sold on oil, with the promise of 2 mpg more. This after they added a gas additive, and pumped up my tires, (I checked the pressures) which would add additional mpg on its own. Then I was asked to give feedback on how the oil did. If you wanted feedback on the oil, offer it at cost and without other fuel saving measures that skew the results. I wasn’t a fan of this process, and as I’m in search of a reputable, reliable, trustworthy mechanic… this didn’t help in my evaluation. Gerald Jackson

MB Mercedes BMW Mini is a good place to get your Benz serviced and repaired. We own two of them and both times that we needed a repair or service, they have been on point. Very cut, dry and straight to the point.

I expressed to MB what the problem was before I took my vehicle over for service .. and guess what they told me the same issue and charged me a fee for the service I indicated to them.. they just bum with me being a loyal customer

I was on my way home to Atlanta after attending a close relative’s funeral in West Virginia. I guess my car could not withstand the below zero temperature there and my Mercedes began making noises when it was time to leave WV. I warmed up my SUV and a cousin prayed over us to make it safely back to GA. Thank God that we had God’s hand of protection around us because we drove to Charlotte on nothing but the battery. My alternator was not working. I stopped at Advance Auto once my battery light came on and I was told that you only had 1 hour more to drive before you completely would have broke down. I was able to make it to my sister that lives in Charlotte and we began to look for a Mercedes Specialist nearby. We found two and contacted them. I spoke to Mark at MB and he was very professional over the telephone. He didn’t promise me he could get my vehicle repaired the same day, however; would do his best. I read their reviews and was pleased with them. Now I had to make a decision between MB and the other Mercedes Specialist. I asked my sister to help me decide and she said let’s go to Mark at MB. I said you act like you know Mark and she said I have a good feeling about him. Needless to say we went to Mark and to find he is also a spiritual man and he has a very successful business. They diagnosed my vehicle he contacted me to discuss their findings and my vehicle was repaired by closing. I had a smooth drive back to Atlanta. Also, the cost of the repairs were very reasonable. MB Mercedes BMW sent me an email to let me no that they are still open while this virus is going on an if their is anything we can do just let us no. so I emailed them back an said that my convertible top does not work an could you just put it down manually for me an Tony the Owner said bring it over we could put it down for you as a courtesy for you. I brought my car their and me an Tony was talking an I told him that I loss my job with everything that is going on so Tony continued working on my car an the next thing you no is Tony pushed the automatic button and the top went down! I stopped by after work yesterday with my 2018 mini on my way home at the last minute right at closing time to see if I could have help putting a plastic piece of my bumper screwed back in from a hit and run. The owner Tony came right out and fixed it back perfectly in less than five minutes. Such a nice guy and great, honest, business personality. He didn’t charge me anything for it. Just shook my hand and said have a great day. I also bring my 2016 mini regularly for servicing and and they are amazing. They always do a great job and don’t try to rip you off by telling you, you need things done to your car like all these big dealerships around. They will ALWAYS have my business!

This shop provides one of the best customer service experiences I have enjoyed. I depend on my Sprinter for business. Had a small problem, easily fixable but required the specialized equipment of a Mercedes repair shop. Took a shot and went in, hopeful that I could get something done quickly but assuming that I would run into the usual car repair wait situation and of course theyre gonna hit me with a fat charge. After all they own the equipment, right? Well this was a totally different experience. I explained the issue and Tony got right on it. What was the charge. A smoothie. Yep. He asked me to go buy him a smoothie because he couldnt get away for lunch! He explained that he sympathized with business owners who need to keep the vehicles moving and that motivated his quick response in my situation. Well he just made a loyal customer. I would not hesitate to bring him my Sprinter work moving forward. Highly recommended!

Tony and Jimmy are awesome! I brought my car in and told them about some work that my other mechanic in California told me had to be done. They told me that that type of seal rarely fails but they said theyd take a look at it. The car runs 100% better and I appreciate the fact that they wanted to look at the car and make sure that it actually needed the seal replaced before they did anything. They also replaced the transmission arm which made the car shift like it was new. I would recommend this place 100 out of a 100 times.Jimmy even helped me replace an antenna casing for free. I paid for the parts and he helped me put it on, no charge for labor. Just good guys that do good work. Thank you for the good workmanship

This facility made a nightmarish situation and incredible experience. My CLS 500 wouldnt start after filling up at the gas station. We were on our way home to Atlanta, after a wonderful time visiting friends in Charlotte. My first thought was that anywhere I called, they would take advantage of our situation and price gouge us. It was a risk we had to take. I Googled Mercedes repair, and this place was only 2.4 miles away. Called, spoke to Jimmy, who was sympathetic while getting my info, and although they were slammed with customers, he fit us in. Making a longer story shorter, they informed me that due to the time of day, which was approximately 2:30pm, my diagnosis wouldnt be complete until the next morning, which was understandable. I got a call around 10:30am, with the diagnosis, and a wonderful, acceptable price!!! $650 for a Bosch Starter replacement!!! Ill take it!! They didnt try to take advantage of me or our travel situation!! The car was ready in 2 hours, they came and PICKED me up, and showed me the core!! I was so impressed!!!! I highly recommend this facility, and the Hardy Bunch salutes you, from Atlanta, for getting us back on the road.

The first time I had a window that would not go up and the guys got my window up and said just bring it back when you have time ( I was there with 3 kids) to fix it permanently. Unfortunately we no longer have our Mercedes ML as we now have 3 children and needed to swap for a minivan, but when we did have it, we loved Tony and MB Mercedes. He was always way less than the dealer on repairs and he was always very honest with us as to what needed to be done. We always felt like they were charging too much at the dealership and doing more than what was really necessary. Tony always told us what needed to be done and gave us options.
